Dollarama

Don't like shopping at Dollarama as much as I used to. I still go and can like it at times. With Dollarama though in general disturbances. One is stock carts and boxes cluttering the aisles! This so in many locales in town. Also would appreciate price markings on the shelves and items and finally I am finding some of their prices don't reflect the better choice for a consumer. $4.50 for a bag of 20 or so nickel candy bars? All but one aisle had blocking boxes etc. I feel the fire dept code may not in adherence to that. It also is not apt mobility challenged clients.

I noticed on this visit that they have grouped the same things together, particularly laundry and bathroom items. Great idea! Much easier to find and takes less time!

Women at the counter didn't tell me there were no bags before ringing up my items and charging me for them. I said, "You should have told me first, " and she stood there staring at me with a blank look on her face. Like the lights were on and nobody was home. Had to get the manager to come because she wasn't speaking, just staring at me. Extremely rude. She didn't apologize or anything. Thankfully, the manager was helpful, and hopefully he can give her more training on how to treat customers. If your aware your out of bags, you should inform the customer before they pay or put a sign up on the door so people know before they even start shopping.

I like that
They keep stocking shelves but the boxes are in the way when it's busy which it almost always is when I'm there

Had the worst experience.the indian cashier blocked her till for another indian customer who just rang couple items and went back to shop.she was too coward to wear a name tag.but i have her description: she is extremely short, very dark and weird looking.maybe mentally not stable because she does not seem to know that her salary is actually coming from us.next time ill take a picture of her.

This 4 feet 5 inches malawon clerk is making customers wait on her till because her till is engaged with another customer who went back to shopping after just ringing some of his items and engaing the till.when me and my wife mentioned it she started arguing in a tone that made her look like the customer and us the employee.she is beyond being disciplined.just fire her.no name tag on purpose.description: (dark, short and maybe indian female)

Nice clean store very organized. Friendly peofessional staff however not the variety of products available in the store as I experienced at other visits.
