Here we go and hope this will offer some insights to this business…

Business manager should look at making improvements.

1. First of all super long wait just to get an estimate for repairs - waited for 4 weeks just to see an estimator. (This may be reasonable just because they are busy, so we waited).

2. Then another week to call TD and Dilawri regarding approval for repairs and unsure why Dilawri did not call me to give me an update and as a client who brings in business for them, they should be calling us to give weekly update so I don’t have to call TD and Dilawri to coordinate repairs for me…

3. When it comes to book actual repairs, I told them I won’t be in the city and have to pick a later date. Left a message and never heard back from them until I have to leave another message and call in again…
Then they told me because I have not sign the authorization form, we have to wait another week because no parts ordered… I asked them why was there no response to my message and why is this not explain to me from the beginning and resulted in more time wasted… it has been two month since anything was done… and a huge waste of time for me…

Then person who answered my call start “arguing” and explaining the process… why was this not done from beginning until I am so frustrated with all of this….

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my vehicle to Kily Maier at Dilawri Collision for repairs, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, she demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that left me thoroughly impressed.

It can be difficult choosing a shop to trust with your expensive vehicles. If you’re looking for a stress-free experience you are in safe hands with her.

Hit a coyote. Insurance company I was with agreed to me going to Dilawri Collision for repairs. Boy was I lucky I had gotten referred to this company.
Everyone from managers to front office personnel did their best job in helping me getting my vehicle repaired and its state restored original condition. With the parts shortages and parts backordering of several months Dilawri Collision kept updating me regularly on the availability status. When the part finally arrived they brought my vehicle in, disassembled it and, when discovered that more job will need to be done that it had been originally estimated, took it to my insurance company by themselves, and got an approval for a higher amount.
I was surprised how much original estimator lowballed me for.
Not only the vehicle was returned to me in the "as good as new condition" parts and fit wise, it was detailed outside AND inside, smelling new inside, all shiny and like nothing had happened to it. I was also explained what is the best way to treat the new paint and finish for it to last longer. Moreover, the tech folks at Dilawri Collision did smth that improved the lane keeping assist functionality and now it is working better than it was before. No more trembling of the steering wheel when LKAS is active.
Thank you Cassie, Kily and Joanna! You all did a tremendous job, made 110% sure the client is satisfied and everything is done RIGHT. I wish there were more businesses with such an attitude towards client and towards their own work. That is exactly the way you win your clients' hearts, business and loyalty.
When somebody asks me where to take their vehicle for repairs - there will be no doubt in me to refer them to you!

The team at Dilawri was extremely professional and efficient while my car was in for repairs. Kily and Joanna always made sure the logistics around my repairs were flawless and were kind and welcoming when I dealt with them. I would highly recommend anyone with a BMW (or other car) to use this repair centre to get work done on their car. They also detailed my interior and exterior to the point that my car looked brand new.

Fantastic service from their team on all sides. I do not know the technicians by name, but they all performed flawless service as well

Dilwali Collision center. Excellent. Look no further. Not knowing what to expect I would say I was pleasantly, extremely happy with the customer service I experienced with Dilwari collision center. I decided to go with Dilwari because of their proven claim on their services and specialty service on particular bands of vehicles. Because of that I felt that whoever would be working on my vehicle would have deep background knowledge on what to look for and expect. From the very beginning, I was very grateful to be able to have an estimate done only hours after calling. Once at the Dilawri location, I was greeted by Kily M and she was very friendly. What blew me away was her knowledgeable background on what she was looking for when she was taking a look at the damages. After seeing four other body shop locations, Kily was the only one who noticed and pointed out different situations on my vehicle and possible situations that might have to be done to the vehicle no one else had pointed out before. The open, honest, and very transparent knowledge displayed to me was incredibly impressive to me and showed that I chose the correct place to have my vehicle serviced. When I took my vehicle in, I knew it was in great hands. Dilwali handled all the dealings with the insurance company prior and would handle all the dealings with them during the process. Since dropping it off at Dilwali, I was emailed updates at least once a week, sometimes twice a week from Kily, with what was going on with my vehicle. There was never a moment that I felt like I did not know what was going on nor felt like I was in the dark. I can say that kily gave the best customer service I had ever experienced ever. I sometimes hear not so great stories about body shops and the time it takes to get a vehicle back, but because I knew what was going on and I was taken alongside the process the entire time. I knew everything was going to be great once I received my vehicle back. And it was. I love my suv and I keep my suv clean but, I got it back even cleaner. The detailing done was superb! Love, love, love. I felt like I was driving a brand new vehicle again. Dilwari collision center is the place people should take their vehicle in if they want the best of the best, extra awesome, extra amazing service done for the vehicle and know they are leaving with a peaceful mind.

PS: I would like to also thank the autobody person or persons who worked on my vehicle. Magnificent job. I’m not sure if they get much recognition since they are hidden in the back and do all the heavy lifting, but I’d like to say a huge thank you to them too. My vehicle looked like new again from the inside and out. Auto body detailing is an art and I thank them for being so great at it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Update: Upped to 3 stars. It took them a week but I came for an estimate and received an estimate.

Made an appointment to have an estimate drawn up for a collision my vehicle was involved in. Arrived on the Friday at noon. The estimator was thorough and took photos. The following Thursday I still haven't heard back. I phoned and was told maybe I'd get an estimate tomorrow. A week later.

Two of their closest competitors were able to get me estimates in less than 30 minutes.

Unfortunately cannot give higher than a 1 star since its been 4 full business days and I still haven't been given an estimate. If this is indicative of their service level, I wouldn't take my vehicle here even if their quote is lower.

FANTASTIC in all aspects. An extremely thorough, customer-oriented team (and my repaired car also received a complete interior cleaning!) High recommended.
