Well… the driver was willing to drive up a private drive, across grassy area and down a curb, into a private parking space to avoid the 45 seconds it would have taken to go around the parking lot. This is downtown. If they are that lazy and disrespectful like this to strangers, how safe would you feel having them cut corners and disrespecting your property?
Really, you saved a 45 second drive to damage private property….
Derrick, the man who was in charge of the store had a rude and impolite behavior in my two experiences.
The first time, I was asking a question about how we can open the door of a safe. He became angry and said "Don't contradict me! ".
I thought he is an old man, dealing with different people. So, he might had been angry from "bad guys" as he mentioned. So, just forgave him, and gave him a second chance.
Yesterday, as the second time, when I asked a question about one of the tools he was using, he had a rude remark and didn't answer my question. When I told him "that's not nice. You need to be nicer with your customers", he said: "Just close your mouth! " That was the only thing I said, and I had no interference with them till the end.
These were the worst behavior with customer I have seen in Canada.
If you are angry from other people at your store, you do not have the right to offend your customers. This was the last time I used their service.
I am sure I can find other professional locksmith service who know dealing politely with their customers.
Fast and friendly service! Don't tell them you have a 'bunch' of keys if you only have 3. Apparently a 'bunch' constitutes 50+ keys Also dog friendly and may consider doughnuts as payment.
