It's always quick delivery everytime. The parmisan bites are my favorite. I will and always order at Dominos.

Hands down Domino's has the best deals. I'm gluten free and this is the only pizza place that includes gluten-free in their promotions

I have been ordering from this location for as long as it's been around and I don't think I've ever had a bad pizza driver's are always friendly and pizza tasty.

Delicious food and the service was very quick. Bill was my delivery driver and he is awesome! He’s quick, polite and overall a pleasant dude. Thank you Bill!

Slow. Ordered pickup and it took 30 min longer than the advised pickup time. But
they seemed to be running a promo or something and looked nonstop busy.

The pizza was cheap, easy to order online without calling in, very fast to arrive and tasted amazing! By far my favorite pizza to order any day and night.

Ordered a pepperoni pineapple pizza from Domino’s. & yes, pineapple belongs on pizza. It was so good. Fresh, hot and received it super fast!

I ordered a bacon and mushroom pizza and received a cheese pizza that wasn’t even cut? I proceeded to cut it myself and it was cold, and I only live six minutes away from the location.
Then to top it off they give me Coke Zero instead of Root Beer, when I’m allergic to aspartame.
Clearly time to hire new staff when a simple order can’t even be done right and you have 2 stars on yelp.

NEVER EAT HERE. My family had food poisoning here. I watched the employees making the pizzas and touching other dirty surfaces at the same time. They also didn’t fill our order properly. I called for a refund and they refused. BEWARE!

Waste of time! Took two hours and half to make two simple pizza and deliver. Never ever order from here!

Made my pizza wrong twice and didn't offer to reimburse me & the ones we did get were barely cooked and they let them sit there and get cold while they made the new one ‍️ terrible service and terrible pizza. I literally had to recook it when I got home

Driver very pleasant. However pizza was one of the worst I have ever had. Got the Canadian large think found 3 pieces of pepperoni and four mushrooms. Bacon few pieces of crumble. A disgusting pizza at best. Now shortly after eating only a few pieces not feeling well at all with cramps. Beware before ordering from this location

Wish I could give NO STARS How can you literally forget to bring/deliver half of my order? What a horrible experience. Wish I could get from a different dominos other than the one located on LAKEVIEW ROAD

It's very difficult with moning staff she is alone and Don't know any thing regarding the deals omg this is my last time in this location.

It was my first time at this Domino's, the lady had made my pizza, it was for Vito, I was really surprised how well she made my feast pizza, it was perfectly topped, cooked just right to buttery crisp and she cut it into perfect triangle slices.
Was very happy, I think her name was Karanjeep, she made good pizza

Always late and missing items. Still waiting for my order, 1.5 h later and after calling them they just told me to wait. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. 8 out of 10 times I need to call them to see whats happening with my order. Do not order from this location!

Always waiting over an hour, end up with cold pizza or missing items. Make your own pizza, it'll take less time.

I ordered ONE pizza for pickup at 5: 00pm. I placed this order 1 hour and 20 minutes in advance. I check the order tracker and by 4: 55pm it shows my order as ready to pick up. I get there and I learn my order hasn't even been put in the oven. They tell me "2 minutes please". I come back in 10 minutes and they tell me the same thing. Every time I come they say 2 minutes. Now its 5: 35 and my pizza is done after 2 hours. This is unacceptable.

LOVE this location and Domino's Pizza is far superior to any other pizza, in my opinion. Ordered pizza last night and when our order arrived, (incredibly quickly!) It was so hot and fresh, it seemed like it came out of the oven seconds before! My husband and I only order pizza from this location for our treat nights, and are always blown away!

I ordered 2 medium pizza’s with cheesy bread on feb 10,12: 16AM.i only got 1 pizza with cheesy bread.the delivery guy didn’t even had the receipt for me to verify that what i was paying for so i paid it in full anyhow.would give 0 stars if possible.

Probably the best chain pizza restaurants there is. Its consistently good no matter where you get it from.

Just cancelled my order cause 35 min after I placed the order no one had even started preparing my food! The girl on the phone said perfect thank u and hung up lol

"Boneless wings" that they were sold out of turned out to be similar to mcdonalds plain chicken nuggets plus a side of sauce. We won't do that twice.

We have made orders here both in person and online, and the services have been great. The staff are really friendly. As for the location, it's clean and organized. They have a monitor inside the store that show details of the orders so you would have real-time update on your order. It's also pretty cool that they have a viewing area for little kids to watch the staff bake the pizza. We haven't made any orders since March so this feedback is from February and earlier. I'll surely make an update though if their service has changed

Apparently after a certain time you have to pay a delivery fee even if you're literally standing right outside the store. Just got off work and wanted pizza and knew this place was close to home but they just lost a customer. I understand this is a pandemic and all but that is absolutely ridiculous

We try Their pizza and it was hilarious.when i picked the slice there was lot of dry flour on it.its totally wasting the money to buy dominos pizza

I tried first time dominos pizza and When I opened the box it’s look as well as taste was very bad. Topping were not spread properly and was not cooked as well

Very rude and unprofessional. Staff is frantically moving around it store as if they were on drugs. Pizza was like cardboard

Honestly, staff was nice and pizza was tasty. But in 1 of the pizzas we recieved there were 2 human hairs baked in. And that's obviously a problem.

