We had a very good experience at this shop! Going in blind, my daughter was shopping for a grad dress. Vita was extremely patient and kind while we tried on many styles. None of the employees were pushy or made us feel rushed.
After shopping a handful of other stores.it became evident that those qualities were rare in the dress businesses.lol And prices were reasonable compared to other similar shops.

Absolutely amazing experience! I went to Divne Bridal to find a wedding dress. Aluel (I think is her name) helped me, I told her what I wanted and was looking for and within 3 dresses she found my dress! I felt so beautiful and was so happy that I choose to shop at Divine Bridal. 1000% recommend!

Expert and professional service. Tina made prom dress shopping for my two daughters fun and stress-free. She quickly identified the styles and fits they were looking for and brought lots of options to try-on. I had a wonderful time at divine bridal, my sales consultant was Shyla and I could not have had a better experience. I was very nervous going in but she was immediately attentive and showing me all the beautiful gowns. I was there 2 days in a row and she helped me both days find my dream grad dress. I felt like a princess the whole time it was so surreal. Best grad dress bouquet I went to ️

From the moment we walked in the store we were greeted and helped by Tina in the most genuine way possible. I came in today looking for dresses to try on with some family members, including my sister who uses a mobility scooter to get around. Upon arrival, we were given continuous dirty looks and one lady got mad at my sister for “being in the way”. Treating someone differently simply because of their disability is unacceptable.

We shopped here for my daughter’s prom dress. The shop was very busy that day and we had Shyla for our salesperson. Despite the mayhem, Shyla was so responsive and great in making sure my daughter had the perfect dress. She helped us out the dress on hold and was so patient w her. Thank you so much Shyla. Every single staff member was so helpful and patient! I’ve bought my grad dress here, my sister bought hers here as well as her traditional 18th birthday gown here. I had no complaints every single time and they were so accommodating that I don’t even think words are enough to describe how happy I am with their service

After a marathon of satin, sequins and miles and miles of tulle I have to recommend Divine Bridal in Edmonton. We visited 7 stores starting with Divine and their service was unmatched. Ask for Farsha- she made it the best experience for my daughter and her expertise not only got her into a dress she wouldn’t have tried but that dress (the first dress she tried on) ended up being “the one”!

An all around amazing atmosphere for finding the perfect dress. My friend and I received outstanding service and encouragement from Farsha, an extremely helpful and friendly worker. I’ve been to a lot of different places that sell dresses, but none like Divine Bridal. Everyone was generous, supportive and made me feel so special. I found my perfect dress and couldn’t be happier. 10/10.

Sold me a dress last weekend told me I couldn't get alterations done there I had to get it myself. But If I had any issues I could return the dress. I couldn't get alterations done in time for wedding so had to buy another dress when I went to return they then told me I couldn't return cause of covid. But this was a week before! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THEY LIE!

All staff was super friendly. Farsha helped me find my PERFECT prom dress. She was amazing at matching all my accessories to go with my gown, and overall it was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend shopping here

Wonderful service, a lady greeted me when walking in and asked what I was looking for and a budget. She didn't try to oversell me by showing me other gorgeous gowns that I knew were really expensive. Fortunately, I was able to find a dress that I loved AND no alterations needed. Would definitely come back for other dresses for big events.

I had the absolute best experience at Divine Bridal! It was the very first dress store I went into and I was overwhelmed by all the dresses but Tina listened to what I liked and picked out some dresses to get me started! She helped my find the dress of my dreams and made me feel so comfortable! She was super sweet as well and I would highly recommend dealing with her!

I got my wedding dress from here! The selection is very decent, better then the other stores in the mall. The attendant, Maggie, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had a positive experience. She was extremely kind and polite, always asking before entering the changing booth and helping me into dresses. She is very knowledgeable, and was able to find me dresses similar to what I would describe and she had found me the 'yes' dress! I am not a decision maker, and she was able to help me take a breath and destress, and helped me through me making my decision!

Worst experience I could have. The guy was really rude. NO IDEA ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICES. I would definitely not recommend.

Both times I have shopped at this store, I have received excellent service. It was a fun experience for my girl's and we were made to feel welcome and received the help needed while trying on their wide selection of dresses.

