Staff will say whatever they want to you with no consequence. I had an altercation with a nasty staff member and waited to speak to the manager Shawna who never showed up at the front to speak with me. Disgusting behaviourand by the looks of the other reviews, it’s commonplace here.
DO NOT shop here!

This place was the most unkempt, unorganized, DIRTIEST thrift store EVER! And NO price tags. I'd give it a zero stars if I could. I'm not one to complain often but this place was disgusting

Not long ago, I was at dollar tree and seen such a degrading scene. A manager quite literally told a customer to return to her country, as a black woman witnessing this was simply disgusting. It's also the fact that there was a black hijabi working the till all alone with so many people in line. Imagine how she felt hearing this, I can't even come to imagine how this manager treats her ethnic workers. I genuinely hope this manager gets fired, her name is Shawna. If anyone has HR’s number, I will gladly call.

The older lady with the short brown hair threw a box at my child when we were looking at the items on the shelf.

When I called her on it she said "it is just an empty box".

Wow really? Just because it's empty doesn't mean it's not dangerous or rude.

Please teach your staff respect and simple human decency.

Don't mind this store. Pretty cheap for snack and drinks than gas stations nowadays. People working are friendly and doing a good job. Not bad everything's a $1.50 and some are $1.25. Thanks for being open.

As clean as it could be considering it was very wet outside as usual staff helpful and friendly easy and easy out.

The two old ladies that works here are absolutely rude. The way they talked to me today was disgusting, belittling and unnecessary. My card was declined and all I had to do was transfer money between my accounts which only took a few seconds, there was no line up behind me at all this was between 9-9: 30am. They were not afraid to show their displease that my card was declined and they had to void the items. They should be ashamed of themselves, you would think at their age they would know how to act right and professional. Such awful people to deal with first thing in the morning.

My husband was in the cash out line and an employee literally pushes past my husband hits his shoulder and says NOTHING and goes to open the first till and calls him over. He told her that what she did was really rude and to say excuse me (you wouldn't think you need to tell an older woman she needs to use her manners but they apparently do)

I would like to hear back from management because that's entirely unacceptable the woman didn't say sorry or anything and my husband's shoulder she hit is severely injured already

Terribly understaffed store! Always a line up at the cash register. Rude staff answer the phone.

A female worker told my wife not to bring my autism son to store again because a lady made a complaint!
Autism children are not welcomed in this store.

Little different then Dollarama, not so organized and laid out. But found what we were looking for.

The place was an absolute disaster! Incredibly difficult to maneuver through the isles there were pallets upon pallets loaded with boxes blocking the entire way blocking most of the inventory on the shelves.people trying to get around other people was next to impossible. There was only 2 staff it seemed like.one was on her phone at the till another one was every so slowly putting stock away.like really get it together here don't you want people to buy things? What an awfully ran store.

Always a pleasure shopping at MY Dollar Tree. The staff are keen on helping you find items and friendly.
It is my go-to store for merchandise from every department.

Dollar tree more like Dirty Tree. The aisles reminded me of a post apocalyptic scene from the walking dead. Most dollar stores have boxes in the aisles but this one the floor was dirty and had product strewn about on the floor that had obviously been there for a while. (days) The staff were rude and did not respect social distancing, even if it wasn't a pandemic barging past customers instead of waiting for them to get fully past the boxes in the aisles would be plain disrespectful. Cashier was pleasant.

Very disgusting location! Do not shop here at all. Manager clearly doesn't care about the store and most of the assistant managers are completely rude and refuse to help you. This place is a huge health risk and should be closed down

Not really convenient. Isles were all blocked by carts with cartons. No room to walk trough. The choice was poor. I came to buy a bucket with a rinse, but I couldn't find it. I don't feel like I ever come there again (

Came early sunday morning to buy a bottle cleaner. And the younger girl with glasses with a batman tattoo on her forarm came up behind me as i walked in and i asked what she was doing as it was a little odd and seen zero harm in asking. Right away she became defensive and started yelling at me to go away and to mind my own business. Well i then asked her manager to just have a conversation about maybe being more pleasant and instead she proceeded to tell me to more considerate for her employee as she just lost her grandmother. And honesty. I dont know what that has todo with her employee yelling at me that shes being bothering by me.a customer. Asking one simple question. And then they both came to the front of the store and shouted at me infront of other customers to just get out. So off i goto superstore ‍️

Please reconsider your staff and managers as they have disgusting attitudes towards people of color.

Very rude manager her name is Donna. Stay out of her grumpy way or she will run you over with a cart. Zero people skills and she swears at customers.

