Every staff member was lovely, capable and knowledgeable. The medical practioners responded to concerns and changed their approach based on my feedback. Jax at the front desk was always positive and helpful. Jennifer is unbelievable in her ability to be everywhere all at once while also remembering everything while also knowing everything.

Meanwhile, every part of my plantar fasciitis treatment was terrible. Shockwave, ouch. Exercises, ouch. Massages, ouch. Some of the worst pain I've ever felt.

But. BUT.it worked. After 2 months of treatment I'm almost completely pain free. It wasn't easy and wasn't cheap but don't let other reviews scare you away there's no upfront cost. They are clear and transparent about costs in a way that is helpful to make a decision.

Lucky for me I'll never ever hurt myself again.but if I did then I would, without hesitation, go back for treatment.

I went here for 3 months of treatment including PT, shockwave, massage, laser therapy for ankles and feet. And great improvement on my ankles and feet. Every time you would see a different therapist. It was their program they had created for you. I seen a massage therapist, Tash, and he performed a muscle stripping on the back of my legs. He injured me greatly. I have been in pain for three months now went for an MRI and numerous physical therapy sessions at another facility and I’m still in pain. I’ve had to use crutches, cane, and even a wheelchair at times to get around. They changed my life drastically for the worse. When I called and asked for this massage therapist full name and credentials I was told he felt bad about what happened but it wasn’t his fault (so it’s my fault I was injured?) and I was given no information that I wanted. I think they’re afraid that I’m trying to get a monetary gain, which is nowhere in my mind to do. I would like to make sure no one else has to suffer from negligence like I have since June 2023. Because of this, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been visiting Divergent for a few years, they always have the newest equipment available to help with my back pain. Thank you team Divergent!

For school I have to sit for hours on end studying, or with my back bent incessantly during surgeries. Jason has a high aptitude for recognizing issues stemming from one another that go beyond diagnosis and treatment, he address prophylactic ways to prevent injuries. He has a very good understanding of human anatomy, moreover the entailing physiology that accompanies particular movement. 10/10 would recommend a visit.

Had a great experience at Divergent health. I had chronic achilitis issues, so visited this clinic. Dr. Nanda was very professional and did a thorough assessment. I got PRP and shockwave treatment and it took care of it. Dr. Nanda also suggested treatment for lower back pain and did Shockwave therapy and i could feel the difference. I am able to resume to my active lifestyle pain-free. Very friendly staff too. Highly recommend.

0/5 stars for me. Absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Literally don't go here, it's a waste of time. They are a sales clinic, not a health clinic. They try to sell you all their fancy technology for a small fortune and say that it's the only thing going to make you feel better. I should have listened to the other bad reviews and not gone here.

Prior to going they had me fill out an intake form. I made sure to do so in as much detail as possible and explained everything about the three car accidents I've been in. When the doctor brought me into the room it's like he never even read the form. He had no clue why I was in. This was upsetting given how much time I took to fill the form out in the first place. He proceeded to ask me questions which I had already filled out. After that he had me lay down and he did an exam which lasted less than 5 minutes. He gave me 4 extremely hard pokes to my back and asked ‘does this hurt? ’. I was shocked cause absolutely it hurt but with the amount of pressure used it would hurt anywhere he would have pressed. He also had me try to resist his hand with my leg and when it was hard for me he asked if I felt weak. I asked why and he said ‘well most people can do better than that’. I thought that was very unprofessional and his comments on my performance made my confidence plummet. I got up and felt super discouraged about the pain I was in. I even started to tear up because of how discouraged and uncomfortable he made me feel about my pain. He didn't even care one bit about how he made me feel. He then proceeded to diagnose me with chronic back pain after that 5 minute exam. He then went on to say that their program was the only program to fix my pain and he tried to sell me the $2500 program to make me feel ‘90% better in 7 weeks’. This doctor was honestly just an off putting person who doesn't care about patients feelings and also avoided eye contact the whole time which made it even more awkward. He was more of a salesman than a doctor and made me feel 10x worse about myself then I felt going into it which I would never have expected since doctors are meant to hold space and compassion for clients.

I am near 60 years old and sprained strained my right knee while getting off a step ladder at work. The following day it was so bad that I could not walk. After a couple of treatments with Jennifer and one treatment with Dillion I have full range of motion and have been pain free for months. Dillion also gave me some exercises to built strength in the leg. I cannot speak enough to the professionalism and knowledge that Divergent brought to my issues. I highly recommend them and their services.

