My package arrived Edmonton DHL Oct 20,2023, I paid the fee same day then ask me to submit support document and i did right away, after that I made so many phone calls, every time i was told every thing looks fine just wait 2 or 3 more days, today is Nov 14,2023, i am tired to give them even one more call, i just pretend my packages are lost. People be careful when you use DHL.

Package was tracking to arrive earlier than scheduled date. The tracking showed it went out with the courier driver with a signature release (could have left it at my door) but then the driver was too lazy to make the delivery because it was then updated to "delivery not accepted". How i didnt accept the delivery is beyond me as i was home all day.

Delivery was then rescheduled the next day. Did not arrive. Delivery was then scheduled to the day after (which was the original delivery date and 48hrs after it was to arrive early.). But again, it never made it on the courier vehicle and not delivered. Multiple calls to customer service only to be told a special case officer would call.no call ever occurred.

Customer service chat is inept at helping as all they do is open case files, promise a phone call from a case file officer, and the call never happens. 48hrs+ later and i have no idea if my package is lost or not. Worst service ever.

Would give 0 if I could. Was waiting on 4 packages, received 3. The main issue was that delivery driver was too lazy to come back and drop it off the one he missed the same day so noted in their system that he made an attempt when he didn't. How I know he didn't? Well, I was in front of the door talking to my neighbor from 5: 50pm to 6: 15pm while the online notice said they made an attempt to deliver at 6pm. No note was left, and how could it have been when no one was actually there, to make other arrangements, so now I'm trying to figure out how to get this package. Plus, my wife works from home, so what can I tell you. Maybe the delivery guy is invisible, and so are his notes. The chat live online is a an automated chat, so a complete waste of time. Worst service ever, and I still don't have my 4th package. And of course they don't work weekends. And of course there is no way to submit a claim online. I can keep going but I'll stop now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cant trust their tracking system, can't rely on their back end support. Had to personally follow up on my order daily over last 10 days and still going be even more late. Worst courier experience ever in my life. Don't have these issues with FedEx or UPS.

These people are problem solvers! They figured out what happened to my package, went the extra mile to get it for me, and then when I was leaving there was and older gentleman with low air in his tire and the truck shop offered to help

I was sent to this location from Edmonton because the Authorized dealers weren't aware of what needs to be done for customs and processing. I met Eniola and Hermion at the desk. These two ladies were the absolute best, from the beginning to end. They were patient, explained the processes and everything was smooth with my shipment. It is also evident that they enjoy their jobs and goes the extra mile for their customers. They are an absolute asset to DHL. I will be returning. Thank you

I dropped off a package at the DHL location in Nisku between 11: 30 and 12 pm April 27th and the customer service was excellent. The customer service rep that I had the pleasure of dealing with was friendly and helpful. Customer service seems to be a lost art but this staff had it in spades. I’ve worked in the customer service industry both in healthcare and private; if I had boxes to tick off with how a customer should be treated all of the boxes would have been ticked off! Hopefully this reaches management; all too often good staff are not acknowledged! I left with a smile….

The worst! Reschedule your date without knowing and blame u for it because they put in the wrong truck in the wrong routes l, and not willing to own up to their mistakes.

All other couriers deliver to my address, except DHL. Hard to believe when you pay premium prices for express shipping and they don’t deliver to my home…. Then I have to go for a 25 minute drive one way to pick up my parcel…. Not to mention the delays it creates as well, not happy,! Will never ship with them again!

Worst mail service. Tries to deliver at 1am despite never coming to house (have cameras) delivers to wrong address, leaves package without signature. Wish I could have my items shipped by a literal toddler, they'd do a better job.