It wasnt about the return. I totally understand that. I have worked in retail for 6 years I know the policies more than you do. It was about the tone of the employee and his rudeness. Doesn't know how to respect the customer and give proper customer service. And dont lie about it it wasnt 6 months to prove your employee right

I purchased my wedding dress from Divine Bridal yesterday and had a fantastic experience! We were walk-ins and were quickly shown a variety of dresses within my budget and style ideas. It was a very lower pressure environment and I was brought many dresses to try on in their large and clean changerooms. They have a great dress selection and very helpful staff who still give you space to take your time and make decisions.

I went in last October and it was unplanned they let me come into the store and have a look around they let my sister and daughter look as well and they found me exactly what I was looking for! I found my dream dress in this amazing little store thank you all. Can’t wait to get married next month

The service was great! A girl named Marley (maybe goes by Bob;) was fantastic at her job and made me feel very safe in the space I was in! The are a lot of different variety of dresses (I went for my graduation dress) and other stuff like jewelry, shoes, etc. Def recommend

Great costumer service from Marley she was a great help. She helped my friends and I try on dresses and really have an idea of what kind of dresses we wanted.

This shop heavily discriminated against people who are bigger. The customer service is terrible, and they don’t give an opportunity to even try on a dress if you don’t fit their ‘standards’.

Amazing store and amazing employees! Marley was helping me out and made my first time dress shopping such an amazing experience! Constantly giving out pointers and finding stunning dresses that I loved, she was so sweet and really knows what she's doing! Even without me saying it she noticed I was a little uncomfortable with how low cut the one dress I tried on was and quickly pinned it up which was greatly appreciated! I had an amazing, and personal experience at your store! With a low number of customers in store I had full time help trying on dresses and getting honest feedback. Stephanie was very polite and professional, being sure to ask before entering to help me or bringing me similar dresses to also try on. I will be back again!

10/10 service, while helping 3 other people, Stephanie helped us find the perfect dress for my grad within 15 minutes of looking, along with jewelry that fits perfectly. I would recommend people come here for their dresses, their staff is amazing and I would definitely come for a wedding dress in the far future.

Well I'm 6 months pregnant, I wanted to try on a few wedding dresses cause my wedding is 7 months away. There was one I tried, I asked them just to clip it and not zip it up, they said okay, no problem then the two women held it shut, and did it up all the way knowing I'm pregnant and its way too tight. I told them several times I couldn't fit into it and that I can't breath and it's too small, after the dress was done up I got really got sick and fainted in the fitting room while my fiance was waiting for me to get out of the dress. The workers then proceeded to get upset when I was trying to leave and said I wouldn't be buying that dress or anything else from their store.
Also i would like to add that I had to go to the hospital cause my baby didn't move for 2 days in my tummy. Those workers are lucky they didn't cause more harm to my baby and even more lucky the store didn't get sued.

Lady wasn't much help. I was looking for a mother of the groom dress. As a plus size women they don't carry alot of variety for Plus Size. Be aware all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges so if you change your mind later and find a nicer dress that fits better better as I did, (a place with actual variety) your stuck with your dress that you will never where.

Came here with my fiance to find her a wedding dress. Prices were very affordable compared to other stores in the area. Tina and Sam were very kind and provided excellent service. Highly recommend.

The dresses are beautiful but the staff were rude to us. My friend and I tried on the same dress in a span of 10 minutes, while she was putting it back we were rudely told to leave by having a man wave us out while he was on his phone. I will definitely not be going back for my grad dress.

Went there to find a bridesmaid dress and I had a great experience!
Found a dress I liked but wanted it in a different colour and they were very calm and patient, and discussed the different colour options and even put a rush order on it for me.
The seamstress, Vina, was also a very nice lady and she knew exactly what to do and what would look best when it came to alterations. She executed everything beautifully! Thank you!

The best customer service in all of the bridal shops by far. They were so kind and helpful and they tried their best to help. Thank you so much to the lady who seemed like one of the owners, she was so caring throughout the process. Unfortunately, we could only put it on hold for 1 hour which isn’t ideal at all.

I've shopped at this store twice now, and each time the ladies working were so lovely and helpful and friendly without being invasive or hovering like other shops we visited. The atmosphere of the store is very comfortable and welcoming, and it had a big selection of different styles of dresses.the lady helping me picked out some dresses that I wouldn't have chosen but I actually really liked. I found my dress in under half an hour. I'm extremely happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a dress! Incredibly nice people and amazing service! <3
