My two teenagers and I have been clients of Ali's for several years now. He is fantastic! I colour my hair and his ability to match it to my complexion has been masterful. I'm always getting compliments on my hair style and colour - I have Ali to thank for that!

Ree is an amazingly talented hair stylist! I came in with a reference photo for a dark brown and red balayage and she nailed it! I was very nervous getting my hair dyed because of past experiences at another salon, but Ree not only brought back my trust in salons, she skyrocketed my confidence! Thank you so much, Ree! I was a bit nervous going in here because there’s mixed reviews of it and i do not usually get my hair done but overall my experience were really good! I got my layers done by Donna! She was very helpful and very informable. Love love love my hair right now!

You NEED to go see Sam, the hairstylist extraordinaire. She is so welcoming and honest with you. Everytime I go i am very pleased and walk out with confidence, knowing I will continue to like my haircut after that day. Never a hair out of place. I hear she also specializes in hair coloring and is amoung the elite in the calgary area.

I went to this salon for the first time and got my appointment set up with Ree, I was kind of nervous at first but they were so nice at the reception and Ree is amazing at her work, I asked for long layers with curtain bangs and she made me fall in love with my hair. My hair smells so good even after 5 days. Thank you so much for this amazing service.

If you want an amazing haircut from a personable professional, I would highly recommend going to see Sam. She is friendly, entertaining and always delivers an outstanding cut. I have never had a bad haircut or gotten anything less than exceptional service.

This place is far from where I live and more expensive. I still came all the way because I read good reviews. But what I went back with was burnt skin under my brows. I have shared the picture too. So close to my eye!

I have been going a this salon from past 3 year never had bad experience until now. I booked appointment for my 3 years old, I specifically asked do you guys have someone who is trained for kids hair cut and I was told don’t worry we got you. But when I went there this lady was just brushing my daughter’s hair but she was not in a mood of doing her hair cut, she kept saying oh this girl is moving a lot, when she was not moving her head that much. But anyway she put her stuff too on the side and baby the was getting distracted. And this hairstylist was bringing over other colleagues to explain me over and over. I mean if you don’t have trained hairstylist for kids why did you even book me at the first place. That was waste for time. I don’t know I am ever going back.

I had a color and cut from Samantha this past weekend, and I have been showered with so many compliments. I absolutely love the results, and she is a fantastic stylist and an awesome conversationalist. I’ve had many haircuts from her but this was my first time booking a color service. I can’t say enough good things about her and I look forward to many future appointments:)

Very disappointing! I’ve been going to this salon for 5 years now and this is my first time to experience a haircut disaster. I paid for $75 for what? A haircut that looks like its the stylist’s first time to cut a hair? ! I booked for Chantelle, showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted to but I don’t even know if she actually looked at it or not because normally Fatma or Cherri will tell me how they are going to cut it or ask me if what they assume the haircut is the right one. So the picture shows a straight cut but she did is a bob cut! She even cut it too short just below my ear! At first I’m already observing her because obviously she doesn’t know what she’s doing! When she chopped my hair directly right below my ear that’s when I freaked out. I will never go back to this salon again not unless Cherri or Fatma are the ones who will have do my haircut!

Reem is amazing! She did such a great job with my hair and was really great about combining professional expertise with my own vision and wishes! Would definitely recommend!

Was looking for a new hairstylist as I have recently moved to this area. I read all the lovely reviews on Diva an decided to take a chance. I was there today for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. I received a warm friendly greeting from the receptionist (sorry I didn't catch your name). Was offered coffee, tea or water the moment I came in. I was then introduced to my stylist Samantha. She was fantastic. She was interesting, funny, great personality most of all a great stylist. She did exactly what I wanted and was very detailed. I have to say the best cut I have had in years. Oh and she gives the best head massages. Thank you so much Samantha. It was a real treat today.

We had a very bad and unsatisfactory experience with Diva Salon and Spa. My wife had haircut and hairstyle there and they were totally different than what she expected and has shown. My wife and I already showed the hairdresser what colour and style we were targeting and she claimed that she can do it. But unfortunately, the result was different and absolutely incomparable to what we showed. When I came to take my wife from the Salon, she was crying and could not fix her hair till today. She is always saying to me " They took too much money and destroyed my hair"!
Updated: The owner for the Salon just sent a response that says "Our records show you have not visited our Salon and Spa"! This is not true at all. I am here attaching a receipt obtained from my bank that proves that I made a payment of 338$CAD!

Roberta is awesome. I had my hair dyed and it's a bit complicated coz I want it lighter but have gray hairs so I also need a root touch up at the same time. Roberta was able to figure out what to do and achieved the color I want and cover my gray hairs. I already booked my next appointment with her and will keep on coming back for sure.

The salon is also nice - my first time here. It's clean and staff are very friendly.