STAY AWAY from this store. Over the years current manager ruined the religion of this store. Worst pizza, Worst customer service, rude staff, never apologize for their mistakes.

Unprofessional behavior even though they make mistakes. I got pizza after one hour of my order. When I called store, girl who pick up phone started arguments and she concluded that order from other store. Lakewood location is worst and poor thing is if I order for delivery it comes from that location.

When I called them to order a pizza for my struggling family, the only word I said was "hello" and a second after the lady hung up on me. Horrible.

I Called in after work to get food for the family. And the person who answered the phone a young lady was very rude inpatient and hung up on me I do not deserve to be hung up on nor does anybody else deserve to be hung up on when they call for food service very bad service

I had terrible service. Zaldy, the manager of this location, is HIGHLY unprofessional, and I had an absolutely terrible experience. Just ordered a pizza and marbled cookie brownie with a $7.99 for two items coupon. They called me, but unfortunately I missed the call. However, in less than 1 minute I called them back. They told me they didn't have the brownie so they took that off. I said it was fine. But then they proceeded to tell me I would have to pay more for the pizza I ordered. The manager didn't "like" the $7.99 coupon, so he changed it to $9.99. Keep in mind they did all of this without informing me. So I told them, that was okay, but I was misinformed so I would cancel the order. They didn't let me because apparently they had already sent the delivery guy out. I told them that wasn't my fault and they should've informed me of the changed they made to MY order before they sent him out. And then I asked to speak the manager. He couldn't come to the phone because they were too busy. Anyways, the delivery guy, Ed, who is great by the way, came to my house and I explained to him the situation. I still gave him a tip because he drove to my house. While he was at the door the manager called me. Ed spoke to him telling him he was being ridiculous and so did I. The manager proceeded to blame it on me telling me I didn't pick up the call. I accepted my fault and said "yes, I didn't pick up, that was my bad. But I called back in under a minute. It is not my fault you raised the price without my knowledge and sent the delivery guy out without waiting a minute". And then he accused me of lying telling me that I did not call back in one minute. I told him I have proof, I can check my call history, and I have one of your employees right beside me to prove it. He RAISED HIS VOICE to me telling me I didn't have to check and saying "Well what do you want from us? ! " And I told him I wanted them to not make me pay more than I thought I had to or let me cancel. And i hear his whisper some cusses under his breath, angrily telling me I can cancel, followed by hanging up on me. Ed was amazing, and agreed with the terrible salesmanship of the manager, (his name is Zaldy) and gave me the pizza at the price I expected it to be.

No longer my go to place to order from. Tonights pizza had such a funky taste to it. Wont be ordering from here for a while

This Domino's is the worst kind of business. They do not care about their customers, or the service they provide. If I could give them less then one star I would. The manager says he can not provide his name. As this is against the company policy. This is just bad business practice. They have all your information, but can not give you a first name when you have a problem.

So the problem I had was that when I received my order from this location. I was missing my dips I had order. When I called the store the manager, or so he claim to be answer the phone. When I let him know my dips are missing. He told me that they are in the box, and he put them there himself. If this was true I would not be calling. Then I had to ask several time to get my dips. The best he could offer was he could sent the driver back out in 30 mins. This is not acceptable service, because they are only 5 mins away from my house. I then told him I will be at the store in 5 mins, and have the dip ready.

Upon arriving at the store the gentlemen that presented himself as the manager. Still would not provide me with his name, and never apologize for the missing items. Plus he was rude in the store. That they did nothing wrong, and I was wanting something for nothing.

As I have never, ever written a review before. This Domino's does not deserve supports, and customer should purchase at other pizza location. Once they have your money. They do not care about the service they provide to their customers. I will no longer be buying any pizza from Domino's, because to me customers should be treated to a higher standard then this Domino's can provide. I hope the location fails, and a new owner can made the right changes.

Really disappointed by customer service they provided. Not sure about his name but he is a Filipino guy might be the manager.

I order from this location all the time. My pizza today was delicious thank you. But, my pasta. Was absolutely atrocious. If I wasn't starving at the time i recieved it, i would have brought it back to you and demanded a new one. I did not want chicken- chicken was added, I know I said extra Alfredo sauce, I didn't mean make it soup.
If I could post a picture I would. Not impressed. This is why I don't usually get it delivered because it seems they don't care otherwise. Shame.

These guys doesn't even deserve 1 star. They don't know how to take order over phone, I repeated the order 4 times today and still these douche bags took the wrong order. I've been tolerating these guys for a very long time as this is the nearest location from my place but it was heights today. They don't even know how to pull up the order from the customer's phone number. Every time I've to say to pull up my last order but guess what these idiots doesn't know how to do it and I've to waste my 10 mins to make them understand what I want and even after that they make blunders. Hats off to u guys. Keep up the great job and that day will be very close when there will be a permanent lock on your doors.

I set up an order for pickup, the forgot to make it and wouldn't deliver to my location which was extremely close. Disappointed.

Edit, upon getting home to eat the pizza it was over cooked and my 6 year old could have done a better job adding the toppings. They also forgot a topping.

Ordered online from this location. Waited more than an hour - no pizza. Called the store, they said my order was transferred to the 17st location. Called 17 st location and they said they didn't get an order. They can't even transfer an order between locations without screwing it up. Zero customer service. Horrible place.
