Domo stations are great. With the virus around it is nice to sit in your vehicle being safe and not have to worry about touching things that others have touched. Their service is great, their prices are competitive with other stations and 2 days a week they are 4 cents cheeper! Why pump your own gas when they will keep you safe and do it for you?

They dont provide sale receipt if you pay debit mastercard or visa.all they provide card holder copy.its look like they got tax in their pocket

Domo is very useful twice a week: Mondays and Thursdays!

25 years ago I use to work at Domo. The funny thing is decades later they help keep me employed by selling ice from the local ice company I work at. We need more companies embracing local like Domo because it means jobs around where we all live. Businesses that do should be celebrated.

The folk who work at Saxony do a good job. I watch while delivering ice, they are always very responsive to their clients needs. When I get a chance to chat with them they are always really nice. It makes a difference in business, a little friendliness can go a long way.

The folks working here work hard. And in the artic temperatures and the blazing heat of the summer. I hope they get paid more than minimum wage. Always friendly and speedy service.

Got gas, was told i had to pre pay, pre paid $45, $40 of gas was put into my car. I asked the gas attendant if i needed to come in to get the money back he said it would go back on automatically. Watched my account for a week.still no money. Called and left a message with Domo customer relations in edmonton, and head office. Finally received a call days later. I was told "if you pay debit they do not have a way to refund your money", i asked why? Most people pay with debit, i was told "they are not set up for that yet". My question to him was how many people pre pay for gas and NEVER get their money back and never notice, probably every single person that goes there. I than asked if i would be getting my refund i was told " I can not tell you if you will get your money back, and i can not tell you if you will not get your money back". He said he would inform the manager of that division, i asked if she would be giving me a call, again i was told " i can not say if she will call you back, and i can not say if she will not and i do not have her phone number". Yes it is not a large amount of money, but it could have been more.and their solution is to bad you used debit. Be warned if your using debit you WILL NOT get your pre auth money back. I will never go to another Domo again, and i will be telling everyone i know about this. Horrible horrible customer service.

Unlike other Domo locations around the city, they do not refund pre-authorized overpayments back to your credit card. DO NOT SUPPORT COMPANIES THAT INTENTIONALLY SCAM YOU.