I visited the location on Sunday and was very pleased with the cut and style and my stylist. However I got a bit of a shock when I went in to pay as I had to pay more than I was expecting as I had gone for a haircut. So I was told that it's because I was booked with a stylist and not a new talent. I wish I had known in advance about the price then I would have chosen my options carefully.

This salon is amazing! The staffs are friendly and helpful. I wear hijab and I'm thankful that I finally found a place in Calgary to get my hair cut in private. That's what successful businesses do. They cater to the needs of diverse client base.
Now let's talk about my hair cut. I have a naturally curly hair and most of the time I struggle to get a decent hair cut with this type of hair. Camille did a fantastic job with my hair! One word for her - "brilliant"!

Got a fantastic cut and hair treatment from Cherrie tonight. It was my first time at this salon but it won't be the last. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I brought my niece who is 3 years old, it was her first time going to the salon and she absolutely loved it. She was getting treated for her birthday. We were taken care by Cherrie, she was amazing and very good with young ones. She washed and styled her hair and she made her feel very comfortable. It was an amazing first experience for my niece. Such a bad service. I asked for brown colour but they did black color. Then even no hair cut but still charged 150 just for the wrong color. Very disappointed service.

Got my make up done by two talented artists, Fatima and Saira, for my cousin's wedding. They both did a great job! Highly recommended place:)

What a fantastic experience I had with my hairstylist Cherrie. Very professional and caring personality. This was my first visit at the salon and I will be going back!

I called to ask about their lash removal services and I was quoted $30. I booked an appointment, the service was good, but when I went to the front desk I was shocked to hear that they wanted me to pay $93! First of all, that is TRIPLE the price of what I was quoted, and second of all, that's an outrageous price for taking 10 minutes to remove a few straggling lashes. I refused to pay that amount, and then they tried to get me to pay $60, and finally they settled on $40, which was still more than what I was initially told. I am disappointed and I will never go back there again.

Edit: the manager called me to apologize and offer a complimentary service after the incident, which was nice of her, but I hope that they train their staff to be on the same page when it comes to quoting prices in the future

Well, first time being in a salon. I was amazed by it and my friends praised my hair.keep it up.i forgot her name but moe was teaching her on doing my hair.

I had my hair colored and styled here today with Clodagh and she was great. The color didn't take to my hair how we had thought it would, and rather than just brushing it off or hoping I liked it, she was honest. She said it didn't turn out like she had hoped, and she wasn't happy with it. She redid my color without hesitation right then and there (her idea). Second time around it came out even better than I had imagined. To me, this says a lot about the pride she puts into her work. I love my hair, thank you Clodagh!

I been getting my hair done from Cherrie for few years now, she does her work in a professional manner and she’s really polite and friendly I would recommend going to her for your hair.

It was my first time going to any salon and I had a very amazing experience. Thank you to Cherrie for assisting me and for doing my hair. I was so comfortable with the environment and the staff since they are so friendly. The color I wanted needs 2 session. The first session came out so good, even though It’s not yet the colour I wanted it came out so good. At first I thought I’d be hiding my hair, but I was wrong I really had a confident of going out with the colour came out at the first time. Thank you to Cherrie I can’t wait for the second session.

I got a full leg, underarms, and Brazilian wax done by Syra (please correct me if this is incorrectly spelled). My legs, underarms and unmentionables were smoother than silk. She also tinted my eyebrows which gave more shape and color to my previously blonde and un-satisfactory brows. Syra is very respectful and easy to talk to. She walks you through the treatment and answers any questions you may have. Sitting in silence while you get waxed can be a bit awkward (unless you prefer that), Syra creates a safe and welcoming environment so that awkward is not a part of your experience. Syra is thourough and respectful in her work. I've got waxing done before but I won't trust anyone to wax me but Syra at Diva Salon and Spa in the Sunridge mall. If you're looking for quality service, Diva Salon and Spa at Sunridge is the place to go. Totally recommend it!

This was the first time I ever got my hair coloured and my experience was amazing through out. 'Moe' was my stylist, I took some pictures and ideas of what I wanted for my hair, He very carefully listened and understood exactly what I liked and I didn't like.

The Result I got was tremendous and I never imagined it will look that good. All thanks to 'Moe' he is just Amazing at what he does. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and assure that you will be as happy as I am.:)

I spent years trying to find a barber who could deal with my hair that always wanted to stand on end. Sam is the only one I've found that can make it look good. She's always friendly and does a great job. I did cosplay as both Riker from Star Trek and Doctor Strange and she's helped me pull both off very well.

I have been getting waxing from Saira for a few years now. I love going to Saira and will not go to anyone else because she is so good at what she does. She makes the experience enjoyable and comfortable. This is the first place that i don't get break outs from waxing. I am slowly making my way into Laser because i grown to trust Saira and what she recommends because of how knowledgeable she is when it comes to her work and how honest she is with her clients. If you are looking for clean, fast and great waxing i would book in with Saira, my eyes brows always have the best shape to them.
