Devon Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I used to want to only go through a dealership to buy my car because I thought they would be reputable. I originally had a negative review because we were told we'd have our car in a few days and a week later we hadn't heard anything and we were getting the run around. I finally got my car and when we were looking we did our due diligence and checked for recalls but apparently there was a class action lawsuit in the US that we didn't know about. Devon got this car from New Jersey so I find it very hard to believe they didn't know about it. We got the power train warranty but it's not covered. Now my alternator is gone and I'm stranded with no heat and no jacket waiting for ama. If you think of a typical used car salesman that's devon. They are the dad from the Matilda movie but with nicer suits. We were screwed and sold a Lemon. I will be complaining to anyone that will listen and putting it all over social media. DO NO BUY A CAR HERE! Oh and I'm getting my paperwork together and contacting AMVIC.

The staff were all great. But Jill went above and beyond. Really challenging credit and financing situation. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. Finding the perfect vehicle and financing. Anyone needing a new or used vehicle. She's your girl.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to Rod and all his staff at Devon Dodge. Was in the market for a used pickup and not having much luck. They found me a great truck and worked with me to get me driving it. They helped me out through picking out my truck to delivery. They answered all my questions and were helpful and understanding. Would whole heartedly recommend these fokes, I will definitely be going back when time for my next Truck. Thanks Rod and all your people for helping me out and all the hard work. This team went above and beyond to make this a wonderful experience honestly can't say enough good things about them. Totally a different experience than I have ever had with a dealership and well worth your time to check them out.

MILTON LEIBE is a horrible person. He is a racist. He delivered our car and as we are not from here, our english is not very good. Milton made some jokes about our ethnicity. We are very disappointed with his service. He is 70 years old and still doesn't know how to talk to people. He needs training, he said his eyesight is weak. How is he still driving brand new vehicles if his eyesight is weak. This was our first big purchase in this country and we are very disappointed with the service provided by MILTON. The people at the dealership were very nice and accommodating but this driver needs a lot of training. We have come across a lot of people here in this new country but no one was as bad as Milton.

Everyone, please make sure that you inquire about your delivery guy before you buy a vehicle from this dealership. Just pray that you don't get MILTON.

Dealt with Scott Schiedel. Talked to him on the phone and he had the vehicle wanted ready for me when I drove in. Friendly and patient with my questions. Got me financing for my vehicle and it was a fairly quick and easy process.

The owner and allot of the staff are great but the so called GM there is extremely unprofessional and rude to everyone he talks to. I personally saw him yell at a man with disabilities in front of the whole showroom as well as talk down to his staff multiple times. You would think a dealer based off a small community like Devon would have someone better representing them.

In most cases they have been very good, but this one their phone system was terrible, i tried 4 times to get through to the service department with no avail. I actually had to drive to the facility to deal with the service problem that I had.

Would definitely recommend buying through Mikayla! She made the buying process and searching for a vehicle fun and enjoyable. Plus she is really knowledgeable about the vehicles and warranties, etc. Offered. If you want to have a relaxed buying process, go here!

I would recommend this dealership to every and anyone. Christian was the salesman I had the pleasure of dealing with. He is awesome! I was very standoffish this time when purchasing a vehicle, reasons being from previous experiences with other dealerships. Christian was patient and had the answers to every single one of my questions (and I had a lot.) I was able to trust him and it ended up being the smoothest and most stress free sales experience yet. I had 0 buyers remorse afterward because the were able to drop my interest rate OVER HALF and got me into a beautiful new vehicle that is absolutely perfect for me for cheaper payments. I just sold my f-350 2011 truck ‘I now needed to get another truck quickly for getting to and from work, but with my credit history being nonexistent, I had always relied on my wife to sort out our financial home front, I had recently inquired and been told by other dealerships the best I could hope for with my credit score would be a used 2014-16 truck at best, I felt so awful being told that I am considered a credit risk

Nothing to lose’ I told Dave all about my credit history expecting yet’ another let down, Dave listened and then said ‘you Sir have come to the right place’ Dave works with his wife Krystle who was my financial “wizard”. She actually worked her “magic” to make it all happen behind the scenes. To get my unique situation approved for financing. Nobody else would even “look” at me, Krystle is a godsend! Now I get a phone call and this guy Johnny Mott starts lecturing me about my recent bad review on their Facebook fan page. The nerve on this guy calling me back starts getting mad at me. That's customer service? Go figure!

I would give this dealership a 100 star rating if I could! We have had the pleasure of working with Krystle Gannon and I couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated and heard. I have had a horrible experience with a go auto dealership in the city when buying my first brand new car. I have heard stories about dealerships, and when you think about all of the stereo types at dealerships (like - you are rushed from one point to another, you are just a number to them or a "quota", very cold vibe) thats exactly what we had! It carried from the sales of the unit to the service department. When you are at Devon Chrysler, it is not like that at all! You are welcomed with warm smiles and someone who wants to help your every needs. After posting on a rant and rave website for Leduc asking for raves on dealerships, Krystle had messaged me asking me what types of questions I had and she explained who she was and how many years experience she had to ease my worries. She told me to call her and discuss what I wanted to know. I ended up calling her and I have ZERO regrets! This woman helped me out of a bad deal into an amazing deal where I finally felt the warm feeling with a dealership. During this whole process I got to learn about Krystle and if you want someone who listens to you and wants to assist you in any way she could, I would go see Krystle.

