Derrick was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He helped guide me through the whole process from deciding to sell to negotiating a final selling price. It was nice to have someone with lots of experience and the willingness to just back away from the whole deal if it was not something that I was truly happy with. Where do I even start!? Derrick has been our Real Estate Agent for the past year and some. Because of the pandemic our dreams of buying a home were put on hold a couple of times which was really disappointing but Derrick continued to support us and make us feel like our right time was right around the corner.