Wow no social distancing here at all. Store was over crowded. Can barely walk in or around. Carts blocking tolls and exits. Staff couldn’t care less

Sean (the one with the long hair) provides great customer service! He smiles, keeps his distance and makes sure he finds what I'm looking for. Every time. This guy is a gem!

Pop selection has gone to the small cans. Also no Barqs root beer. They seem to have gotten s deal on bread from Bimbo (Mcgavin) bread so $1.25 for a loaf is great. They have a different selection then dollarama which is nice

Very unsafe practices during the pandemic.every aisle is loaded up with boxes.you can barely move through them with the tiny carts let alone practice safe distancing.way too many people on the small store. & absolutely amazing impossible to be safe. I complained to the cashier and she said she receives dozens of complaints a day and management refuses to limit the number of customers in the store at one time.no shields bu the tills. I could say more but let’s leave it at I won’t be shopping here.even after covid19 due to lack of caring about customers and employees.the only thing they did was put 3 pieces of tape on the floor.because it’s mandatory now.

Very bad customer service. Cashiers are very surely face.not helping customer. They talk very aggresive

I was shopping and needed to use the washroom in which case I would have used the washroom and continued to shop. I asked a worker and she said they don't have a washroom but suggested that I leave my cart and go over to A & W. I left my cart I only wish I had filled it with more stuff.if I have to leave the store I'm not comming back. I think they should provide washrooms for the convenience of their shoppers.

Cleaner then it was years ago. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of where products are located.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I was kicked out because my one year old daughter was crying, was spoken with with complete disrespect; I’m sure it was because I am a visible minority. I am like others who do lots of shopping at these type of stores. I strong suggest people take there business elsewhere until the management in that location changes. VERY RACEST TEAM.
If I could put no star review I would. I was very sad to see how they treat a visible minority.

To top it all off this is the SECOND time it’s happened to me at this location.

A lot of items on the shelves are expired, when I took it to one of the staff, her response was she has no nothing do with it and she put it back on the shelf. She was very rude. By the way, it is not the first time to find items beyond the best before date.

Go anywhere else but here! The store was junky and messy. Its obvious the owner never sets foot in this store or even bothers to read all the terrible reviews. Definitely not a place for family and kids to be at! Bryanna (who scribbled on her name tag so that might not even be her real name) who seemed to be the sloppy looking manager "working" at the cash register had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! She was more concerned with yelling across the store at her young staff and trying to boss people around then she was with doing her job and looking after customers. The whole store was a mess and seemed like it was operated and managed by homeless drug dealers! Stay away! There are much nicer stores everywhere.

My family and i have been here before for party supplies, always had a positive experience. Not today. Looking for a balloon for my daughter's birthday. 0 customer service. Trying to find something that she would like, however there are decorations in front of all the balloon examples on the wall. So I opened a couple drawers for my daughter to see. Briyanna was that the till and instantly told us to not go in there. So we had no idea what to get. We decided to finish our shopping and buy our supplies, went to the till because there was still no one at the balloon station. She asked me which balloons I wanted I said I wasn't sure just four or five balloons and she said that she needed the number. I still have no idea what balloons yet because we couldn't see them and we weren't allowed in the drawers. So she very frustratedly smiled at the girl behind her and said can you go get some balloons, and I went with the girl and picked up some balloons. I am super frustrated and I will not be back. If I could give this store a 0 star, i would.

Good selection. Some items you can’t find from other stores so you never know what you will get. Aisles could be a little cleaner as in maybe not have a bunch of boxes in the middle of the aisles. Its hard for people to navigate around them. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, on a few occasions staff don’t all practice good personal hygiene as in at least 2 staff members have a strong body odour. I just feel like its important if you work in the customer service industry to look and smell a certain way.

Me and my family love going to this store there is always lots of selections to choose from and the staff is very friendly.

The last time I was there a few months ago, the place was in complete disarray with boxes of unopened stock blocking the aisles. Today the store was nicely organized, well stocked, the VISA payment machine was working and the lady at the cash was friendly. Wow! Doesn't get better than this!

I like most Dollar Tree locations but this location has always been messy & over crowded with boxes in the aisles no matter which day of the week or what time of day

Decent for cheap stuff.
Caution alot of plastic utensils like black spatula and spoons for stirring a pot of stuff is toxic.
Also alot of baby and kid stuff like rubber duckies ect not safe.
Toxic stuff everywhere so keep that in mind

Not bad but small. Friendly staff. My only thing i would suggest is having paper to wrap glasses and stuff. Just considering there is a lane of glass ware.

What a dump! There was products and boxes in every aisle. The store was completely disorganized and dirty. Never going to this store again.

No space to maneuver, too many boxes out in the aisles, but good to grab whatever you need and friendly staff at the check out tills.
