One of the worst services ever. Like many here, my package was supposed to arrive on the 19th of December for xmas. I called three times and sent many emails with the same lame answer that they would follow up and will deliver the day I called, and again, nothing arrived. The tracking system shows that the package has been in the city since December 17, and every day I get a notification that it is estimated to arrive the day of, again, but nothing comes.
I wonder if DHL is overlooking this franchise in Alberta or if it is just someone who has no idea of customer service and is running this failed service. What a disappointing service. I will never use DHL again.

Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff! Highly recommended. My only wish is that when parcels arrive in Canada, that they can be picked up directly from a dropoff point, because third party deliverers are a headache-I remember a guy from T-Force calling me saying my parcel is with him in front of my home, cannot change delivery address to my workplace and will keep on visiting me at home from morning until only before 5pm (I work 9am to 5pm). The package was returned to the sender.

DHL drivers are so dense they can’t figure out how to drop off a package at an apartment, had my phone number and unit number and “didn’t have the buzzer code” which I told them to call me if they couldn’t figure it out cause they weren’t authorized by me to use my phone number. Ive seen collage students working Uber eats who have more common sense

I should be have a delivery schedule today, I don't know what happen DHL needs to reschedule for tomorrow, they should be send a meaaage to notice me. Do not let me waiting 8 hours. I am very unsatisfied DHL bad bad bad service

Definitely issues with communication with staff, However was resolved by abeer. Appreciate her taking the time and sorting out my shipment. 10/10 thanks abeer. However DHL itself and it's SOP is lacking behind fedex

Efficient and kind. Has hand sanitizer and social distancing mandatory. Only 2 customers allowed inside at any one time due to covid19. Highly recommend.
