Great service at DK Ford as usual! Seamless service, they picked up my vehicle from my workplace, performed the service and brought it back, even parked it in the exact same parking spot they picked it up from! If it hadn’t had the service sticker on the windshield and a clean floormat inside, I would have even forgotten that I had a service.

Just wanted to give this dealership a shout out for its incredible customer service. I was an out of town buyer who has been shopping for about 3 months and had all kinds of experiences with car salesman and larger dealerships online platforms (major headaches). DK Ford’s online presence is easy to navigate, the response time is prompt and helpful. A special nod goes to James the finance manager who I dealt with from the time I first inquired about my escape online to the after delivery follow up. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the products without being pushy (a tiresome trait in the industry in my opinion), and so accommodating to my situation. I purchased my brand new escape from them without even seeing it in personnel, and It was by far the best experience buying a car, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

I was misled into buying a pickup that was too light for the work I needed it for. When I brought it in to resell it or trade it in they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back or reply to my questions. I sure would not recommend dealing with DK Ford or any Ford for that matter.

Seriously done with Matt in service. Every time we have brought any of our 3 vehicles in to be serviced Matt always ends up being our advisor. First truck we brought in over a year ago to be serviced Matt calls my husband during the service - "hey buddy, you're cabin air filter and engine filter are like black.my service tech is standing right infront of me. " My husband told him that it's okay and he will change them out himself as its LESS then half the cost to have your shop do it. Matt's demeanor immediately changed from being pushy to being really annoyed that my husband is totally capable of doing it. Fast forward to yesterday, brought our other truck in and the EXACT scenario, phone rings and I tell my husband he's bringing up filters. "hey buddy my service tech is standing right infront of me, you're getting bad fuel milage because your filters are BLACK. " My husband tells him again he will do them himself. Matt was so beyond pushy and then was mad. His whole tone changed. $145 to change 2 filters is absurd. Then AGAIN today, my car goes in for recall work, and a service. We mentioned that the front camera was cracked and would like to see if warranty would cover it. He didn't say anything to us about that costing extra to be looked at. Anyone can look with their own 2 eyes to see its cracked. Just wanted to know if warranty covered it. Got the phone call about dirty air filters as my husband was changing his. My husband reminded him of their conversation yesterday. When we went to pick up my car Matt gave us our paperwork with a charge of $33 to look at the front camera. My husband was annoyed and Matt was like "ohh it's okay because you have enough ford rewards to cover the bill". My service and that used up all our rewards without our knowledge. If he's not making commission off sales then his pushy terrible attitude needs to change. People call car salesmen sharks. Matt's the shark.

Amazing service department! I was on my way to do some grocery shopping (with a newborn and a toddler) when my vehicle started driving funny and the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. DK was only a couple kms away so I got my vehicle there and service took it right in. The team worked quickly to diagnose the issue and find the part local and get it all fixed while I waited with my kids. They kept me updated on everything that was going on and definitely made what could have been a horrible situation have the best possible outcome with their great customer service! Hopefully I don’t have to bring my vehicle in a lot to get things fixed but if I do have to DK will get my business!

These guys are amazing! I was heading home to Calgary when I noticed something was dragging from underneath my suv. I pulled over immediately then called DK Ford. The gentleman I spoke with (I can't remember the name, sorry!), told me to pull up to service & 10 minutes later I was back en route. The staff were super polite & friendly. I scheduled an appointment with this shop back in August. I live in the NWT, i had 2 days booked to get a heater motor fixed. After a days drive south and arriving at tge dealership, i was told i wont be getting my truck fixed because they had no diesel mechanics on site that day and they wouldnt be able to do the repairs.i was not pleased and had to return back north a couple days later without getting my heater fixed. Thanks dk ford.real proffessional. You'll never see that truck again. And to think i was considering trading it in. Still am. But it wont be at a ford dealership thats for sure.

Update to you're reply. Friday Aug 25-26.2011 f350 Lariat 6.7 diesel. You had no diesel mechanics available working that day. Why? I don't understand, somebody should have called me the day before and advised me i wouldn't be getting it repaired. It would have saved me the 15hour drive. Randy

I'm about to find out. I purchased a rear end for a F250. The mechanic who said I needed one, was wrong. Rear end is good. Ive been informed by the people who ordered it from DK ford. That is non returnable. $9000.00 an It has Never been unwrapped and I will pay a restocking fee an ship it back.
When Ford wont take back their own parts, what does that tell you.

Had a very rough start to my morning today and once I contacted the dealership and explained my issue they told me to bring it to them. Was told they were very busy and might not be able to look at it till Monday and I got it, I did not have an appointment. I got a call at 1230 and my car was fixed and ready!
So happy! Fix my issue and sent me on my way.

