Diversified Transportation

I only gave it a one because there's no option to rate it any lower. My coworker and I were left on site and had to get our own transportation home all because the driver is rude and doesn't know his route. I've called in and made complaints about this and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding any of this.

Driver wouldn't drop me at my stop, made me walk 15 blocks! On Fitzgerald ave, Zone 2 bus, A Muslim Gentleman, but no Gentleman, and he would not give me his name. Too bad I am forced to take Diversified!

Bus is always on time, friendly and helpful drivers. Hassle and worry free transportation. Best way to travel to work

Get ready for ghost bus's because some of the bus'es listed don't exist or they do exist sometimes because some days there's two and others there's one and trying to figure it out is like playing black jack with a blind fold.

Update the schedule to show which bus is actually active.

Busses are not bad, but what good are they when they don't stop to pick you up. See someone at a bus stop? Slow down and pick them up. Is that so hard? Maybe Diversified ought to pay their drivers a little more, so they'd actually care. And while you're at it, pay someone to answer the damn phone as well.

Drivers are very friendly, and have helped numerous times when I try and get on the wrong bus! These people are better morning people than I am

I was waiting for a bus 15 minutes before it was supposed to arrive and it never arrived 30 minutes later. I couldn’t get a hold of them over the phone so I ran late to work. They really need to fix their phones and make sure the bus driver knows the route.

There have been several times now that i have been standing at the bus stop on night shift and the bus drives right past me! Iv been taking the same bus for almost a year and its happened 3 times now and i have had to either drive myself in or call a coworker for a ride.

The lady that drive route D steep bank suncor her name is Karen she’s amazing she knows all her passengers stops very friendly I feel very comfortable with her driving shes great one the best drivers I ever had she definitely deserves some recognition

Was threatened to not be allowed on the buss and or transported to work cause I’m wearing my winter boots that I have been wearing on these busses for 2 years no problem. Then when I asked why he took my badge number and said he’s writing me up and said conversation over. Extremely rude and arrogant driver

So many time the driver close the door right in your face and leave while making fun of you.
