Didsbury Smiles Dental

I'm going to be honest and say that I've never been a big fan of going to the dentist. I've been going to the Didsbury Smiles Dental for a number of years now and I they have changed my way of thinking. It's not all that bad going to the dentist. The reception ladies are very friendly and very cheery which right away makes me feel comfortable. The dentist are gentle and explain all that they are doing step by step. I no longer hold on to the arms of the chair with a death grip lol. This goes for the hygienists as well. They are all very friendly, kind, gentle, always smiling and happy which makes me happy also.

Bbl is done awesome for his tooth removal today January 25th the Doctor Dentist is amazing and assistant both of them is very carring to feel comfortable until it done procedure…. Job done well awesome …

Didsbury Smiles has been so good to me and my family! They are warm and welcoming. I have anxiety about visiting the dentist but they are so calming and supportive, they make me feel at ease. My child feels comfortable there too! All staff are super helpful and kind! Would definitely recommend.

I am very impressed with everything they did for my daughter. She gets very anxious over the noises and they are helping her get her fillings done. They are very friendly and professional

I absolutely love coming here. The ladies at the front are always friendly and happy. They engage in conversation. Everyone who works in this building are actually happy and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable if your scared and they always work with you.

Wonderful experience from the initial booking phone call to leaving our appointment. Everyone was very friendly and thorough. Dani and Simone made sure to thoroughly explain everything to me. The office was clean and welcoming. Would recommend them to anyone!

We were there today to have 4 of my 10yo daughter’s teeth pulled, and her exact words were: “The Dentist and the Hygienist were really nice and funny. They made me feel like I wasn’t at the dentist. They distracted me so I wasn’t really scared. It didn’t hurt at all and they even let me have 2 toys! ”
They were so great with her nervousness about needles and having her teeth pulled. We both give them a 5 rating!

I’ve been extremely happy with Didsbury Smiles. They are professional, kind and listen to my needs and concerns every time. I feel heard and very comfortable with the staff, hygienist and dentists here and would highly recommend coming!

I am usually very nervous at the dentist but the last 2 times I have been to Didsbury Smiles it has been the best ever experience. I was made feel comfortable and was treated as though I really mattered. I am terrified of the freezing and am thrilled to say I really did not feel a thing as the freezing happened. Very professional and friendly staff. The best part was when I was waiting for my wisdom tooth to be removed the Dr Hermann was already done. Such an amazing dentist!

I moved to Didsbury 6 months ago and was way overdue for a dental cleaning. Made an appointment at Didsbury Smiles and stressed about it for a week. Just returned from the best and most comfortable cleaning ever. Dani has a talent for making sure the water spray and suction worked together so I never felt like I had a mouth full of water and couldn't swallow. See you in 6 months.

Just a exam and cleaning this time. But they were amazing at sending text to remind me of the appointment. I had to pick my kid after so they made sure they were quick and my teeth feels so nice now.

I went to Didsbury Smiles last September, and was well received. Hygienist Lori did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. The front desk staff were friendly and super helpful. They steered me towards this provincial Adult Health Benefits program, for low income earners. I just got my teeth cleaned again, by Danielle, with x-rays and check-up booked, and it won't cost me a dime! Not many people know that this benefit exists, and the staff here is eager to keep it alive! THANK YOU staff of Didsbury Smiles!
