I just witnessed an unfortunate event where a supervisor and owner were observed speaking rudely to a neurodivergent customer, despite the cashier’s polite conduct. Here is what happened
I was at the store between 9: 45 and 10: 00 AM. The cashier, a lady, was very polite and respectful while speaking to a neurodivergent customer. However, the supervisor, a young lady, was rude to the customer and spoke poorly about the cashier in front of the customer. Additionally, the owner, an older Asian man, also addressed the customer rudely. I am concerned that this behaviour may constitute discrimination against individuals with special needs or who are neurodivergent.
This is not acceptable! I am not comfortable supporting this business!

It was very unfriendly and inconvenient, with a rude tone they were forcing me to buy my things in 2 minutes when there was still 20 minutes until closing. And they locked the entrance while many customers were still inside so people could not leave without assistance. A very bad experience, would not recommend.

They close early. Went at 8: 50pm on Monday evening to grab a bottled drink and the door was locked. As I was about to walk away an employee unlocked the door to let the last customer out and I asked if they were closed and he said yes. To which I inquired as to why as it wasn’t 9pm yet and he said they do that every night or else they would never get out of there.
First store I’ve come across that locks their doors before the actual closing time.
Perhaps change the closing time to 8: 50pm so customers aren’t driving to pick something up before closing. I wasn’t the only one who walked up at 8: 50pm to grab something quickly.

This dollar tree location is an absolute mess. I couldn't find what I was looking for the other day so I ended up spending easily 2-3 hours trying to organize everything to find what I was looking for. Because of organizing their hot mess of a store I found other items I didn't realize I wanted. But I would have loved to keep 2-3 hours of my time for other things.

I have never seen this store looking so messy. I won't be back. There are other dollar stores in the area that are much cleaner and inviting.

I was at this location Tues Nov 29th
Between 4-5pm and wasn't to pleased that while shopping I could hear the two cashiers conversation through out the whole store, the amount of swearing and the fact that conversations didn't stop while helping customers.
