Diamond View Car Wash

I've always enjoyed washing my vehicles as a kind of 'relaxing activity' more than a chore and of all the car wash places I've been to this place does it.
It's clean, pretty warm inside and there's warm water and the power wash soap actually works really well. Not sure what solution it is but it works better than most.

Tried their most basic touchless lava bath car wash. Car pretty clean afterwards. No scratch or damage to the car. However, there is no free vacuum that you can use.

Very disappointed with the condition of the bays. Pulled into a bay to wash my motorcycle, not realizing that when I started to wash the bike, the water created an inch if muck that was left behind on the floor. It was dry when I pulled in, therefore it’s been there for a while. When I notified the kid working there, he admitted he knew about it and would get to cleaning it shortly. As there was only 1 other person in the bays when I pulled in, it begs me to ask why the bay wasn’t blocked off for cleaning.

Bays were very nice and clean from mud and garbage/ water pressure was really good and lots of soap to wash the bugs off and the vacuum system was great

Very disappointed. The timer starts the second you add funds and by the time you make a selection and the machine starts working you lose 30 to 40 seconds. Not worth the money.

Love the MACHINE/SYSTEM upgrade. The new stall vending, wands and air dryers, excellent.

Staff always friendly and ready to help. Kids LOVE the Lava Wash Part in the automatic wash ~ cool.

***ONLY*** WISH is the dryer system sucks, doesn't blow. Always come out wet and MUCH toweling to do.

***TIP*** Reverse engineer the Midtown Coop Car wash. They have the BEST dryer/blower system in town, and they give 90 seconds to ensure a good dry.

Great car wash with the ability to wand wash yourself or do a drive thru car wash. I have done both. Last visit the vacuum didn’t work so it was annoying I had to move bays and re-pre authorize another payment just to use the vacuum. Previous 2 visits was very impressed with how good the vacuum worked!

Love this carwash. I just wish it was open 24/7. I'm up at 3-4am every morning, and I want to wash my truck, sucks I need to wait till 6 when it opens. But I get it. Otherwise it'd be a 5 star rating. So it lost a star because I can't sleep longer lol. Top not facility with great staff though!

Easy to get into. Time for $2 pretty standard. I liked the count down timer. Foam brush is mounted on floor holder not usual wall mount. Over-all good place.

I used the touchless car wash on January 10th at 6pm and there was a malfunction with the touchless car wash, it only sprayed soap and completely stopped half way (I think the water pump stopped) so our car was just all covered in soap. The man working there was so kind. He noticed right away and ran out to ask which option we chose and he told us to drive into the bay and he washed our car by hand at no charge. What a great guy! 5 Stars to good service!

Always clean bays. I wish their Pre Soak is better. It seems to be weak. But their tochless Lava bath is top notch. Best value for the stuff you get. Worth a try. Cheers!

Got the diamond touchless package, which is the top tier package, and if definitely didn't do a very good job. My car wasn't very dirty to begin with but I can still see where the heads went over and left spots of dirt.

Went here for the dog wash, not very big dog friendly. Had to bath my dog on the floor instead since the big ramp and heightened tub scared him. Also the dryer is so weak, did absolutely nothing. There's is no shampoo either so bring your own. Other then that it still got the job done.

This review takes into consideration the manual and automatics wash.

The wand wash/manual I five 5/5. Always clean, strong water pressure (need to switch hands during the wash type strong). Had all the options you want and then some.

The auto Wash I give 2/5. Code the soaking wash which is the most expensive, it did not fully clean the wheels or front bumper and didn't rinse off all the soap. Soap was clearly visible so I went in and told the guy and he told me to pull the truck in and rinse or myself for free.

It's a $16 automatic wash so the point is for me not to have to get out of the truck. So having to go over and rinse it after the wash is a bit disappointing as it defeats the purpose.

Normally I only go through automatic car washes to knock off the salt during the winter. I was quite pleasantly surprised by the quality of their touch less car wash. Definitely one where you feel you have gotten your money’s worth in the end. My children loved there pink bubble wash and flashing lights, we will be making this our regular car wash location going forward.

The door didn't open in the automatic wash at the end of the rinse cycle and I was locked in. Tried to call the business - went to voice mail. Only my windshield was dryed

Shoutout to Diamond View Car & Pet wash, and the people of Airdrie-I forgot my change purse in the wash bay last week and stopped in to see if it got handed in and sure enough they had it there for me with ALL my money still inside and when I say all I mean my whole $8 in change thank you️

Just left here with a brand new vehicle inside and out. I spent a about a hour using interior carpet vacuum/shampoo and gave the outside a full wash and hand dry. Best 20 bucks I have spent in awhile. Will be back with my truck. Gentleman on staff was excellent as well.

Difficulty with payment machine at touchless car wash required more then 5 attempts to get card to read. Scanned 2 car washes onto card. One side of prewash hose wasnt working and some other hoses in wash had poor pressure.

Run by two of the nicest people in Airdrie. Whether you use the wand service or the drive trough I promise your car will look impeccable. There is a difference between Diamond View car wash and others, they must be spending extra on there wash product. A must try!

I wanted to share about my experience I had at Diamond Car Wash. I need to get some change for the car wash. I was in the front office to ask the teller for change. The lady behind the desk didn't know who I was but, she asked me how I was doing? She generally cared. I was having one of the worst day possible. She is such a kind nice person, she pick up that my day was not so good. She was so full of compassion and listened to what I had ti say. I guess it was my time to vent, not that it was any of her problems. But she took the time and made me leave there with a new look on life and me feeling that someone in this world cares about other people. Plus the car wash is one of the best car washes I have been too.

Very helpful and friendly always. It's the only place I will go the wash bays are a good size and it's very clean as well

Favorite car wash in Airdrie. Feels like I get way more time for my money here. Never spend more than ten bucks to wash my truck.
