I have owned a silver cuff story bracelet for many years, created by Andrew Henry, a Navajo silversmith from Canyon de Chelly. I have worn it every day since I purchased it.
Several months ago, it got caught on something, and snapped in two. A friend of mine told me to go to Design Jewellers, to have it fixed.
The bracelet was fixed within a few days for a Very Reasonable price, and it is now back on my wrist, as if it had never been broken.
I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service I received, and the Workmanship is amazing.
I Highly recommend this business for any jewellry repair you may need.

I went to Design Jewellers as I was in search of a custom engagement ring. Melanie was the sales associate that helped me from start to finish on the ring and I personally felt her and the team surrounding her went above and beyond in every regard. The communication was top notch through the whole process and there wasn't a step that wasn't explained and a question that wasn't answered. When me and my soon to be fiancee were shown the renderings we were amazed at the level of work done to make something that had gone above our expectations. The cost felt fair and reflected the amount of time, work and effort that went into our ring and it felt like the staff loved our ring just as much as we do.

Lorinda and the team were incredible to work with. I've come here twice now for work and have left so happy with the products. My fiance came in for a custom designed wedding band for our upcoming wedding. Lorinda had so much time for us and care in making sure it was what he wanted. She brought his vision to life and had such great expertise in design. The ring turned out beautifully and the process they have to review custom jewelry from the initial consult, to the 3D model, and the end product, it was great! I also brought my mom's bangle to get resized and while everywhere else told us it was impossible, Lorinda made it happen! It was great communication, fast service, and the care and attention you want in your jewelry.

Amazing customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Having a goldsmith in store is wonderful when you need repairs done. Came here to purchase a bracelet for my wife's 30th birthday. Paid 500 bucks for a white gold one. It broke within a month. Took it back to them to get it fixed. They wouldn't fix it for free because they said it was her fault so they charged me 50 to fix it. It broke again within another month. Took it to another jeweller and they took a look at it and said it wasbt even white gold! It was coated copper!
Do not go to these crooks they will rip you off in a heart beat. This was a year ago who would still have the receipt

This store is awesome! I was in town visiting and looking for earrings for my niece. They helped me design and order exactly what I wanted and I was able to pick up in a few hours! Thanks again, would definitely recommend:)

Got a custom engagement ring made. Friendly staff, good service, and the ring turned out perfect. Before we made any decisions we got to try on and look at a bunch of different styles and the staff was nothing but helpful. Great businesses to support.

Asked them if they can change my Tissot watch battery, they said they can.
The guy took it inside for 30 minutes and came back told me that he damaged the seal, and he won’t charge me for the new battery.
Short story long, the watch never worked properly after that day, it was always off.
Had to send it to Vancouver to get it repaired. Costed me 312 dollars.

If you don’t know what you are doing, don’t reck people stuff.

Update after owner's response:
1- The events you are describing did not happen with me, I think you are getting confused with all the dissatisfied customers.
2- I was only at your store once, my watch was brand new, no more than 3 years old with its original battery.
3- my watch battery died like any other battery, you replaced it with a new battery, it was working but not keeping up with time (losing an hour everyday)
4- I recall your tech was extremely nervous after he had worked on it. I am 100% certain something happened to my watch in the back shop.
5- It is ok to admit you did not a great job and promise you will do better next time!

I came in on Saturday to have a clasp on my necklace fixed. After checking out a few other jewellers in the mall, I was referred to Design Jewellers and was not disappointed. Alex did the repair on the spot, and charged me an extremely reasonable price for the clasp replacement compared to another jeweller. He also fixed my grandmother’s ring that was squished, and answered my questions as to what stone was in it. Needless to say, I will make the trip back to WEM to see Alex for any other repairs I may need. Excellent customer service, and lovely staff!

Went in to look at engagement rings. When I was inside, I spoke with Olga, who told me about their custom pieces and that they would be able to make me exactly what I wanted at an affordable price. Absolutely love the results, and I couldn't be happier.

After doing extensive research online and speaking with a handful of local jewellers, I am grateful to have come across Amy at Design Jewellers last year. Her knowledge in diamonds was a great asset in finding the perfect diamond for my wife. After securing the diamond, it wasn't long before Amy sent me the designs for the band and a matching engagement ring that we had discussed. My wife is extremely happy with both rings and receives compliments on them all the time. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and if you are considering purchasing online or elsewhere, I would highly recommend giving Design Jewellers an opportunity as they have both great customer service and competitive market prices.

He got me an stunningly beautiful diamond at a very great price and it needed a lot of work and adjustment which took a lot of time and knowledge, it was not an easy task, but he was very patient and got the job done. I am very happy with all of the staff and would highly recommend them.
