Amazing staff, listened to what I had to tell them about my dogs and their personalities, and they respected me and what I was telling them. Definitely my new veterinarians for all of my animals.

I took Mykelti to visit the vet today. She was extremely shy but the front office receptionist was extremely patient and got her weighed. Dr. Abby was patient and worked to calm her for her examination and explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Mykelti got lots of treats from the nurse as well. Thank you to all for being so good with Mykelti.

Staff are always wonderful and kind. They are an incredibly smart group of individuals with great customer service skills. I will only take my pets to this veterinary in Red Deer, as they are the best!

I've been taking my dogs to East Hill Cat & Dog for 8 years and I can't say enough wonderful things about all of the staff there. They have been absolutely amazing with all of the happy and sad times being a pet owner. Would highly recommend them

So this might be a little bias as my wife works here, but I just had to say something about this vet clinic and the people in. First off the girls at the front are kinda and caring people and will assist you to the best of their abilities. Then you have the people in the back that make sure your animal is getting the best of care with the most compassion from the most passionate people. You guys are doing a great job and doing the best for the animal world. Keep it up

Very caring and compassionate staff. They saved our dog a year ago on our first appointment and they needed to do CPR to bring him back. Although he has since passed, I am happy to continue going there with our other dog. We have had very pleasant experiences for every appointment there. Thank you for everything you do!

Won't do any work without a consult which cost money. Another way to grab money from people struggling day to day. Call around before deciding.

I had a great first experience with this vet clinic. My 11 weeks old puppy had her second shots here. The needle poke didn’t even faze her. Dr Skinner answered alllllll my questions First time I’ve had a dog so I had many. The nurse was really great too. Even the welcoming at the front entrance was awesome! So glad I came here and would Recommend this place for all the fur babies! See ya next month at next Vaxx time!

The staff were great with our fur baby and did an amazing job taking care of her when she went in to get spayed, microchipped & tattooed.

Reception team was very friendly and helpful. The vet assistant was very informative and very gentle with my dog. Dr. Toovey was excellent with my anxious dog and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to ensure my dog was in the best health. Highly Recommend:)

This is literally thee most amazing vet clinic I have ever found, all 4 of my Kitties go here, and I have been going here since 2012 with my oldest boy!

From our sweet puppies first shots, to today as we had to let her go. More than 15 years, the Dog and Cat hospital has been there for her and for the whole family. The kindness and compassion are unmistakable and an absolute blessing. Thank you for all you do!

Am mask exempt with letter from doctor. Vet agreed to appt, but upon arrival, informed me i could not be present with my pet because that staff member is immuno-compromised. Then they should be home, not discriminating against others. Double vaxed, wearing a mask but still afraid. WAKE UP. Ever wonder why docors n nurses didn't wear masks in 2019. Have you read the mask label? Could've told me at time i made appt, i would have selected another vet. Hiding behind "policy" is shameful. Now all Red Deer is aware of your fear based discriminstion "policy. "

Been taking our fir babies there for the past 12 years. We have always received the up most professional care and service. Especially for our dear Maggie who got bitten by a bigger dog last year. It’s a miracle that she made it! Thanks to Dr. Toovey and her team that she did️

Everyone I've dealt with at the East Hill Dog & Cat Hospital has been friendly and professional. They treat our cats as if they were their own. They give thorough examinations and follow up when appropriate. They will talk honestly with you about what's needed for your pet's health. They are exceptional at veterinary care for your animal.

Dr skinner has been so kind and compassionate. My great dane is getting to an age were thee are some hard decisions ahead of us and having someone who truly listens and takes the time to talk and listen helps so much.