Best pain management clinic in Calgary! So happy with my treatment and the staff was one of a kind! I had tried prior treatments before and it never worked out for me until I came across divergent! Dr Nanda was exceptional and provided some of the best care I have ever received. If you’re in pain do yourself a favour and head over to this place!

I have been in dire need of a great chiropractor. I decided to start my search and came across Divergent Health Care. What drew me was not only the wonderful reviews, but also the vast services offered in one location.

Let me start off by just saying how amazing the staff is here! They warmly greeted me and felt like I was in the comfort of my own home.

Their team is very pleasant and made sure that my needs were addressed. They truly went above and beyond. Very personable. The office and clinic itself is very clean and organized.

Dr. Nanda and his team certainly have compassion for people as it is reflected in the work he and the team does. He was respectful, patient and gentle as well as genuinely interested in my areas of concern.

The system and technology that the team uses is also impressive. He developed a layered plan for my shoulder and knee pain that I have never seen. Multiple different team members assess and create something that is both manageable and effective. It's a program that was well defined and scheduled in up front.

I'm now just sustaining and going in for routine maintenance. Really pleased with my results!

I wanted to leave 1 star because I left extremely annoyed after this appointment, but later decided on 3 because service was friendly, and I didn't actually try their treatment (and will decline to do so).

My review is based on them wasting my time, misleading me when booking, and confronting me with non stop sales tactics.

I told them I wanted to start shockwave therapy and avoid the self assessment because I've already seen a doctor and physiotherapist, and it's no question plantar fasciitis. I wanted to start slow and see how I reacted to it. The lady said no question, it's a 90% success rate, it will take 5 minutes, and we can start treatment right away. So I booked and canceled my afternoon plans.

On arrival, the place felt more like a store selling beauty products, skin care treatments, vitamins, footwear, etc. I knew I was going to be sold something right away. The chiropractor was dressed very very casual, like he just came from the gym or club (he was very friendly though btw). After 5 minutes of history questions, and 5 minutes of him leaving to attend a personal matter, he then finally broke the news their treatment is ONLY program based.a 10 treatment process, with lots of painful techniques included, with a 95% success rate.all for the low price of $1500.oh, and I could add $200 at a discount favour for orthotics.and this all needed to be paid up front.

Are you serious! No way was I prepared for that, and no way would I blindly agree to this. He then continued to describe tricks I could do to best use my insurance. I couldn't believe I wasted my entire afternoon, thinking I was coming in for a 5 minute treatment, only to be told I had only ONE option.a $1500 program! I hated that this was not explained anywhere on the initial appointment description, or on their website, they just needed to get me in the door to make the sales pitch.

Hey, it "may" work, but no way am I blindly just paying a whopping $1500, I wish this cost and program system was explained somewhere before I wasted my time.

My wrist arthritis got worse when I returned to work after a month-long vacation and got back into the routine of doing repetitive tasks. My hand would feel numb after short periods of work and the pain would return as well. It was especially painful in the morning after I’d wake up. The staff at Divergent Health devised a customized treatment plan for me incorporating both pharmacological and non-pharmacological modalities. My wrist pain has subsided significantly and I’m able to go about my day in ease.

When I first started having chronic back pain, I shrugged it off as nothing more than mild discomfort and stiffness. However, it worsened over time to the point that I had to rely heavily on painkillers to get me through the day. This is when I finally visited Divergent Health to get a proper examination. Not only did I get an accurate diagnosis, but I was also given prompt treatment through physical therapy and chiropractic care. My back pain is all but gone now and I haven’t felt this healthy in ages!

Having been in chronic pain for 30 years, left me exhausted and feeling hopeless. I couldn't sleep at night and was on medication for years for pain.
When I saw the Divergent Health Care advertisement in the paper, I was skeptical, but thought I would give them a call, after all, what have I go to lose, except my pain.

From the start all of the staff were great, Abby the receptionist, the first person you see or talk to is excellent, great personality, and eager to help.

My initial evaluation was with Doctor Jason Nanda, who quickly made me feel at ease, not at all like a doctors visit, and insisted I call him Jason. He listened and showed that he cared, his words and his body language shows this.

I explained what happened to my leg, my knee, my history, he said that I had tendinopathy and that he was sure that they could eliviate 90% of my pain, sounds very promising, but I am still skeptical after 30 years of pain.

But I sign up for the procedures, I will admit that the shockwave therapy, for me, was excruciating, I was quite verbal during these treatments, but was comforted along the way.

After the first treatment, I felt immediate relief, some of the pain has gone, along with my skepticism.