I recommend this dealership to get your next vehicle. Jordon was great man to deal with. I was so surprised that he did it all from test drives and application to finance. Never seen that before. Loved it. Made whole experience painless and valued my time.
They did not try to sell me something I did not want just to make a sale. Plus got fair price for my trade.

I definitely recommend this dealership and I will be telling everyone I know what an amazing experience I have had here. I highly recommend seeing Krystle Gannon if you go here! I honestly can't say enough great things about her. This was my first experience getting a car on my own, but not my first experience with dealerships (which has been mostly negative), and the service I received from her was top tier.
She is a very personable person and she cares about the customer and their needs, not just the sale of the car. I live in Edmonton and the contrast of the type of service you receive in the city is worlds different. You won't feel like just a number if you go here, its a one-on-one experience from start to finish. I came in with a pretty stern budget for a used suv (especially for being 6'1" with limited options), and she pulled a rabbit out of a hat and got me into a vehicle that I know I can rely on and am ecstatic to own! Anything I had concerns over was talked about and addressed, and she is refreshingly transparent which really helped build a sense of trust and was appreciated. She can make anyone's budget work, so if you're in need of a new/new to you vehicle, you should definitely check this place out!

Service department is horrible, truck came in with an engine noise that has been diagnosed by a real mechanic as definite engine knock. At Devon Ram They cannot verify noise checked everything but its normal, Of course the bill was about $100 for them to start the vehicle and some lube tech probably listen to my radio more than the engine. Have paperwork from another Ram dealer confirming engine issue.

Do not deal with these crooks. They take advantage of seniors who dont know better. They called my father in law about trading in his 1 year old vehicle and he went in to take a look. He ended up getting talked into buying a 1 year newer truck with a smaller cab and no options which his trade in had. He had just bought brand new 20 inch tires that cost him $1800 and they didnt put them on his newer truck and they gave him standard 17 inch tires. The negative equity cost him an extra $15000 and now he has to declare bankruptcy. He was 74 years old when talked into a trade in and they made it sound like he got a great deal and a great truck. The second he pulled up we knew he got ripped off. Never deal with these crooks.

Service staff very accommodating. Needed aftermarket keyfobs programmed. Absolutely no issues in arranging for this to be done. Reprogrammed and back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Charges extremely reasonable. A great place to have service work done

Rave Rave Rave to Devon Chrysler I limped my truck over to the dealership this morning after trying to be a nice guy and help stuck people out. I explained to them that it's my only vehicle and I need it to get to work, they were all booked up and told me it would be friday minimum before they could look at my truck. Michelle just called me and told me they managed to sneak it in really fast and got it all fixed to for me, under warranty. I am beyond thankful for their help and when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, they will 100% get my business.

Great service. I like that they make sure I fully understand the repairs required and the cost. They are also not afraid to let you know when something can wait a bit or if it needs to be done immediately.

A dealership like no other. Dealt with Kevin in regards to purchasing our new ram rebel. Kevin was the perfect sales man! He really took the time to figure out what WE as the consumer wanted in our truck. Kevin gave us his cellphone number for any other questions we had, and really made us feel at home in the dealership. Kevin fought to get us the best deal on our dream truck, and we couldn’t be happier. We told Kevin we wanted the truck the same day, and he provided! I’d give this location negative stars if I could. The experience started off very well, Ryan is very personable and seems eager to please. When discussing the information for my trade in via text and phone call, I was assured I’d be receiving a certain dollar amount towards the new purchase. I was also assured the vehicle I was purchasing was the 7 passenger option (confirmed via text). Upon reviewing the documents, over $1000 was deducted from the amount I received for my trade in without any discussion or notification of the change. Further more, I had to get the vehicle home before I realized it’s NOT a 7 passenger vehicle as I was assured it was. There was no information on the documents I signed stating whether it had the 7 passenger option or not. The only recommendation they could provide, was for me to pay 6-7 THOUSAND DOLLARS EXTRA for this option. Interestingly enough, the same option on the website is only a $750 difference (which I was willing to pay). When I mentioned this, I was told the site is “confusing”. Bottom line, the website shows this exact model with the 7 passenger option at $41,620. These crooks are insisting my price will be 49,000. There are also scratches all over the drivers side handle area, on a brand new vehicle. I requested to speak with the manager over a week ago, to see if we can come to some sort of reasonable middle ground (remember, I’m willing to pay what it says on the website the 7 passenger option is worth). I have yet to receive a call, despite being assured almost daily that it will happen. I’ve also called the location 3 times, with no answer. Buyer beware! Will continue to steer my friends and family to anywhere BUT Devon Chrysler.
