This place needs to be demolished! There are only three pumps in a single row, and often only one pump works, so you sit stuck as one person at a time pumps and then goes in to pay. Pumps are so old No pay at the pump option, you have to pay before fueling, pump, then go back in to settle if you miscalculated. My time and level of frustration is more valuable than the discount on gas! Wonder if this station meets safety codes!?

For several months, this DOMO has had most of its pumps out of service. If you want to run a successful business, fix your pumps and hire people with some customer service!

A friend introduced me to this fas station and it’s discount on Monday and Thursday. This location have only 3 pumps and one has to wait a bit longer to get your turn. Last time when I went for gas the station I was at was giving some trouble. I prefer Domo at 17 Ave than this location.

Amazed that the one of the male employees still has a job, considering everytime I see him he is smoking a cigarette maybe 10 feet from the pump. Way to set safety standards at an all time low. In such a publicly visible place too.

Very unprofessional male employee likes to make inappropriate comments to people, mostly females. Hangs out in the parking lot screaming things at people walking by. Uncomfortable place to be to say the least. Wont be letting my daughters near there and ill be making the drive elsewhere to avoid this.

We had a great price even lower than Costco today at 1.359/L, Anthony did a great job to organize the line of fueling, very appreciated! Will be back for sure!

Good deal, but old equipments. About 10 min to get gas as old style and no spaces move around. Not recommend.

I've been going to this gas station since high school and I love it, it's in a good location just off 14th, and the monday/thursday deals are always a bargin! Staff is friendly and the line moves decently fast during rush hour

The Lady working there forced me to dance with her and her niece for 3 minutes to Pseudo-Japanese Rock before I could buy some maynards gushies for my wife and I. Unprofessional.would NEVER pass gas here ever again! 1 STAR!

I love this place the nice lady that works here always reminds me to have a good day not because shes nice or anything but she reminds me to smile and appreciate waking up every day because shes so miserable maybe she just need a hug

Great little station. Happy and pleasant staff since the mean one is no longer there. Bit of a zoo on Mondays & Thursdays with discount days.

Obviously gas prices are great especially Mondays and Thursdays, however the lady working at this place should be behind a desk having 0 human interaction for her job.

Lazy Asian lady that works there, I wanted to buy a logic vape cartridge, after speaking with her, I took off, Asian lady should be fired…

The Asian lady is actively rude. Don't go when she is on, you'll interrupt her smoke break. She even asked for my ID. I'm 52 years old!

I just went Domo Gas station at 791 Northmount Dr NW, Calgary, AB T2L 0A1 April 13,2021 1pm the lady over there was rude like no one I have seen in my live life as shouting when I asked her help coz It was the first time for me using that machine, unexpected at all.

Boo. My son of 10 was just there and got serious attitude from the attendant for no reason. Buying a coke and a chocolate bar. Wow!

I went today morning to Domo as it was the nearest station. I asked for 65 but she heard 55 (that's not a problem as we talk using mask). I then said for 65 again but she didn't change it. So bad and rude attitude she showed me! I was shocked for a moment and couldn't say anything. I was the one and only customer and it wasn't stressful situation at all. The lady probably have no minimum lesson about how to serve customer or talk to people. She didn't even wear mask.

If the lady doesn't improve her attitude, should be fired.

Love this little spot! Great prices all the time & the cashier has become a friend of mine. Love her! She’s actually the reason I kept going back all the time! I would have just bought in my area but if I had an excuse to go to moms I would pop into this gas station. Five

The ladies there are great I was there and a lady was rude to on girl and she took it amazing I would recommend the place for sure

Stopped by for gas on my way to work, was running late so I went to the nearest station which was Domo. I had never used the pump and I asked the lady for assistance a few times and she barely gave an answer and yelled at me when I went back in cause I was having troubles with the pump.

If we could give 0 stars, then we would. Horrible customer service and when I had issues with the tap machine, she grabbed the credit card from my hand to tap her machine. Will not be going back.

Rude customer service. Like others have said, you deal with a miserable women who seems very unhappy with her life. Kept telling me to lift the red lever but the red paint was gone so it was confusing. She just kept yelling at me, not helpful and not worth it.

Prices won't change automatically, you need a domo card, which obviously the super friendly worker, not wearing a mask, won't tell you.

Rude, lower end gas at full price.

The attendant lady that works there with black hair. Holy! She is very rude always having a bad attitude. She needs to be fired.

Despite the reviews of others I don't mind stopping by for gas. Understand the way thing are and how busy it is on Mondays and Thursdays has to be stressful for the one attendant or any attendant for that matter. I take that into consideration when I stop by for gas.

Nickel/litre off Monday and Thursday. Good staff, finally; got rid of the miserable attendant. Access is what it is. Watched a millenial try to pump gas, very entertaining.

Terribly orginized, only enough space for 3 cars to fill and it makes a huge mess when trying to get out.

Lady at the front was very rude. Ancient gas pumps that you can’t even pre pay at. The lane to get gas is tiny so I wouldn’t recommend taking a truck there. The lady at the front accused me of trying to steal her pen which I thought was weird

Wanted to support a smaller petrol company but will never be back due to the rude and condescending manner of the staff.

Terrible unfriendly place. Even though there’s a large sticker on the front door stating that they have preauthorization available, the nasty, unsmiling lady working at the till says you need a dollar amount. So you have to guess at how much fuel you need.

The big problem with the gas station is that everything in the convenience store is over the counter, even the slushies. You can't pick up an item and look at it unless it's a bottle drink from the fridge. Usualy only one person works at the place so service can be slow if there is 2 people or someone at the drive through (why is there a drive through you can't even see the products from the window). Over the counter just slows down the process. The place is tiny and can only fit about 6 people side by side in the customer area.
The gas station only has 2 pumps, but people don't usually get gas here, so there is never a wait for gas.
