Excellent and quick service. I brought in my discontinued vacuum with a broken piece, was able to have it repaired in less than 10 minutes.

Knowledgeable, friendly and amazing staff.
It seems it's getting harder to find good customer service, so when you find a good spot, recognize them!

Well my experience, through my son was not anything like any of the ones I have just read. Firstly, I will say that my son called Dominion from New Zealand. He was wanting to purchase a vacuum cleaner for ‘his mom’ (me) for Christmas. He spoke with a gentleman who worked on repairs. I believe his name was Ray. Ray was extremely pleasant and helpful but mentioned that he was not in sales and to call back the following day and speak with CINDY. OH MY GOODNESS! What a difference. Cindy was not only extremely unhelpful but she was very rude in her comments to my son. He was just trying to find out a few things and if she could have she would pretty much have said they didn’t want his business from NZ and basically told him to go elsewhere. And that was just what my son did. He went to Vacuflo in Edmonton and received quite the opposite reception. They could not have been more helpful and pleasant. Perhaps CINDY was having a bad day but the way she spoke to my son was inexcusable. I had to write this review because people need to be aware. I can’t just let it go Extremely poor public relations in my opinion.

The BEST people to help you with anything and everything vaccum and central vacc related. So knowledgeable, kind and helpful.

The guys at Dominion vacuum are so helpful and friendly! If you need any kind of vacuum repair or service, they are the best. I texted Ray pics of my broken vacuum powerhead. He said it would be a quick $10 fix and I could wait while he fixed it. When I brought it in, Ray fixed it on the spot and waived the charge! Best service ever! Thanks again!

We took our shark vacuum for cleaning because the suction was not as strong as it used to be. It took two business days to clean it, and it was unbelievably clean.

I was so happy and pleased with the service and the results. I couldn’t believe it, even the bristles at the bottom of the vacuum were cleaned so well like it was brand new.
