Update: I now see Brit for my haircuts here. Been twice. She does an amazing job cutting my hair. And styling. Highly recommend her.

I went into Diva Salon expecting a relaxing experience and unfortunately ended up having a terrible one. I had an allergic reaction due to the staff’s carelessness in regard to my severe aloe vera allergy which I informed the staff about several times. In summary, during the experience I had aloe vera used on me multiple times despite assurance that there was no aloe vera in any of the product. I then bought the same toner that the technician used during the facial, unaware that it had aloe vera in it. Upon realizing, I promptly got into contact with the spa who denied a refund. After speaking with the manager I was able to get a refund for the product I purchased. I am however extremely unsatisfied with how the Seton Diva Spa handled the situation. Given the fact that aloe was used on my face during the service which cost over $100, I would have expected an entire refund on the service as well. This was extremely unprofessional and dangerous for clients.

This was my first time at the Seton salon, had my hair cut and styled by Lauren. Great experience, love my haircut and especially blow dry and style. Beautiful salon, lovely staff and great customer service. Highly recommend and very happy to have a new salon and stylist to go to! Thanks Lauren!

I’ve been seeing Sherry for haircuts for about 15 years and she is awesome! Her cuts, styles and colours always look great and flattering, and I always leave happy and feeling great. She is friendly and funny and a real joy to visit everytime I go. I have followed her from location to location and will continue to for as long as possible.

Very nice people. But it was disappointed I showed a picture and they cut my hair so short layers on the top of my head. Very sad. This is another bad experience.

Great experience through and through. From booking the appointment to getting a friendly reminder the day before. When I arrived, the staff member at the desk made sure to greet me properly even though she was busy with something else. She also already had an idea who I was, even though it was my first visit.

Tiffany was my stylist. She was very thorough and made sure I was happy with everything throughout. Would definitely recommend getting a cut from Tiffany.

I had a very poor experience at this salon. She was an intermediate stylist so I had certain expectations. It took her 3 hours to put foils in my hair, I have hair just past my shoulders and very fine hair. In total she finished in 5 hours but I went out with wet hair because they had the lady at the front blow dry my hair. I signed a form with a price range and I was charged the top of that price range. She used 10 volume so my hair didn’t process. I called and complained I had to send in pictures and they rebooked me. I was disappointed that two senior stylists working that day who saw my hair let me leave without rebooking me. Keara at Diva in Southcentre mall fixed my hair it looks amazing and I already rebooked with her for my next appointment.

I visited Diva salon at Seton location to have my hair colouring and eyebrows done. My hairstylist Sherry was very friendly and accommodating. She is knowledgeable and experienced. Tieghan did a great job with my eyebrows. All the staffs were very nice. Overall my visit and experience to Diva salon was excellent.

New to the area and looking for a long over-due hair cut. From the phone call to make an appointment to check-out was an experience that has surpassed all former hair appointments. The front desk staff made me feel welcome, served coffee and chatted. Mandy was as promised “the best”. She took 5 minutes just to talk through my hair and lifestyle and what I was looking for. An organic oil head and neck massage preceded a wash. The cut was amazing. Mandy took her time thinning out my hair to achieve the style I was looking for. This is definitely “my” salon and Mandy my stylist going forward.

Stephanie was amazing. After a lengthy search and many bad hair cuts, she knew exactly what I wanted.

Every single visit to Diva Salon & Spa Seton is nothing short of wonderful! The staff is always genuinely friendly and considerate, the atmosphere is fun and welcoming, and the quality of service is excellent. Ashima and Amrita are amazing at brow tinting & threading and I've been so pleased with my mani's & pedi's with Debbie.

I just moved from Edmonton to Calgary and did not know where I could get my eyebrows threaded! I made an appt at Diva for my wedding and I was AMAZED by Debbie! She was fantastic! So nice, efficient and always was checking on how I was doing. Threading can sometimes last forever and be painful but not with Debbie! The rest of the staff was also incredibly kind. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

I have been visiting this location since 2015 for all my hair styling, facial and mani-pedis. Debbie is the best when it comes to facial and mani pedis.
Mandy is super talented hair stylist. AVEDA skin and hair products used here are the best in the industry as they are natural, cruelty free and absolutely nourishing for hair and skin. It has always been a pleasure getting skincare and hair done from Diva. I am always looking forward to my spa visits. Recently got Mani Pedi done from Tieghan and it was nothing less than perfect!

I went to Lucy yesterday and had the best experience! She is so sweet and gave me the best haircut and style. She is super efficient.

It was my first visit to the salon. I got a shellac express pedicure and a brow tint. My pedicure was really good. A good experience and she did a great job.
My brow tint on the on the other hand was a nightmare. She didn’t shape the tint and it stained my skin in spots it shouldn’t have. It also was very spotty and patchy. Highly disappointed with it and it didn’t last.

Very friendly, on schedule, and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my results - thanks Debbie!

The space is bright and node's. The employees are professional, courteous and very accommodating. Kari and Mike are our favorites.

My first visit to this salon. Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Bebe did a great cut on my hair. So glad they are in our neighborhood.

I came here last Saturday to get a haircut. I am not going to lie, this is the best salon I've ever been. Bebe was the one who took care of me and she did an awesome job to my hair. She is the only one who never bashed my hair unlike from the previous salon I went. You feel the sincerity. And she can sing. I will definitely coming back here.

I called prior to coming to their salon if they accept walk-in client, the receptionist said they do accept. I asked what time are they gonna close, she said 6pm but will only be accepting client by 5pm. I came by 4: 52pm and just told me they dont accept client anymore.

I had a massage and pedicure appointment at this location and thought that the whole experience was really great! Tegan the spa specialist especially was absolutely wonderful and professional. The staff were also diligent with COVID protocols which was nice to see.

Just had my first haircut here a few days ago. Mike and the team were very professional and are great at what they do!

Had a colour and cut done by Whitney here, and it was the best my hair has felt in so long! She was so awesome, cheerful, and outgoing, and made my experience super. On top of all that, the work she did was so so beautiful and I cannot wait to visit her again in the future!

No more than 3 people allowed in at one time due to covid and you have to call front desk before entering. The girl was really knowledgeable and helped me with recommending a product based on my hair type. She was so cute and friendly but I can't remember her name! Thank you though!

The staff are Diva in Seton are phenomenal. Every time the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My stylist Becca is a genius at colour, the balayage she did for me recently is the best I’ve ever had. I always leave happy. Thanks so much Diva!
