Domino's Pizza

Ordered two large pizzas here to pick up, it took almost 1 hour to get them ready. Coupon is 30 $ for two larges but i paid 39$
the quality is not that good either. Do yourself a favour and get from pizza 73 across the street.

Disgraceful, they cut 4 boneless wings in half as an 8 pack and delivered it to me thinking this is acceptable. Very interesting strategy…. Credit to their basic math skills though.

When you make a complaint to a particular branch or restaurant, they tend to rectify it and fix the issue, but this particular branch of dominos pizza is far from being better! I have made a complaint few months ago regarding the quality of pizza they serve the customers and how ridiculously thin it is, they called me and offered me a pizza and that came out perfect! Not thin at all, the actual thickness of an original hand tossed pizza! If they can make it better, then I feel these guys are purposefully trying to cheat customers and save more by giving out THIN CRUST CALLING IT ORIGINAL HAND TOSSED! I have even more pictures than the last time I made a review! This time it’s worse! PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! WORST EXPERIENCE! MINUS REVIEWS FOR THIS DOMINOS!

I ordered a veggie pizza and whoever made it Ruined it because he/she unloaded the whole bottle of red chili pepper on half the side of the pizza and I didn't order any red chili pepper, I wasn't able to eat half of the pizza because of spice. I understand they might be busy but this is not a reason to waste someone's money and time. Definitely never going back there.

I've ordered from this location regularly since we moved here. I ordered back in April, and got home to find my pizza had hot peppers on it instead of green peppers. Called back, and they said no problem, they took my number and said the next medium pizza is on them. All good, problem solved.or so I thought. We ordered again a few months later, forgot about it, paid full price on the app. Called today and they said no no no, I should have ordered the free pizza "Like the next day". Lol. I said "who orders pizza two days in a row? " They didn't tell me there was a deadline. Lol. New Manager "Eesh" gets on the phone, takes my phone number, and says he has no proof. Says he has no evidence that it happened. Of course. I tried to explain the cost of a medium pizza ($3-$5?), versus losing a loyal customer forever, but he didn't care. Go to a different place, where they understand business retention and building brand loyalty. For the record, I didn't want a free pizza; I wanted what I ordered. The first time! Ffs

I only do carry out and haven’t had a delivery experience. But I do think the staff inside is always pleasant. Fast service it usually takes 10 min to make a pizza and my thin crust pizzas are consistently good.

Right now their pizza is 50% off til Oct 1st and I placed an online order for carry as soon as I found out!
Himanshu prepared my order AND waited over an HOUR for me to finally pickup and pay. Upon arrival my Brooklyn pizza was still warm and tasted SO delicious (as it ALWAYS does) which means he was kind enough to keep an eye on it for me too.
At this Domino's location the staff actually take pride in their customer services and it shows!

All Domino's pizza are good, but this Shaganappi location is the BEST! Especially Raman, he encouraged his team to make my best friend and I the MOST DELICIOUS 4 topping pizza I've ever had! Perfectly cooked, loaded with cheese - if you're craving Domino's and you want great customer service with satisfaction guaranteed, I suggest you order from THIS SPECIFIC location as they genuinely take pride in what they do!

I recently ordered a vegetarian pizza with chilly peppers and oregano it was the best pizza I ever had. When I walked in the store, it was super clean and the staff super friendly. Keep it up!

Domino's is hot and miss, and it varies by location. The one that serves me is great. The one in Banff! I would rather starve

I ordered a pizza with extra meat (which I paid for) but never recieved and when I called the store the manager just said "Sorry". Like I didn't just pay for extra meat.not going back

Got a bit confusing picking up our pizza as they had about 6 orders at the same time.
But overall pizza were delectable and yummy. Ham were nice sliced and not the traditional bits.

I love this location! Always get crazy hot pizza and nice delivery driver. They love to make a good pizza!

I am new to this store, have ordered here few times both deliver and pick up. Always great taste quality pizza. Customer service great non-issues. Sara is very professional, friendly and polite.

Dear store manager,
I don’t know if you are aware of the issue with your store! I have always been a dominos pizza fan and I’m no fool when your employees are making thin crust pizza in the name of original hand tossed! I have eaten enough pizzas to know that this is not original hand tossed and is thin crust! When I called in to enquire about this issue the girl said that this is original hand tossed and the tin crust is even more thin. Stop fooling customers! I have given a complaint to the company about this particular branch fooling customers and and trying to save money! And dear everyone, please don’t order from here in order to avoid disappointment.

Most of the time it is awesome pizza, stuffed cheesy bread, wings and lava cake here. The staff are friendly and helpful and make delicious food. We order here often and I only ever had two issues, one was just miscommunication, no worries. The pizza has usually had generous toppings and the stuffed cheesy bread is a craving we have lots around here! Our last order there was barely any cheese on two pizzas that were ordered which was unfortunate as it wasnt that great overall that time on top of being cheeseless almost.that's the first time something like that has happened so we will try again soon and see if it was just an off day. We order here often and thats been a one off so lets see how next time goes. They always have great deals and coupons for online orders which is fantastic if you love good pizza on a budget.

Good Take out, Bad delivery. This time I had to wait almost 1hr to get my pizza and on top of that, the driver was on the phone and not even care. I thought the pizza was still as good but no after almost 1 hr.

Just carry out dont get delivery from this place.

I'll just assume you guys are running out of toppings and leave it at that. I'm sure ingredients are more expensive these days but c'mon lol

Super inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza will be really good, other times it will be gross. On January 20th it was awesome, but today (January 28th) it was not. These photos are from today's order of a large double pepperoni and a large
double brooklyn pepperoni. There were kind of unappetizing with weird round bare spots where it looks like someone ripped a piece of pepperoni off, they weren't sliced all the way through, and they were just really messy & made without care. It's frustrating because the times where the pizza here is good it's the best and I crave it all the time, but on nights where it's bad it's such a bummer. I wish they'd figure out which staff make the pizza badly and have them trained by the people who do it properly - that would be great.

Love the pan pizzas. However, they lately are coming too thin. I think they have been fooling me by selling me normal medium pizzas at the price of pan ones. In addition, they always arrive cold.
