Dirham Homes

To summarize as best I can, I haven’t lived in a build quality this poor, ever. I’ve never had the issues that my current home has in any of my homes, not even the older ones. From foundation/shifting issues to severe framing issues to moisture problems like I’ve never seen before that are making me want to get rid of the home asap. I understand that some of which probably fall on sub contractors and trades but all of which falls on the primary builder and they should back their homes. Which they don’t despite trying to get help from them a few times. I never expected issues like this out of a home only a couple years old. Certainly don’t recommend to anyone, period.

My transfer clients had one week to find a home and a 3 week possession timeline. Working with Sean Gillis & Dirham Homes was so great for myself & my clients. They wanted a lot of additions including a deck, fence and a basement completion. By the time they arrived to take possession & move in; their deck and fence were up in two days! The basement completion was wired and plumbed in a week. Thank You Dirham Homes! My clients couldn’t be happier with the choice to go with Dirham Homes for their new home build.
