Dryer was not heating. Called and made an appointment. Service arrived and fixed the issue very quickly after diagnosis. Thanks!

Called them on Monday, booked in for Wednesday, but there was an opening Tuesday, so appreciated the responsiveness. Appliance repair is not cheap, but glad to have it done professionally. Washer was not draining properly, quick analysis and resolution.

The staff processed my purchase and payment quickly and arranged delivery for the following week.

Initial repair person did not seem to know what they were doing. They sent a senior technician a few days later and the tech was excellent. Very knowledgable and took the time to explain the issue and the required fix.

Our dryer drum wouldn’t spin. Called up edmonton appliance repair (dialanapplianceman.com) based on reviews. They had Sam come out the next day. He took apart the dryer (cool to see) and diagnosed the problem. Luckily the fan blower only needed some lube (wd40) as it wasn’t lubricated enough to spin. Rollers, belt and motor were all fine. Had the dryer up and working in no time. Only charged for the labor.

Would definitely use them again when another appliance fritzes out.
