Good morning, my experience at Diamond and Diamond was actually friction free. It does take a long time for this type of thing to get to the end but that is the system. They gave me my instructions how to go about this and I followed as close as I could. Basil Bansel was the gent I talked to at the beginning then another woman came into it to gather my expenses then Jesse Singh. Tireless worker was always available. Helped a lot and I am very appreciative. As well as with Nicole who I met at the end.
