DJs is the absolute best. They have great rotating fruit and veg (+ other goodies!) at super reasonable prices. Often they carry difficult to find mushrooms. Oh, and their eggs are super high quality - I'll never buy eggs from a regular grocery store again. Michelle is wonderful and the space is super vibey. 11/10.

Discovered this today! Picked up some very healthy looking green onions, lions mane mushroom and cucumbers. Great experience, I will be back for the rest of the season. Sure beats SuperStore! More people need to know about this place!

Prices could be lower and msrp. I went to tnt and found better prices. I don't think I'll be going back as most of the stuff was from alberta. I was looking for bc food like they used to cary alot of.

Fresh in-season fruit and vegetables found here. The market is outdoor and very well kept. The owners are engaging and willing to help. This is one of our usual spots all summer.

Y’all. This place is unreal. The prices for quality ingredients are (so good) and the food is ridiculously yummy. I noticed this place once when dropping my husband off to work and I popped in for my first time today. Let me tell you, the smile this place put on my face was nothing short of simultaneously giddy and peaceful! I brought the purchased flat of fresh fruit and veg home and immediately starting grilling the veggies. I didn’t want to overpower the veg, so did super basic seasonings and BOY AM I GLAD. The quality is dime and the meal is so satisfying!

Best place in the city for fresh local produce. Fairly priced compared to other markets with much more variety. DJs always delivers.

Purchased some Brazil nuts (clearly not local because they only grow in the Amazon forest) half of the nuts were rotten or dust inside. Prices are on par with grocery stores, so no whomping deals. They do, however, have a few things difficult to source (mushrooms in particular). I won't be making any special trips to shop here again sadly.

I found this hidden game this morning. They sell variety fresh fruits and vegetables. I bought the water melon. It was so sweet and seedless.

I have been shopping at DJ's for over 20 years. The prices are really good and the products are as locally sourced as possible. The new owners are wonderful - it's a family business - and if you get on their egg list you can get notifications and pick Hutterite eggs all year around! I get all my canning fruit in the fall and Hutterite turkeys for holiday occasions as well. Highly recommend!
