I had the best experience working with Deven when purchasing my first house. His experience is an asset to anyone selling or buying a home his knowledge of Calgary and surrounding areas is astounding he knows every nook and cranny and finds exactly what you are looking for. Since this was my first purchase I had very little knowledge of the inner workings of real estate, but Deven made it very easy because he gave me a step by step guide that walks you through everything from finding a house to switching utilities, it covers it all and when you don't understand something he's only a phone call away. He also definitely is working for you and no one else he cares about making sure that you get exactly what you want and isn't trying to pull the wool over your eyes, he is upfront from day 1 about what he charges and there is no hidden costs he tries to sneak in at the last minute. So if it's your first house or your 15th Deven is the man.
