Multiple times I have come here for fr rain pants and they have been out of stock. They have a great price and those pants in particular are top of the line for certain industries. The staff member was very friendly and noted that fr rain gear was low as it is apparently out of season. It seems it is common for people to come in and find low stock. Most of this work gear can be found online for cheaper.

I recently bought a package of 2 piece safety vests. I honestly bought it for someone in the neighbourhood that walks their dog 2-3 times daily. He uses a walker. I am not sure but I think that he has MS. He is a faithful dog owner. During the winter you couldn’t see him at night. I almost hit him myself.
Now he walks by day or night with his vest on. It was a great purchase. I bought a set myself. Safety matters!

Didn't get the product what was showing available when I checked online. Drove 20kms for that which was a waste of time.

Awesome, purchase a nomex coverall and stitches broke. The lady gave me 2 pairs of a different brand. My go to place for work gears from now on.
Didn't even kept my receipt! Just showed my bank statement. Prices are awesome too.

Ordered a pair of insulated coveralls that were too big. I'm from another province but needed to exchange.customer service was exceptional! They shipped me the correct size the same day. Thanks Kylie for all your help.

Direct WorkWear offers items that Cannot be found in The US, like the Pioneer brand of Hi Vis clothing. I especially appreciate Kylie whom is a wonderful with customer service. Thank you DWW for offering great Canadian Outerwear to the US as well.

Hard to see the signage in the fall wind. Drove in circles cause there was NOTHING firm denoting the location of the store.

Their customer service is great. I received an email stating part of my order is on a slight delay. So I called to inquire how long due to going back out to camp in 2 weeks. They gave me a timeline and was very nice. I’ll do a review on my items once I receive them.

I like the selection they have here. Prices are reasonable except for work gloves. I found those to be more expensive than they should be

Lots of stuff, good prices. If you are looking for a vest, t shirt, gloves etc.this is the best place.

The best place in Edmonton to get your safety PPE. They not only had a.wide selection of gear for all seasons. They also had good items on sale and honestly a huge variety of all things FR and Hi-vis. They staff is great and always willing to help you find a size.

They know how to take care of there customers, they know what products they have for the right type of work, it's my place to go when I need something, also they have the best coveralls in town

Best prices in the city hands down. I called at least 6 other places across the city and Direct WorkWear beat them all by at least $100 for 2 sets of insulated coveralls, fitted to size with reflective stripes. All work was done on site by their amazing staff within an hour.

Absolutely massive selection of coveralls, vests, shirts, pants, bibs, jackets. All colours and fire ratings are site approved. Nice little camping section too.

They have my business for life.

Direct workwear is the only place I will buy my work clothes! My orders are always exactly as shown, and delivery is quick! I am a petite woman welder who could not find proper fitting work attire before I found Direct Workwear!

Great service and a fantastic inventory. Kylie helped me out and turned what would have been a 40 minute trip looking at all of my options to 5 minutes comparing just the things I need.

Everything one needs in terms of safety, can be purchased here. The prices are extremely competitive and great quality. Kylie helped choose the right outfit for me. Will be back to buy more stuff.

Ordered a fr hoodie online and they didnt have the size i wanted in stock, i emailed about a different size and got a reply within that hour and the new size was shipped out that day

The thing I enjoyed vote direct workwear when I went there to buy a couple vest for my workplace they are very friendly they're very helpful their prices are very reasonable and they make sure that if you're not quite sure what you're looking for there up there right away to help you they just don't say to you over there in the corner have a look though actually come and try to help you and I tall people if you want a good place to shop for best workwear safety clothes that's the place to go to this one the cheapest places I found so far I trust me I go to a lot of them go there you will not be disappointed

If you go to Mark's Work Wearhouse go here instead for the value alone. You will save so much money here and get to support a local store.

Highly recommend to anyone and will definitely recommend people who need workwear to this store.

Value:
I was amazed with how much more Mark's Work Wearhouse is compared to this place. One hoodie I was looking at while I was at Mark's was $260 and this place had the same exact hoodie for $160.

All of their prices are more than reasonable.

Store:
Store was well laid out and made sense. Inventory was solid for someone who is average height and build. They had everything I needed especially with the weather changing I was amazed with the warm weather inventory they had.

Staff:
Staff was very helpful. I don't remember the guy's name who helped me but he worked in the trades for awhile and knows his stuff from actual experience in the field.

The BEST shop in town for your work wear needs! Pat and Stacy know their stuff and will take care of you. The service is always great and welcoming! I really don’t like going anywhere else. Check them out, they should have what you’re looking for.

The best deals in town. Get the non brand name surplus stuff for the deals. New FR coveralls levels 1,2 & 3 for $25. FR pants for $10, deals on shirts. $5 new lab coats. In house seamstress will modify purchased items in a timely fashion. Great service.

They offer excellent service in this store. They carry good quality work clothing and other supplies. If you are looking for fire rated workwear, look no further. I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in work related clothing.

The lady that was working (didnt catch her name) but she was awesome. She was making jokes with me and my fiance and made us feel so welcome. She was a superstar

By far the biggest selection of Work boots I've ever seen, puts Mark's to shame. Also a huge selection or Canadian made boots, and a good selection of Red Wing boots

First time visiting this store and was greeted by a kind women, and immediately asked if I needed anything. Service is impeccable. I'm also surprised by the pricing, their products are a lot cheaper than the big box stores. This store also offers a lot of selection for safety gears and accessories, on par with most of the box stores.

What an amazing experience! Normally taking my husband shopping is absolute hell but thank goodness for Stacy! Amazing product knowledge and customer service. As soon as we said we were with Trans Canada she pointed us out all the items allowed on site and even grabbed me a chair to sit on while my husband tried on his clothes. We went in for 1 shirt and due to the amazing prices we left with a weeks worth of Workwear for $500!
Impressive staff, impressive prices and an absolute delight leaving knowing we have everything we need!
