Digital Post - South Trail

I ordered stickers for my company and I had thought my wife picked them up. When I realized she didn't a lot of time had passed. I went there today to explain this to them and found out they threw it out. I don't know how any store wouldn't call the customer and let them know prior to throwing out something that was paid for.
No offer to remake them no offer of any sort. Actually crazy

One of their workers went above and beyond to help get some brochures and flyers brought into my business by delivering them herself when I told her I could not make it there due to our work hours. Very impressed by their customer service!

Always come to this location for printing, and shipping needs.
The staff is awesome, and I can't wait to get a custom lawn sign made.

Absolute life saver service! Alyssa saved me from a future headache of my own doing.

I needed to find a tracking number for a package as, foolishly, I didn’t take a receipt or save any info about it on my end. The recipient was claiming it wasn’t received yet, which meant I was facing a hefty bill for not returning this item as agreed. (Now this is where I wondered why this recipient had no tracking on there side considering they provided the label, but I digress)

So I called in to Digital Post in hopes that maybe, just maybe, they could help.

Armed with nothing more than the time I dropped it off, and the name of who it was shipping to, Alyssa found it! I couldn’t believe it! In less than 15 minutes, she checked their drop offs, tracked them to confirm, and had the right one back to me.
Really went above and beyond to help out and now I can definitively shut down any claims by the recipient. Thanks!

This place is incredible! All the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I had my wedding invitations and RSVP cards printed off here and they turned out perfect. I actually ended up going back and ordering a welcome sign with them because I was so happy with everything. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Brittany for all her help, you are awesome!

Wow! Such amazing service.
I had a emergency situation where we needed a lot of product in a short period of time. I immediately called Digital post - South Trail and Alyssa and her supporting team were quick to work with me and help me along as I have no digital experience, lol.
At the end of the experience I was speechless on how well that went. Given the situation we are in and what we are dealing with in the economy and COVID, Digital Post - South Trail have restored my faith in how business's still operate in the costumers best interest.
I will Recommend Digital Post - South Trail to anyone and from now on they will be my go to for anything I need.

I have been using Digital Post on 130th for some time now and honestly I would not use anybody else. They do excellent work, they are very professional and accomodating, not to mention super friendly. Love the staff!

I've tried MANY printers - and NONE can compare to the level of quality, customer service and price of Digital Post (South Trail). Even though I live in the North, I drive out of my way to get my prints from this specific location because of the level of customer service. For example, I contacted the team yesterday about a same day print job and they said they'd have my prints done within the hour! When I arrived to pick them up, I hadn't realized that there was an error with my design. Rather than making me pay for my mistake, Alyssa was kind enough to redesign my prints for me and corrected my error. I cannot thank you enough Alyssa! The prints turned out perfectly and you helped me hit my deadline. I won't go to any other print shop BUT South Trail Digital Post, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. The team at this location is unbelievable <3

Received a quote that was a little bit more expensive, but they worked with it the best they could to get it close to some of our competitive quotes. The printing is high quality as well. Turn around is fast!

I am most impressed with the staff at this location, in particular, Alyssa. She is awesome to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. She was very diligent making sure our cards were going to turn out with the highest quality, she even took the time to vectorize our logos and provide some suggestions with our custom design. Highly recommend her.

I have been dealing with the team at Digital Post South Trail on 130 Ave se Calgary for a few years, I left them for a while and tried another printing place only to realize that was a mistake. The team at Digital Post goes above and beyond my expectations with their can do attitude!

Use for printing services, and the turnaround is always super quick, and the staff great. I drove in from out of town to pick up a print job and with traffic, wasn't sure if I would make it before closing, but with only one minute before closing time, the doors were still open and the staff was happy to help.

I was having a really hectic day back in December, many things I needed to get done that day, but also needing to deal with a very time-sensitive package to send via FedEx.

It was a bit of a complicated situation and I was worried that I would have to go all the way up to the FedEx depot by the airport, but Brittany was so very helpful and went out of her way to make it a smooth transaction and delivery.

The package was delivered intact and on time and both myself and the receiver were very relieved. Thank you so much for all your help and your patience Brittany!

The people here are so helpful, i am an artist and they have always had such fast turnarounds, and just do extra for the customers, like scanning a couple pages to me since i do not work out of an office currently.all in all best print shop i have found and i will use them going forward for all my requests

I have been using this store for 3 years now and they are amazing. The people are great to deal with, always giving you 110%. They are fast, efficient and always helpful!

FedEx services at this place is outrageous. I went there for shipping a small envelope to US (Washington) and include a return envelope to Calgary and they quoted me for $168. I told the lady it was too expensive and if there was a cheaper option, she stated that that's all they had and turned her back on me without even helping to find a solution. I then went to UPS and the same service costed me $49.50. Seriously Digital Post?

Staff are extremely helpful and have always gone above and beyond for us. Had a bit of a complicated request late in the day and was treated with complete professionalism and care. Really great service!

Love Digital Post especially 130th location (John is great). I have been using them 7 years for; for t-shirts, sidewalk signs, logos and name tags. Always helpful, friendly and have great product selection and prices. They are my first call. Two thumbs up guys!

Alyssa was absolutely AMAZING! I spoke with her on the phone and she was able to guide me through the process and told me to email her the files and that she'd look them over and have them printed and ready for pick up before the end of the day. I needed some help with deciding on what paper and font to print. Not only did she take the time to re-centre and align my document, but she also took the time to print both options and pivked the best option for me. She showed me both when I got to the store and she was right! She went above and beyond in customer service. I am extremely happy with the speed, price, and quality of service.
