Kelsey has been grooming our Airedale for years. He is an old man now. She is the best. My interaction with others at this shop have been great. If you have an Airedale, see Kelsey. But overall, DKs is highly recommended.

Very kind and friendly, gave me options and prices when I arrived and were very knowledgeable. My dog looked great afterwards and I will definitely be returning.

Anna did an amazing job with our anxious senior dog Perry. Everyone at DK's is very friendly and great with the animals and their humans!

I am seriously unhappy about the Grooming done today at DK's Pet Grooming ltd!
I have a Miniature Schnauzer named Schneider who's paw was still bleeding when we picked him up due to lack of care and probably rushed as they went passed their closing time! Not only was he harmed at their facility-the Grooming on his face was incomplete and his bathing was obviously rushed as his beard was still dirty. The groomer and the company is responsible for my puppy's pain and suffering! Shame on you! I'm sure there is an organization that oversees animal cruelty and will hold you responsible!

Wow! We used to take our 1 year old Havapoo Dexter to PetSmart since he was just young. But the problem is every time we picked him up he was always uneven and slightly messy. We decided to try DK Pet Grooming and we were helped by Ruby. Ruby, you did a phenomenal job on Dexter. We were baffled at how even and clean his cut was. Not only that he is so smooth and smells amazing! Very well priced and fantastic service. Thank you to the team at DK Pet Grooming, with a huge emphasis on Ruby! You gained new regular customers!

These guys did an amazing job with my reactive dog. They did a meet and greet with him before hand, and scheduled him at a time when it was less busy. He came away happy and very handsome!

Love This place, what an excellent job they do. I highly recommend Aspen as the groomer. She did an excellent job on my Golden Retriever, never been so pleased with his grooming before. Thank you

We booked out puppy in at 2 pm and didn't get her back till 530pm for nail clippings and trim around her eyes. They said you should of booked in the morning. I don't recommend this place. I even saw my puppy suffering. Gp somewhere else. This was our first time and will be our last at this place.

We brought our rescue, Piper, here as she was in desperate need of a groom. They were extremely knowledgeable, and very kind, and Piper looks phenomenal. We booked our other dog in for the following day because we were so impressed with them and their shop, and she looks great as well. I will make the 2 hour drive to bring my girls here again to be groomed. Amazing people.

Maggie loves DK's Pet Grooming she is always very happy to see them when we go there and very happy when I pick her up. They always do a great job and always groom her whichever way I request DK's is our go-to groomer. This is Maggie's before and after picture

Absolutely awful I gave Ana a picture of what I desired, and she delivered exactly the opposite. My baby didn't look the same, I'm not sure what she did to my Cavapoo's face. His face was extremely little in relation to his body! So that the face would match the body, I completely shaved him. I informed her that I had to take action. She did not apologise, stating that she did exactly what the picture showed. I was instructed by her to make another appointment. I refused on wasting more money and walked away.really disappointed I'll never return.

I explained to you that as ablack female I conduct myself in a manner that does not incite people to regard me as the "angry black

All I said was that the hairstyle wasn't what I wanted. The hair cut to his face was WERID! You then incenuiated that I showed you a picture of a Shih Tzu not a CAVAPOO. I am aware of the
distinctions between the
two.  My baby is a CAVAPOO.

Instead of being
professional and
apologising for your error,  you ridiculed me over the phone and laughed at me.

This made me feel Higley disappointed.
I can give anyone who
requests it,  a voice
recording of our exchange.
In any case,  I hope this
encourages you to be
more courteous to other
people and their dogs  (babies).

Anna did a excellent job grooming our Biewer puppy Maggie and gave us great advice on how to maintain her coat in between visits. We've found our forever groomer!

They take good care of my doggie. I drive an hour to make it work and take time off from work just to pick him up. They are worth the drive

I came here a few weeks ago and I can tell you this place is def worth it! I took my baby Pom and when I tell you I was surprised to see him not get nervous around the groomer I don’t recall her name but she was lovely, I could tell my dog trusted her since he does have a bit of anxiety when it comes to meeting new people and it caught me off guard seeing how he felt safe with the groomer.she did a beautiful job with his Pom features and tried to achieve the look I wanted for my dog to her fullest, I would say my money was def worth it here! Thank you for being a positive experience with my dog will def come back soon!
