What an experience. From the two owners, Kanwal and Gurpreet to the wonderful sales personal, specially Raman and Rajdeep. They went above and beyond with their unassuming high quality service. We are so satisfied with each of the lights that we purchased. Raman's smile and added service to find what we needed was also much appreciated. This company is a winner. The best in Calgary for choices in lights to the low pricing. A place to go If you need lights.

I swung by your store yesterday looking for pendant lights, but honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. There were three ladies on staff, but only one was helping out another customer, and the other two were just sitting there – not exactly welcoming.

When we asked a few questions, they seemed pretty annoyed, and their faces said it all. We spotted a few pendant lights without power, and when we asked for help, the response was a bit like, "Someone should come and connect it. " We even suggested they call someone, but that didn't happen. And when we asked about customization options, it was a flat-out "No. "

Now, here's the thing: I had an awesome shopping experience at Dhillon Lighting in Edmonton, and I even gave them a solid 5-star rating, all thanks to their stellar customer support, especially from Aman. The deal is, a good business needs a strong front support team, and your folks just didn't cut it. Their attitude made it seem like they didn't really want new customers. I'm not coming back until you fix these issues.

Helpful but dont have much choices on ceiling fans with lights in display. They will order it from the catalogs.

This is a lovely store. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The receptionist was knowledgeable and the one sale woman or owner was extremely she gave us what we needed. Very gracious and classy people. Thank you. Their products are beautiful and well worth the money.

They’ve got really good collection and prices aren’t bad. Got these pendant lights from them and it has brought that glam feel which I was looking to bring in my kitchen.
My main reason for dealing with them was that they treat and greet you well and are very welcoming. I dealt with Raman.
