Dollarama

The staff is very understanding if I could give them more than a five I would I've never had any problems at this location

I come here often for little things I need around my room or quick snacks. Mostly things for my room though. I enjoy coming here. I love the location because there are many other stores nearby like Wendy's and T&T.

This is a high traffic dollarama but it is set up for easy quick visits with the same value as the other outlets. We'll done Northgate dollarama

I was in the store on June 8 at 10: 35am and I experienced Worst customer service. I had an issue with my gift card which I buy from their store and the cashier was very rude and disrespectful she don't even want to listen. When I try to explain that I buy the gift card from their store her answer was " so what do you want me to do" in disrespectful way. With her derogative, demeaning, I do not feel that I am a valued customer AT ALL! Her inappropriate behavior should be taken seriously.

Went to this store tonight. It was on the late side, about 8: 50, when I arrived. Staff followed me around the store constantly telling me how many minutes until closing. They yelled 3 more minutes then immediately told me to go to the register. I headed towards to register immediately, but that wasn’t good enough for the rude staff as they kept yelling at me as I was on the way to the til. The cashier was rude, no hello, no thank you, banging my items around. I get that you are closing but my $120 purchase paid for the 2 minutes after 9 that you had to stay to ring me through. Worst customer service I have ever received. If you want no one in your store at 8: 50, lock the doors and stop allowing people to enter. In hindsight, I should have left my full cart and walked out. I assure you it would have taken longer to put it all away than it took to ring me through the register. With another store across the road I am surprised with this level of service that you even have jobs and are open in this location

Need more cashiers at rush hour. 1 person for a line of 10 = 15 minutes wait.just need a single item and it took a half hour tonight.

Nice place to get general items like dishwasher sponges, home cleaning items, lots of candies, socks, gloves, towels, tablecloths, picnic items, some wedding stuff as well, oh and lots of little decorations.
Too much stuff on shelves.

Dollarama nothing they sell is a dollar lots of items cost more here then Walmart plus Dollarama name brand items are packaged in alot less product

Lots of things that are necessary for a home, and some that are nice to have but still don't hit the luxury list although from the price, you'd think that they were.
It's sad to see a DOLLAR store selling dollar store merchandise at Regular retailers prices. And then when the iffy quality product doesn't work and never would have due to poor production, that means, it was broken in the store before you bought it- you're hit with NO REFUNDS IN ANY FORM. You gotta love that!
This particular complaint is not in only this one store. I've found that every store in the franchise I've been in is like this.
I still shop in dollarama stores, I just go elsewhere first, and go there as a last resort. Because like I said at the start, they have some great stuff, you just have to watch it like a hawk.

Went there the other day and was harassed by security. They thought I was stealing something and I was clearly putting my phone in my pocket and my snack was in a bag (AS I SHOWED THEM THE RECIPT). They kicked me out and I'm glad I will never go there ever again. Such degenerates at that store that probably gets a raise when they spot someone (STEALING SOMETHING).

What can be said about Dollarama? Everything you need and everything you didn't know you needed. Amazing store. New items every day.
