Excellent service! The manager spent time with me on the phone, found the item I was looking for and set a dozen aside for me. Very friendly and helpful when other stores did not want to help over the phone.
Ugly rude Pilipino 2 women working there, horrible customer service, we asked some items, they are yelling. They can’t work customer service like that.
I love the place the manager is very friendly and vey helpful as well as the staff you can find a wide variety of quality products the store is kept clean and full the best dollarama for sure
The store has improved over the last few plus months. Store is full and Seasonal looks great. The management team and staff have done a great job. I enjoy shopping there now as I didn't before. The store was always empty and in disarray. Keep up the good work.
The store is exactly what it should be. Great options at really good prices. The staff are always stocking and organizing and the place is clean. They added two self check-out kiosks which has really helped speed the check out lines. I found the staff to be very helpful and it appeared to be well staffed.
I brought two of these polar bear seat covers to self checkout. They rang up 4.50$ each when the tag says four dollars. I asked the employee to change the price back to the tag price and was told he will only change the price for one of them, but I will still have to pay above the tag price for the other. When I asked why I couldn't pay the tag price for both items he pointed to the sky, shrugged and said "store policy? ". He explained he can only change the price of an item once per transaction. I said fair enough let's make one seat cover four dollars now and then we can do a separate transaction and adjust the other. He said no. Can we discount one to 3.50$ and pay 4.50 on the other to balance it to full price. Nope. Many solutions, only excuses. A while later he says he can't adjust the price at all now. He adds another lunchbox item and removes one seat cover. With his "help" I still left the store overcharged just a little less overcharged. Such great "help" right?
Is it really Dollarama's policy that if an item rings up above tag price they will only fix the price of one item but must still overcharge the others? Have you ever been to any store where they knowingly overcharge you what the price tag says after you bring it to their attention and point to it being store policies fault? Was their solution to overcharge you, fix it so you pay full price and be on your way, or overcharge just a little less? If you came here, the answer is you're going to pay extra for nothing.
In reality this is only 1$ above regular price with the two items combined. Its small change and no big deal. Had he said "Hey man I'm new I don't know how to fix this" I would have said "No worries I appreciate the honesty I still would like to get these please" but to avoid multiple workarounds so I can pay full price instead of being overcharged, shrug and blame the company? That's terrible. Dollarama itself is awesome, it's just this location that scams you.
What do we do with this information now? Kindly train all staff including the supervisor how to price adjust items to avoid overcharging customers. Then staff won't feel overwhelmed, Customers can be confident that the price on the product is what they are paying and everyone can skip the headache. Just please never knowingly let a customer leave the store overcharged and think that's okay. Charging people above the price without an incentive for them isn't store policy, it's just scamming.

