I highly recommend DJ for home inspections. DJ was very professional and thorough. The walkthrough portion of the inspection was excellent to understand issues. He found things that required immediate attention as well as long term concerns where we should be proactive to minimize future problems and costs.
The detail report also includes many photos and diagrams about potential issues with regards to the house that we can reference. I did really appreciate the thermal images which show us areas where we need to address heat loss.

The best house inspection I have ever had completed! DJ is a great guy and house inspector with great attention to detail. The thing that I liked most about him and his house inspection is he took the time to show me everything. But over and beyond that he actually explained to me on how to repair the issues that were found. This is something you would rarely find in a house inspector. Also his house inspection report has great details of what was found and what needed to be addressed. There is definitely a reason why DJ has a 5 star rating!