It only took a couple months to receive my truck, which is great considering all the shortages taking place.

So happy with my new 2020 ford Escape Titanium Hybrid. What a great little SUV. My mileage hovers around 5 L per 100 Km depending what mode I'm driving in. DK Ford service and sales are great to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

While working around Leduc I had an engine light come on. Even though I didn't purchase my vehicle from DK I pulled it into the service department before they were even opened. They were very accommodating and had my truck fixed by 10: 30AM while I slept to get ready for my next shift. Provided a ride both ways to the hotel. With the excellent customer service and prompt tech work I never missed a second of work. Thank you!

I unexpectedly bought a new vehicle this week, as the repair tab on my previous one proved too costly to complete on an older vehicle. Due to work demands, I was under the gun to get a new vehicle so I called up DK, hoping to get into a new Explorer ST. Jovan was able to help me out and was prompt and professional every step of the way. Both he and the rest of the team at DK stepped up for me in a big way. Jovan found me the Explorer I wanted, set up the sale, and even picked me up from my home to bring me to the dealership to pick up my new SUV when it was ready to go. From the time that I first spoke to Jovan to the time I was in my new car was just a bit more than 24 hours, which was incredibly appreciated. DK also set me up to get winter tires ordered and installed for me in record time. I have nothing but great things to say about Jovan and everyone else I dealt with there this week. My experience this week is the reason that I have now bought 3 vehicles in a row from DK Ford.

SUPER! FANTASTIC! I went looking for a vehicle with my son and we met Kim Valliere at DKFord in Leduc. She was so relaxed and no pressure. She made the car buying experience the best I have ever done. Kim then went up and beyond to make sure the vehicle had everything done properly and we had ordered in a couple of things like a roof rail and a rock guard. The work was done to perfection, looks great and is ready to roll. I was working and couldn't get away, so she happily drove it to us. Thanks for this wonderful experience and giving me faith back in the auto buying industry.

Needed a new vehicle quickly because I sadly had recently got in an accident with my previous one. After we had talked about my budget and what kind of vehicle I was looking for Brandon had narrowed down my options so we could see what worked best. Dan had taken me out and showed me a few of the vehicles, and went through each one top to bottom to make sure I could make the best pick. At no point did I feel pressured to spend more, or go out of my range of what I was comfortable with. Shannon helped me finish out all the paper work and get my insurance set up accordingly. Everyone here was super awesome, and made my experience a great one. I would send family or friends to see them 100 percent.

I recently purchased a used 2018 Ford F-150 from Dan at DK Ford. I have to say this was the easiest most pain free vehicle purchase I have ever made! Dan was pleasant and non pushy. If he didn’t know the answers to my questions, he was able to get the information to me promptly. He has been more than accommodating and continued to be supportive after the sale (often not the case with my past experiences - even when buying new!) Recent purchase of a new vehicle at this dealership. I can reflect what others reviews are saying about Ken Jensen in Sales. He has an easy going and friendly manner. Generous with his time and a couple of test drives to find the trim and options I was looking for. Due to some unexpected travel plans that arose during this adventure, I asked if delivery could be expedited a bit. Ken ensured the vehicle was ready in a timely manner and picked me up in Edmonton to facilitate the delivery.

I wanted to get winter tires for this purchase right out of the gate. That became easier as Jasmine in the Parts Department provided a competitive
price for brand name ice radials with wheels and the TPM sensors. DK Ford will store your off season tires if you wish. Honourable mention to Darren in Service for getting the tire package ready to go.

D. K. Ford made a lifetime customer out of me this week. In 2016 I purchased a brand new Ford Escape from Freedom Ford in Edmonton. We were happy with the vehicle until this year when the rear passenger seatbelt broke while putting down the seat. We took it into Freedom Ford and with a short, cursory glance, the service manager said that Ford would not cover a warranty repair. We left feeling like we made a mistake purchasing a Ford, and decided to put off the repair.

In the next two months, we developed another issue with the rear driver side door where it was getting caught in the weather stripping and making it so we couldn't open the door- which is hard when you're trying to take two toddlers anywhere. This is where DK Ford comes in- I submitted a service request ticket via the web client on their website and by the next day I had a response from Alex telling me he could get me in at the requested date but that in order to try to do it the same day, he would need me in earlier.

I brought the vehicle in and without a hitch they had me out the door with a loaner vehicle (a nice Ford Edge that I really enjoyed driving!) It turned out that they had to order parts and Matt communicated with me the whole way, letting me know what was going on and apologizing for the delays. In past experiences with dealerships, the onus was on me to make contact- not this time, Matt made sure I was taken care of. When my car was ready to be picked up, Matt made sure to delegate the responsibility of contacting me to a colleague as he was out of the office.

