For almost 3 decades now, Imran has been flawlessly providing exceptional quality service to Corporate Calgary Offices. He and his team continue to deliver top quality to all garments and various other products given to them for cleaning.

I have worked in various companies over nearly 3 decades, where I've observed the before and finished products given to him to clean. Everything from suits, dress shirts, dresses, furs, leathers, and suedes given to him in various conditions - he and his team put their heart and soul into each item. Each item is brought back to life, living its glory days.
I recently left 17 items in his care. 30-plus years furs, leathers, suedes, varsity jacket, most had never been dry cleaned. I didn't have much hope for a few of the items.

Imran informed me that he would do his best. Unfortunately, a couple of them he said may not turn out well. With those two, he would do a test spot in a concelled area.if there was evidence of damage, he would leave them and not clean them.if they reacted well to the test, he would go ahead. I gave him 3 months to work on my items.

I received all 17 items last weekend. I couldn't believe they were my items. All items were given to me in far better condition than I left them. Although I didn't ask, Imran had done some courtesy altercations to my surprise no charge! Thank you, Imran. I noticed when I got home. The furs were shining again like their first say! The leathers and suedes are so clean and soft that each item looks better than brand new!

30 years ago, I had given a suede jacket to a competitor that a company I was working at was using.that company ruined my jacket. All they had to say was I'm sorry. No refund. No compensation. I was left with my destroyed soft Italian lamb seude jacket just a oops, I'm sorry. I was so upset and back then I couldn't do anything.

I've read the negative comments on here. I don't know the situation.what I do know is Dolphin cleaners is a family run operation. They have to put their all and stand by their work. If they don't do a good job, they lose customers and, ultimately, their livelihood. They have to know what their doing and do an exceptional job in order to stay a float. Thank God, the fact that he has stayed a float for nearly 30 years speaks volumes. He knows what he's doing. Don't let the negative comments discourage you. I encourage you to bring all your items to him for cleaning. You will be glad you did.

I felt ripped off, I called and asked how much two name brand shirts were to dry clean, along with a shacket. The shirts were a regular T-shirt, and a dress shirt. I was quoted $11 for both shirts and $20 for shacket. I got there and they looked at the brand and tried charging me $40 PER shirt and $50 for the shacket. Thank god I asked for the price before; I left and went to another cleaners and they said brands don’t matter, and I paid close to what I was originally quoted here. Avoid this place

I took my wedding dress to Dolphin Dry Cleaners having no idea what the standard cost was for dry cleaning a wedding gown. For context, my dress is a simple crepe fabric with no beading or lace, but the bottom was quite dirty from wearing the gown outdoors for the ceremony. A manager took one look at my dress and quoted me $420 to get it dry cleaned. I was pretty shocked at the price and decided to call around the city to get a reference point for the price. I ended up taking my dress to Fishman's and they charged me $140 all in, and my dress looks as good as new. I have no idea why I was quoted such a high price at Dolphin, but I'm really glad I ended up taking it elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Ensure you have all your garments or you’ll be left with missing clothing. The lack of a response or admitting to a mistake is embarrassing. Do better.

Absolutely wonderful to deal with! I had to get my wedding dress pressed/steamed last minute and they were so great about it and got it done in 2 hours. Awesome service and highly recommend coming here!

Tried this place with two suits and impressed with thr service. Suits looked like neww with little to no fading. Communication is great. Drop off and pick up process is easy and efficient. Will definitely be using this cleaner for all future needs. The hangers are quality. Plastic inserts for shoulder protection and tacky insert so the pants do not slip.

I found my suit the day before my grandmas funeral and realized it was covered in cat hair from the last time I used it. The staff at all the locations I phoned were very friendly and helpful. I went to the head quarters and the got it done for the morning of. Very friendly and kind throughout the whole thing and a good price. 10/10 will be using them from now on.

I brought in my husbands shirt yesterday (Friday) that need to be dry cleaned for our daughters wedding on Sunday. Of all the things we missed doing early, his shirt! Patrick was so helpful and put a rush on it for me to pick up today (Saturday). Grateful that he could fit this shirt in on such short notice. Thanks Patrick for incredible customer service and decreasing a stressful situation.

Dolphin Dry Cleaners is hands down, the best place to go in the city for your suiting needs. I have been pleased by their customer service and timely - yet, high quality work. They were able to clean the dress that previous cleaner failed. Would highly recommend.