I basically spend so much time here that I should be on payroll.but if I was in payroll I would spend it all there so. I shall shop till I drop and then shop some more. It's a good dollar store, the staff work their butts off and it's super busy in there, it's alot of work.
I'm native American and I think I was racially profiled here. I went here to grab a few items, I was just kind of browsing but just quickly grabbed what I needed and went to the self check out it wasnt busy in the store but there were some people in there. So I grabbed what I needed and went to self checkout and then one of the workers there said to me she will help me with my items I was a bit confused but I thought she meant at the till nope she had me stand at the self checkout holding my basket while she scanned my items I was kind of just standing there all confused and just processing what was going on and after she scanned my items for me at the "self checkout" she said I can pay I just was confused and looking around but no other workers were being "helped" by any other workers everyone was scanning there own items so I asked her why she did that and then she just said it's easier and she said some other things but couldn't understand but she had an attitude so I just paid for my stuff and left. Now I sat in my car and was just processing it now I've been racially profiled before it happens so often but not so obvious. So I asked some friends and family and told them about the situation that just happened and they agreed I was racially profiled. Now that I know that's what happened it really sucks I like this Dollarama. I think I'm a good person and if she thought I was going to steal she was wrong if anything id buy someone else's things for them. I guess I expected better.
Around 4: 15 PM on Thursday December 30th I was shopping and entered Isle 9 where a female employee was extremely rude.
She was stalking the isle and was in front of the tape that I needed to grab I just stood and lingered back then she told me to go ahead and I happily said " well I actually need to grab some tape " Which was right behind where she was standing.
She looked so annoyed walked further down the aisle and I stepped ahead to grab some tape with my cart right beside me. While I was very briefly looking at the tape she came to grab her cart full of boxes and rudely slammed her cart into my cart with force. My cart with my purse inside loudly crashed into to shelfs on the opposite side of isle and she didnt even bother to apologize. She didnt ask me to move my cart l, nothing.just continued down the isle afterwards while giving me a dirty look.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. I work in the customer service industry and take pride in being kind and understanding of everyone while I'm out in other businesses because I know what its like. I strongly feel that I did nothing to deserve the behavior I was shown and left the store upset. Someone needs to teach that girl how to treat others.
They have such need thinks there I bought my grandson a icecream bowl set and myself some spices I was looking for. I diffently will go back there again another time.
Very, very good. Taking a big chunk out of Walmart for sure. Super handy store for pretty much any little odds and ends needed for house home and garage. Why pay $8.95 for gorilla glue when same stuff in unbranded container goes for $1.75. Have to remember that each time I'm looking for the mundane stuff!
This store is busy! However, it's very well-stocked. I suspect the square footage of this particular Dollarama is smaller so it's a bit more packed in.
The staff are quiet, but they jump in to help in an instant if you ask. Case in point, I was told the aisle where Goo Gone is located, but I still failed to find it. When asking a nearby staff member she led me right to it. As it was packed, I couldn't spot it! However, this is about how awesome and knowledgeable staff are here.
I always seem to find the most stock for seasonal items. I'm not sure if it is cause they bring it out and stock the shelves full or what. It's my go to store for seasonal items!
Covid standards are non existent, no organization and utter disregard among shoppers, I was in there grabbing a few things and people are walking both ways up lanes basically brushing shoulder to shoulder with one another. EDIT HALF MY ITEMS ARE PAST EXPIRATION DATES, truly care free this place is
I like this location, they always have plenty of stuff. That being said, I really hate that they have self checkouts ONLY. Also, be careful because the self checkouts will try charge you for a reusable bag at first and then at the end of your purchase, it will also try to charge you for a plastic bag. Pay attention to that!

Dollarama is a great store with an interesting concept and very very pocket friendly product prices. They have a huge variety of practical items for everyday home office and lifestyle solutions both items customers can think of and those that you would not imagine someone would actually manufacture. Their variety is as diverse as you can imagine ranging from kids craft items to makeup organizers under bed storage as well as seasonal gift items. Valentine's Christmas easter. I highly recommend this store mainly for all under one roof practical items at very friendly prices.
This Dollarama has a wider variety of products like home decor, bath rugs, party supplies, kitchen supplies office supplies, cleaning supplies, gift bags, birthday cards (dependingon the occasion), crafts section, candles, beauty, hair & bath products, cleaning supplies, car products.among others sometimes brand names. Price ranges from 1 to 4 dollars. Most of time is self check out and no cashier. Big parking lot.
This is my usual Dollarama, and I visited again after being gone for 6 months and they've gone completely to self checkouts with no option of a cashier. Not sure what they feel this accomplishes but not pleased about it. It's great to offer it but taking away an option is not smart. Seems risky too at this location which already has a high theft rate.
When we were there in March we were headed to the door when some big native lady said "move" and shoved my elderly mom's cart out of her way. And this was a employee. Disgusting behaviour
I went to this location other day the store is so clean and organized. The self check outs are easy to use and I had wonderful customer service from Betty who helped me get a box down.
There was a woman walking all around the store without a mask. Neither the staff or the security guard did a thing about it. What's the point of having a security guard if they don't enforce the rules? I won't shop here again!
You can definitely tell it's the first day nice after the deep freeze because it was super busy for a Sunday. Staff were friendly and definitely prepared for the rush.
Super friendly staff, this location is always clean and well stocked. For a dollar store you can find just about anything you're looking for. I'd highly recommend this particular Dollarama over a lot of their other locations
Things are cheaper but now there rates are high. Many items you find in Walmart or Bianca armor store on same or less price with good quality and in bonus you can return item if you dont lime it. But in dollorama sales are final.

Went in on a quiet rainy day to grab some house supplies and snacks, the cashier who was ringing me through was so kind as to help me run everything out to my car. That gesture alone made my day. Love this dollar store, the selection is great and they always have everything I need!
Probably one of the least organized dollaramas with long lines and only 2 tills open but at least it has the same things the majority of dollaramas carry
Horrible. Every single time I go there are boxes taking up the aisles, and the staff is rude. In the mornings they have a cashier who doesn't look at you. Doesn't give you your receipt. She has literally thrown my purchases at me.