Long story short, I am now 99% pain-free, they treated my pain, and treated me as a person, the whole mind-body treatment and aftercare are first-rate.

So If you are skeptical like me, please don't hesitate to contact them, they are awesome.

I have always tried pushing myself beyond my limits in the gym. In my quest for a perfect body, I’d started to feel extreme muscle soreness, to the point that it began affecting my workouts. My trainer recommended seeing a massage therapist at Divergent Health to ease soreness as apparently it did wonders for him! Well, turns out he was right! After getting massage therapy, my muscles feel much better and I am back pumping iron in the gym. In fact, I’ve now made it a habit to go for massage therapy at least once a week!

I’ve been visiting the psychologist at Divergent Health for a few months now, and I just wanted to say publicly that I’m so grateful for the way you guys take care of each patient. I didn’t think therapy would work, but I’ve been feeling so much better and it's all thanks to you.

I was tired of popping painkillers for my back pain; to the point where I started wondering if I was addicted to them. That’s when the alarm bells started going off, and a friend recommended spinal decompression for long-term relief. To be honest, when I heard “spinal decompression”, it made me squirm but I decided to visit Divergent Health and discuss my fears with an expert. To my surprise, my chiropractor told me that the procedure was noninvasive and painless, so I went ahead with the treatment right away. Fast forward two months, and back pain is a thing of the past for me!

Who would’ve thought that getting a DNA test in Calgary was this easy? I went with my mom to Divergent Health for Beta Thalassemia genetic test and everything went smoothly. The process is really straightforward and you get results back in no time. I’m so glad I chose them.

I have had sciatic nerve pain for 5 months. I tried other chiro and physio, nothing seemed to work! Well, I am on my second shockwave treatment and had few sessions of spinal decompression and laser therapy and I have not felt this good in a long time. Thanks Divergent Healthcare.

After my accident, I experienced constant throbbing pain in my knee. I took up physiotherapy to ease the pain, and it helped for a while but I wanted the pain to completely disappear. After receiving shockwave therapy here, I noticed a significant reduction in my calcifications which led to less knee pain, so I’m very pleased with the treatment.

Brand new man! Straighter, probably taller and definitely feel better every day since I started treatment. I have had chronic neck and lower back pain from working construction, for many years. I have had the spinal decompression done on both my neck and back and could not be happier, the pain is completely gone. The shockwave is a must try if you have any sort of muscle pain. The doctors and staff are amazing and very accommodating.

Amazing results in only couple of weeks. The shockwave treatments and PRP protocol have been very effective for me. With significant improvement in mobility and reduced pain.staffs are very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate and the clinic is a pleasant, beautiful and clean environment.

Following a track & field injury in 1987, I suffered with chronic Achilles tendonosis for more than 30 years. In that time, I have tried a myriad of treatments, including ultrasound, massage, eccentric calf strengthening, active release, acupuncture, dry needling, and finally, a stem cell injection. I got some short-term relief here and there, but nothing worked in the long term. Finally, someone told me about shockwave therapy available at Divergent Health, and I decided to try it before going for a follow-up stem cell injection. I have had nine treatments of a 10-treatment protocol, and I can honestly say that my Achilles has never felt better since my original injury. Whether or not my healed tendon will stand up to the rigorous sprint training I want to do remains to be seen, but I am extremely optimistic.

Not only am I happy with my results so far, I cannot shower enough praise on the care and attention the staff at Divergent give to their patients. These people are genuinely concerned about their patients, and go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best treatment and best outcomes possible. Both Dr. Jason Nanda and his associate, Paul, did everything they could to make my experience a positive one, and to make sure that I got the maximum benefits possible from my treatments. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! Before I came here for help with Piriformis/sciatica I had gone to a few different physio therapy clinics and chiropractors; nothing was working and after 6 weeks I honestly felt hopeless. I was in constant agonizing pain every day and no amount of pain killers were helping plus I had a big move to Edmonton planned so I was pretty desperate for relief in a short period of time, which is exactly what they delivered. Paul, Jason and dr atwal were all amazing I am finally on the rebound. They made me feel like I was their only patient. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone that is suffering

I suffered from knee pain for quite some time before i came into divergent. I enjoy hiking and running and believe those might have been reasons why i started getting knee pain.wasnt getting anywhere with other treatments prescribed to me. At divergent i took on a shockwave program and i would now say my knees are improved at about 80%. I would recommend shockwave to anyone that has an injury that is not going away. The doctors say with a little physical therapy i could get closer to 100%. Super excited about that! Would highly recommend.
