Diamond Grove RV Campground

The worker with the big mole on her face needs to learn to be more friendly with new people. (She told my guest to tell me she was punched in the face) hmmm. She was very rude to me upon arriving. She even told my guests to “look for the dirty trailer”. No outside firewood allowed and they sell 5 twigs of wood for $8. No wonder no one is having any fires here. We were the only ones. Also they say showers and stuff here but it’s pay per minute. Most washrooms are locked even know there are 30 plus people here. Was staying here to see how they were and it saved me paying them $500 for storage. Thanks I’ll take my business elsewhere. Also, today upon leaving, male worker harassed me leaving the park. Instantly asked to move as we were checking out. I don’t know why places like this employ power trippers. Never will return. Sani dump was closed and you never told us anything about washrooms. Maybe you should tell your guests. I was charged for a 50 amp site even though I reserved a 30amp site. If you guys need something to do there are plenty of potholes in the roads. Give you something better to do than harassing customers for tiny little things like being parked on the weeds for a minute. Wow what as experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone that just wants some piece and quiet for the weekend. Non supporting this place by storing trailers there. What a bad experience for all three guests and never to return again. Yuck.

Lots of space for RVs of all sizes, tons of pull-throughs.
Full service sites were all mostly level, gravel pads.
Clean restrooms, showers were extra $$.
Small store with limited stock but close enough to town for any supplies.

So we stayed at Diamond Grove RV and I have to say not very impressed. It seems like there was a lot of effort put into this place at one point but now is falling victim to poor management and a staff that doesn't care. Showers didn't work, went for a refund and the staff member didn't know how to refund. Brought it up to the manager and she couldn't care less. In a service industry where you depend on word of mouth. I guess I'll have to write a bad review and move on. Btw if you have shelves and a cooler for guests to purchase items maybe you should stock them.really disappointed!

The owners and operators of Diamond Grove are wonderful people! The campground itself has a great atmosphere, the laundry and shower facilities are above standard, very clean and maintained. Haven't tried the luxury spa yet.but looking forward to it! Dog friendly which is a huge plus to my family, a great playground for kids, and with the dog park right next door, our lot has a terrific view! Thank you Mike and Britney! You guys Rock!

My family rented a spot (37 I believe) for a couple of nights. After reading all of the reviews, I wanted to check the place out. The check in process was fast, and very friendly. We even got to follow a golf cart to make sure that we easily found the correct site. The site, as well as all of the campground, was immaculate. Very clean. We set up or campsite, and enjoyed how peaceful of a spot we were in. We quite enjoyed our time here, and look forward to coming back again.

Brittney, the manager, is probably the worst campground manager I’ve come across. Do not expect any sort of pleasurable experience with her. I had been a regular, staying at the campground 2-3 times per year, but sadly she is the sole reason we will never return. Do not expect good service as long as she is manager…she has terrible business sense and obtuse and confrontational. Nice campground and good amenities but terrible management.

The best spot of this camp ground is the exit gate. Lot of money for having nothing. A spot with gravel and the places are so small that you can shake the hands of your neighbours without leaving the RV. Showers $2, - for 4 min. Only go to this site when there is nothing available but then i would advise the parking lot of the walmarkt. Is there nothing positive to mention? Yes, toilets are clean.

For the service from staff I would rank this Campground a zero, don't expect your reservation to be as booked, and don't try to negotiate for what you asked for. Services (W, P, S) seem to be good.

Nice campground. Went to check it out as we needed a place to live for a month until our home is ready to move into. We did book it for a month.

Great campground, very well maintained, friendly staff and spacious sites with full hookups.

We came here due to being evacuated from fires. We had 3 dogs, one being a st benard. Super accommodating and no issues having dogs with us. Highly recommend.

Update: Thanks for your response. We went to you office to report about the barking dogs and you told us that you had many reports of it but yet you did nothing about it. And if I need to buy specific equipment to enjoy the peace and quiet while you are to lazy to enforce your own rules I will reduce this review to one star.

We stayed at this RV park in the past and had no issues. Now there are workers living here and you are awoken at different hours of the morning to the sounds of loud exhaust and idling of vehicles. And, then all day, you get to experience and enjoy the barking from the dogs of the owners that left for work. I don't understand why a RV park in business as long as this one, cannot organize the workers to a specific area and enforce there own dog rules. I can't wait to leave so that I can get a good night's rest. Will we ever return. Not likely.
