Diablo Boots

I took my 2 young daughters in to look at boots. The man came up from behind us and put his arm around my 12 year old daughters shoulder. She stepped back and away, we were all immediately uncomfortable. After way too long of him telling us about the boots we never asked him about, I calmly told him he should not put his hands on people. He all but rolled his eyes dismissing his actions with a smirk as though I was over reacting. Perhaps this was just a friendly gesture however he should have enough common sense to not put his arms around someone or his hands on anyone without asking, specifically a 12 year old young girl. Completely inappropriate behaviour. Your lucky their Dad wasn’t there, though I doubt you would have behaved that way if he was. Straighten up. Not cool.
May not have been intended. May have great boots. But not acceptable behaviour whether you agree or not. Don’t put your hands on people.

The owner shorted me ten bucks.after i approached him about it, he was more than willing to give me the ten bucks however i work for a living and havent been back there.the owner kept claiming how these boots are so much better than a brand that i have never heard of, at the same time would not acknowledge the fact, i mentioned, i wear red wing boots.diablo boots are no comparison to red wing.

Got a great pair of boots here. Canadian made. Owners are very knowledgeable. It's rare to see people so invested in their company after years of hard work.

Went in and the owners were very friendly and knowledgeable. I told them what I'm using the boots for and they picked out the perfect pair! Price is good and quality is outstanding!

Absolutely phenomenal service! The sweetest couple were there and helped me find the perfect boots! The older gentleman was so helpful and such a joy to talk to, he and his wife had several stories to tell us while he stretched the boots for me. He added the metal toe tips and taught me how to use the oils to seal my boots in the best way possible. They take pride in their family business and I was so happy to support a small business. We will 100% be going back for any other boots or boot care needs! And I highly recommend you do too