I got a call from Darrin that my car was ready for pickup and I could come anytime before 5. He also was courteous enough to let me know what my bill total was- zero dollars for the two warranty repairs (yes, the same ones that I was refused warranty service for at Freedom Ford!) and a super reasonable 250 dollars for a replacement windshield. Again, I was in and out in no time and with zero issues. I even made the mistake of forgetting to refill the tank on the loaner because I was running back and forth from appointments for my kids all day, and when I told Darrin to add it to my bill, he told me not to worry.

This is excellent customer service, and this is why all of my future service will be done at DK Ford. My husband's family all drive Fords and we will be letting them know that DK are exceptional and to seek them out for future purchases, and we will be back in the next year or so to see about trading in my husband's vehicle for a new Ford Truck. Thanks again to Matt, Darren and the staff at DK for making a stressful experience so easy for me. You guys are the best.

Wonderful staff at DK Ford all around. I went in for a recall appointment today and while I couldn’t get it fixed due to a parts issue, I was still handled like a valued customer from start to finish.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable sales person, I’d highly recommend the amazing Kim Valliere. My first interaction with DK Ford was when I bought my Focus (unfortunately from another dealer) and was having issues understanding my Sync system. She graciously assisted me with it and left a lasting impression of OUTSTANDING customer service that will bring me back to DK Ford over and over again for all my vehicle needs.

We bought a brand new 2018 Ford Explorer. Of course after owning the vehicle for 500 km the windshield broke. We took it in to have the windshield replaced and found out that it had been replaced before. Not only that but they had broken two of the mouldings on the side of the windshield and tried to glue it back on instead of replacing them (mouldings are about 150$ a piece). I was not happy and went straight to DK. Brandon (General Sales Manager) was awesome. We had ordered this explorer from a different dealership and found out it was broken before dk recurved it. He then got us a lower price for the windshield itself and without question replaced the broken mouldings. Very happy with his customer service. We were in and out in 15 minutes. Recommend Brandon Regnier 100%

I had a very good experience in buying my new vehicle at this location. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and then sat down with me and offered all the no pressure options to me.
Never once did they try to sell me something I didn’t want and also gave me various options on what I was looking for and what was the best suitable.
I would have no issue with purchasing here again and would easily recommend this dealer to anyone.

My husband had a heart attack recently and has been out of work. Our truck is my means of getting to and from work to try to make ends meet. Mike was awesome and took the time to speak with me to explain what was wrong with our vehicle. He helped us out in our difficult time and got our truck road worthy. Thank you so much Mike. I drove 2.5 hours away from home to purchase a Ford F-150 preowned certified at DK ford. At the time of my purchase, the truck was missing a tailgate step trim and a running board end cap. At the end of all negotiation Dk ford had agreed to send in the mail a end cap and a paint pen. I have called numerous times and I’m told that I will get a call back every time. 5 months from the date of my purchase I hear nothing back and no end cap or paint pen. I was told the end cap is on backorder but being from a automotive background - a backorder is no longer than 8 weeks or else it’s known as not available (been 5 months). As of the tailgate trim I found a oem tailgate step trim online and replaced it myself, a $50 part was holding these guys back from closing on the deal at the time.

There’s more: on the day of my purchase, driving from the dealership to home, the trucks windshield wipers wouldn’t turn off. Wasn’t such a big deal as these things can happen anytime anywhere. Where it got disappointing was when I took it into a local ford dealer and neither myself or the service facility there at the local shop heard back from them for almost 2 days! I tried calling dk ford at the time as well, and everytime it was just a voicemail recording and no reply voicemails that I had left. The following week I took the truck in for an oil change since I didn’t know when the truck last had an oil change. I drove it in to a local shop, and discovered the truck engine oil pan and drain plug had a leak! Keeping in mind I just purchased a truck preowned certified 2 weeks and less than 1000km ago. With all the previous hassle.

I don’t mean to be complaining, but honestly this isn’t the first time I’ve purchased a preowned vehicle. Nothing but disappointment from my end. I still love my truck And I’ve had to replace some broken items myself - should’ve been simple things addressed during inspection - like a damaged bumper trim.

The only thing that works at dk ford is the coffee machine. I’d rather pay more at a different place for better service.

My purchase of a new F150 was an excellent experience. Sales person Kelly Smith has sold numerous vehicles to me, and again this purchase was a great experience. Kelly kept me informed as to when the truck was being built shipped and upon arrival. I had some extra work done on the truck which was immediately done. The finance department was very efficient, and the delivery run thought went well. Great experience.
