We were there last week. Owner was very helpful and answers all the questions we have and allow us having free trial for the bikes as well. He was not pushy at all which we were hesitant to visit. He explains everything about bike and provide recommendations according to my body height and size.

You can't go wrong with DJBikes. The prices and services can't be beat. Barry is always accommodating, pleasant and knowledgeable. I brought my bike in after an accident with quite a bit of damage and they had it fixed up within hours and at about half the cost that I expected. I will never go anywhere else for an e-bike but here. 10/10 Thanks again Barry!

We own a DJ Bike Fat Mountain for a few years now and everywhere we go, people are giving us positive comments on how cool our bike looks like and are asking information. Whether it is summer or winter, our bike has become our main wheels to go around.

A year or so ago, we needed customer support to replace a part after an unfortunate accident in a park. We reached out to DJ Bike support team with pictures and the team was very resourceful and the part was shipped to us and we were able to fix easily.

If you are looking for a great bike at the right price for your budget, I would recommend a DJ Bike without hesitation.

Purchased my Boyfriends bike back in janurary of 2021 he loved it so much that we purchased a city bike for myself in March.excellent customer service and highly recommended.can't wait to get back out in the spring of 2022

Very happy with the bike so far. I had some questions and issues that were quickly addressed by the help desk.

We bought two DJ electric bikes about a year ago, have truly enjoyed them. When we ordered them at an incredibly great price, we received them in 48 hours! We have contacted them a few times with some simple questions…. Always got back to us in 24 hours or less! Have not had any problems with the bikes. We do highly recommend buying them and looking forward to checking out the new store in Calgary.

In 2021 we purchased Two Bikes from DJ Bikes, one was a "Step Thru" & the other was a Super Bike. We were so impressed with the quality of these products that we purchased a Super Step Thru Folding Bike in 2022 for our Daughter who lives in the same city (Cranbrook. BC).
All three versions of the DJ Bikes are of high quality, very reliable & reasonably priced.
