I had terrible experiences in the past with dentists. I’ve been with Dimension dentistry for over 20 years. I trust them implicitly. They are professional and understanding of my needs. I definitely would recommend them to everyone.

I have terrible dental anxiety, and after my first appoitment here, I have never felt so comfortable with a dentist before. I have never had a dentist be so gentle before. High recommend especially if ypu dental anxiety. Wish I found them sooner.

We always have a great experience at Dimension Dentistry! The front staff are so happy and helpful. The hygienists & dentists are always so friendly, helpful and exceptionally great with kids! My kids enjoy their visits to the dentist. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!

Suffered from a very painful abscess from Friday night over the whole weekend. Called them up and they were kind enough to make room for me right as the doors opened. I was so comfortable and pain free within an hour of being there that I fell asleep in the chair. Couldn't be happier with the professionalism and care this team put forth.

I have been going to Dimension Dentistry for 27 years and have always been so pleased with their care, in spite of my personal dislike of going to the dentist (sorry guys). All of the Drs. Fairbanks have been terrific, with a particular shout out to Dr. Ben, who recently went absolutely above and beyond what was required to ensure I was happy with the end result. I can't say enough about them and I am so grateful for the great care on a consistent basis. Thank you!

Dimension Dentistry has been my dental practice of choice since I moved to Calgary in 1999. I always give them 5 stars!

A very friendly clinic. Always satisfied with my check-up. I've never needed a procedure done here so I can't comment on that.

I've been with Dimension Dentistry pretty much as long as I have had teeth. I appreciate how respectful they are of your budget. Doing a visit every 6 months and want to just come in and get your teeth cleaned and leave without seeing the dentist once a year, and do the full check up at your other appointment? They will do that. Need a procedure done and want to know how much will be covered by your insurance? They'll figure that out for you.
I went in after a car accident and they were really good at making sure I was physically comfortable and got my crash-related jaw injury looked at by a specialist. They were great about sending along the paperwork I needed for insurance.
If you have anxiety about going to the dentist talk to the folks here. They're great at working with you to achieve your oral health.

As many have posted, great place for your whole family, have been bringing my kids for the past 5 years.

My family has relied on Dimension Dentistry for years. The dental technicians are knowledgeable and give good advice on how to maintain good dental health. The dentists are highly skilled. The crowns, bridges and fillings I’ve gotten there have been durable and problem free. I couldn’t have asked for better results.

I’ve been to so many dentist and was finally referred here by my significant other whose family has been coming here fore 15 years. It has been amazing! They are so kind, caring and offer an insane selection of products and services! Barb is my hygienist and she makes me so comfortable as I have dentophobia!

I was referred to this clinic by two friends to get my wisdom teeth out, I don't live in the city and this clinic is about an hour drive for me. I was so scared and they assured me everything would be fine. They took great care of me. Letting me watch Netflix while the sedation kicked in, putting and nice blanket over me, and giving me head phones with calming music. The dentist called me a couple hours after my surgery and than again the next day. I will forever recommend this clinic. So caring and know what they are doing. Thanks again.

I had been referred to Dr. Michelson after a horrible experience with a previous dentist. My teeth needed a lot of work as what was previously done had damaged everything. Thankfully Dr. Michelson and his team took care of me as if I was one their own. I ended up getting an All in 4 done and I am proud to say I have 100x more confidence and Dr. Michelson made sure I was happy and feeling beautiful. My friends are now seeing Dr. Ben and they love him. The staff here are amazing everyone is so caring and friendly. Highly Recommend Dimension Dentistry.

Can’t rave enough about this dentist office. Had my daughters teeth cleaned for the first time (she is 2) dr Ben was amazing and the dental hygienist (I forget her name) was outstanding. Not only were they friendly and professional but they really know how to make kids feel welcomed. If your looking for a dentist office I highly recommend Dimension Dentistry.

This dentist office is amazing and are very community focused. They donated to a new playground in our community and were even willing to help build it (though plans changed due to COVID-19). How wonderful that a business would be so invested in their community!

Very professional and clean offices. Top tier Doctors and Surgeons. I've seen many Dentist' throughout my life and Dr. Michelson is by far the best. He's very knowledgable and will listen to your opinion when trying to make decisions regarding your health.

Good side is:
Staff is great, super friendly.

Bad side is: (MORE EXPENSIVE THAN USUAL)
Now, I have been with 4 other Dentists before this one in Calgary in the last 10 years (due to changing homes), and I NEVER had to pay extra charge since my family have 2 very good insurance companies.
However, this Dentist clinic charges a bit more than the average dentists in Calgary, so every time I have to come for anything (Big or small) I still have to pay more money even after applying my 2 insurances, which is very disappointing.

Now, I have noticed before, that other dentist clinics always made sure that I was happy before leaving going above and beyond to make me and my family happy - but not this one. Unfortunately, even after talking to 2 different staff members including finance department and my insurance, they could not do anything to help me with my issue.

Great service, I had botox done by doctor Troy Michelson. It was a great experience quick and painless and it looks great. He also has vast knowledge of TMJ problems as I had my ct scan done at my last hygiene and found out more info about existing jaw problems that none of my other dentists have ever told me.

Like the dentists.and hygienists.they are excellent at what they do and compassionate when needed. I have been a patient there for over Twenty years, All are the“ BEST OF THE EST”!

I would highly recommend Dimension Dentistry to everyone, especially families with young children. They have a wonderful “happy visit” program for my two year old to help him get used to visiting the dentist. The hygienist is so incredible with both my children. She is patient, kind, and has a natural ability to connect with them so they feel more comfortable. The dentists are always so kind, as well. I actually have been going to Dimension Dentistry since I was a young child and I have had 30 years of incredible experiences. The staff is friendly, competent and kind. Highly recommended!

Dr Michelson has absolute 10 out of 10 when it comes to attention to detail. His work on.my veneers has amazing and they look very natural. On top of that all the staff are friendly, polite and courteous at all times. I've been a happy patient for many years now

I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite a few years. I was so happy to find this place. They gave me a tour of the office which is unusual and made me feel welcome and comfortable immediately. My hygienist Kendra was amazing, easy going, gentle and very friendly. My experience at dimension dentistry was top notch and I actually look forward to going back! Dr Mark was caring and understanding and listened to my concerns. I recommend ALL of my family and friends to go there and you should too! You won’t be disappointed! I am absolutely blown away by Dr Batista, Dimensions' on-staff Periodontist. After going to a different perio in the past, I had a really traumatic and painful experience and was terrified of going to another. The first time meeting Dr Batista, he eased my nerves almost instantly with his kind and calming manner. He is sensitive to patients with dental phobia, has great bedside manner, is a respected perio, and is just an overall great human being. I came in a few months later to have the actual work done, opting out of sedation due to my trust in Dr Batista. His freezing injections skills are bar none - I felt absolutely nothing with his technique, both during the injection and the procedure itself. I don't think I've ever had a dental experience this positive before, either with or without sedation. If you require periodontal work and also deal with dental fears, I strongly urge you to go to Dimension and see Dr Batista. He has been a game changer for me and my dental phobia and I couldn't appreciate him more.

I was particularly impressed by my most recent visit. The dental office contacted me a few days before to see if my appointment could be shifted later by 10 minutes to accommodate another patient. That was no problem and I agreed. Frankly, many other dentists wouldn’t even tell you about such a minor change and would just let you cool your heels in the waiting room for an extra 10 minutes. As it turned out, I was very pressed for time on the day of my appointment and was very glad to have that extra time released to me rather than wasted.
