Staff are friendly, but some employees might need more experience.
For example, a few weeks ago, an employee who had maybe never seen a locking gas cap before? Had a lot of difficulty getting it unlocked, then handed me the gas cap. I took the key out of the gas cap lock, then told him to put the gas cap on top of the gas pump. He did, but then walked away without starting to fill the tank. Took him a while to come back to pump gas, and apologized.
Over the past year or so, sometimes my gas cap is put back on properly by an employee, sometimes not, but I can live with that. I just make sure to check it when I next get out of my vehicle.
Note: there are signs (advertising, mostly) blocking views of road traffic, so bear that in mind when turning onto the city street.

Easy to drive in and out of this location (aside from some huge advertising signs advertising other businesses and blocking the view of the road at one entrance/exit). Friendly staff.

I am a big, big, big fan of chains that sell local. Domo is the only chain in Edmonton that sells local for ice. That means Domo is not only jumping to the pump for you but they are also helping create jobs and keep profits in Alberta. Thank you Domo for helping me have a job!

Very pleased with staff and service at this location. After all, what other auto fuel company pumps gas for you?

Never opens on time. Never. We live near this location. Walk by it every day. Completely shuttered at 6: 40 a.m.
Today we pulled up to fill our pickup, and waited for 5 minutes for someone to come fill us up. My husband finally got out of the truck to do it himself and THEN the 'employee' shows up. By then the truck was being gassed by my spouse. The employee disappeared back into the kiosk and only reappeared, phone stuck to his ear, as my husband was taking the nozzle out again oh, and to take our money for non service.
Terrible location. Terrible service. Should close soon because the 7/11 next door is always open, gives the same deals and the same service. But I get treated as valued.

The guy working here says he knows that there is a place in the cover to put the gas cap so it doesn't scratch your car. He just chooses not to use it. Even after politely mentioning this he still does not put it in the right spot. Very inconsiderate.

Make sure you go in the morning. Evening staff aren't very friendly or helpful. I've had to pump my own gas several times in the evening.

We used to go here all the time as we live only a block away but tonight my husband went to gas up and told the guy twice he only wanted $20 put in and instead the guy filled it up and it came to $57.he refused to let my husband only pay the $20 he said he wanted originally because it would fall on him to pay the remainer.which he should have since it was his mistake not my husbands.that extra money we needed for diapers for our baby.we will never be buying anything from you people ever again.
