Glad to have stopped by here all those years back. The people running this joint are the people you would ask to watch your animals while taking a trip- if they were your friends that is. The store is stocked full with great products, all high quality and great value. My dog and cat love the kibble I get here for them, and it's by far a better value than a big box store because their loyalty program is more of a profit share program for their customers. Couldn't recommend this place more.

Went there for dog treats and dog chews. Great selection and affordable prices especially for chew sticks. Also amazing rewards program too.

Really reasonable prices and great people here. Shop isn’t a huge warehouse but I think that’s the charm of it. They’ll have what you need and give you great advice along the way. There definitely earned my business.

Absolutely love this little local family run pet store! They have tonnes of Canadian brand foods and pet accessories. They are super friendly even brought all my items to my car for me. They sell our favorite Alberta made dog/cat food brands Acana and Origins!

Great experience. The staff were all super helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. Prices were also great and we got a very good deal on a dog bed. I will be going here for anything pet related from now on, and you should too:). They also have a points/cashback system which is an added bonus. Check them out!

Some of the best prices and selection in the whole city! They have so many products! We used the Shine tag machine and made our dog a new custom name tag! Very neat tool to have in store! Friendly, helpful staff!

Great little Pet Shop. You get top qualify food for your fur babies & excellent service. My mom is older and its hard for her to get around even though she is a 15 minute walk from this store. The delivery service is awesome and every time they stop by they have a treat for my Mom's dog. They also provide better quality food then your large big chain stores and price difference is not that big of deal (especially considering you want to keep you pet healthy). Her dog is 12, a Boxer and going on strong!

Very cool establishment. All the animals are very friendly and more so than your average establishment like Petland or Petsmart. And they had exactly what we were looking for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their prices are quite competitive and lower than most pet stores. I would definitely recommend them for all of your pet needs.

Nice pet shop with slightly cheaper prices for certain things (dog chew sticks) than other places. Also get 5% discount if it's your first time there. Additionally their loyalty gives you your 11th bag of dog food free. Probably our favourite place to buy things for our dog.

Super helpful. I got a harness for my big dog it was too big I switched it easily. Also got some dog CBD. Free treat samples and served with a smile! Love to support local shops this is a good one! Got a litter box for 15 bucks!

I've stopped in a few times now and the service has always been excellent. I've gotten great suggestions with regards to treats, food and toys. The prices are reasonable and I would recommend it with 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.

Dexters is the best! I ordered a large case of my dog’s favourite raw dog food. When I ordered a second case he would not touch it. The manufacturer must have tweaked some ingredients in the batch we received. I contacted Dexters for help. Drew not only offered to replace it, he also problem solved and recommended a very similar raw meat product, same manufacturer but just the raw meat and no veggies. Voila problem solved. My dog devoured it. That is customer service at its best! Hats off! Paws down Dexters is the best pet store!

I've been stopping in here periodically for the whole time I've lived in Ogden to get various stuff for my cats.i was pleasantly surprised to see that despite the pandemic, the owner has hired staff and rearranged the store and is always improving the experience for all of us pet lovers in the area!

Great little pet shop. There prices are average like most small pet stores. Great customer service. We even got a free bag of treats for it being our first time in. They cater to all different types of pets from fish, hamsters, hedgehogs, dogs, cats and much more.

I just ordered some digestive enzymes for my senior kitty and not only so they have the *BEST* price in town and on the internet (by like $5!) but they also delivered my order in the same evening that I ordered it. Super duper thank you guys so much!

I can't express how good of an experience i had here. I had a question that no other person at any petstore seemed to be able to answer regarding bad breath. They recommended plaque off and I'm already seeing a difference in my dogs breath. Both clerks helped me pick out a tooth brush and paste which was really nice having recommendations on what dogs prefer. I got to scratch off a prize card off the tree with some music and ended up winning some treats. All in all, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Every time I'm in Calgary I'll be coming here. There's lots of options and choices. Go check it out!

I found this place online and they actually had a product that I had been ordering online. It was same price but there was no shipping. I'll be shopping here for all my pet stuff for now on. Selection is great and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Large variety of cat and dog supplies, friendly staff with I believe live rodents for live feed to carnivorous reptiles. Might be mistaken. Otherwise, your dealing with friendly staff, fairly recent inventory and a modern feeling.

In my humble opinion, this is easily the best pet store in all of Calgary. The customer service is exceptional, product selection is chosen with care so the quality of products is high, and the owner is in my opinion the best part of every time I visit. Super big heart and a very kind man. I recommend this to be your first and only stop for any pet supply needs.

I unexpectedly had a bottle fed kitten come join my household, and they had formula which is hard to find in this city - even from a vet. Prices are really reasonable, and the staff and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great local pet store!

The owner and staff are incredible, every time we go in he gives our pup free treats and he's very knowledgeable about the products. He actually takes an interest in our dog. Love the service and hospitality, it'll be our only store we go to from now on.

Call before you go to make sure they have the dog food you need. This is the closet location to me that sells Canadian Naturals dog food. Except, they don't carry senior turkey and salmon. -_- "Special" order it in. *insert eye roll* I had no problem getting it from other pet stores that sell the brand. I get going to stock what sells but really, I shouldn't have to request.
Won't be returning, will gladly take my business elsewhere.
