I gave the guy $10.60 in cash, but he only gave me $10 of gas, ig he couldn’t count the two quarters and nickels? This is so weird this is the second time this has happened to me this week. I’m kinda tired of these gas stations ripping me off because the employees can’t count

So, I show up here at 11: 30 p.m. This evening with a $50 bill and I'm told that they have limited change and I can only buy $50 worth of gas. Unfortunately, I was extremely low on fuel, so you got my $50, but I only wanted $20 because for some unknown reason you can't stock proper change. But guess what? You just got the last transaction ever from me and I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. Stupidity like this will lose you lots of business and based on the reviews of this location I can see that things aren't going so well.

Service was excellent but gas prices are higher than Sherwood park. Independent owners. That's what I was told.

Almost every time we come here we have to wait over 10 minutes as the workers pass us by completely. It’s ridiculous

Went in this morning to get gas (wish I had a picture) woman does a upturn and parks her car on the right-pump lane, we were going in south, to the last pump, but she parked herself there and rather than go to the other lane pumping gas to north-pumps the gasoline attendant decides to oump her gas. YOU NEED TO HAVE A SOUTH AND NORTH FLOW LANE. This gas station is at a very busy spot AND YOU ALWAYS CREATE CHAOS. Simplify by having directional signs with North Flow and South Flow lanes, period. It would all Flow faster. Disgusting how some people feel entitled to do whatever and don't have any manners. And teach your gas attendants not to argue with customers when we are asking them to only simplify the process and they get confrontational. Shame.

Staff should get off their personal phone. Waited 10 minutes while he was talking on the phone.

They have no idea how to do retail they always round up even when paying debit plus buy smokes from there 3 times a week and have the price go from 15 to 1650 back to 15 all in a 5 day span the employees rip off every person they can for every extra penny and pockets the overages never trust or go to this domo

Went there and sit at the pump in my truck for over 5 minutes waiting for the staff…
I understand that sometimes they can be busy, but I also went to see him in the store, who as on the phone talking and the.ask him if I can put the gas in my truck my self, since I was on tight schedule

He told me that he was coming and to wait, so again I’ve wait for him “who never showed up” his face, then left

They seriously need a better service at that location

Some of the staff here obviously hate working there. They dont talk an if they do there rude as all can be. If u dont have tapp on your debit card the one guy gets supper upset with you an will then tell you there out of the item u want.funny how every kinda smoke I wanted you were "out of " yet I could clearly see that was not the case.your only located 2 blocks from me but you guys will be my absolute last resort for anything.

I have been buying and fueling from this gas station for almost 2 years now since I live a minute walk from there. Yesterday September 19 2020 at 9pm I pulled up with a 75 year old lady who uses a wheel chair as she wanted to buy cigarettes, seeing the attendant who was there she actually mentioned how rude of a person he was, I went to him and told him to go on the passenger window and give her cigarettes as she wanted to use her card, he did not but went on his phone in the kiosk, I went to talk to him and he actually said I only serve gas and I have to park across so she can come over and pay, he actually told me to feel free to make a complaint, but I discovered he is popular for his rudeness as he says he owns the gas station. That was my last time to ever buy from there

Yesterday aug, 6,6.30 pm i stop by at this location, attendant was talking on his cell phone for long time with no care about costumers and gas station safety.i warned him about it and danger may cause of cell phone signal he didnt care.i will never go back.i would never give a chance to someone who doesnt care about public safety!

Getting gas pumped by a service representative was a blast from the past! And the price is the same? Fabulous!

Hello, I was at Domo at 3: 40 on Tuesday October 8th, 2019. My reason to go was to fill my oil tank. When I arrived at the oil filing station, a rude man asked me how much money I was going to put in. I said 60$, however when it came to 40$ I kept reminding him that my car is unable to take anymore oil, but he did not listen as he kept trying to stuff the oil in. LOTS of oil came spilling out, and then he did not bother to even to clean until I asked him to. He put the lives of everybody around Domo in danger as the gas station could have exploded because there was such a great leakage of oil. I asked to talk to his manager but he kept on saying that he was the manager when I knew he was not. This has happened to me two times, although this time the rude man did not even care to say sorry. The customer service of this PARTICULAR DOMO oil filling station was unacceptable. I rate this place 1 out of 5 stars.

The staff most of the times is very friendly besides Monday and Thursday it's discounted rates!

BEWARE DOMO GAS

I just got gas at Domo 8716-149 st. Today Thursday, is 4 cents off per litre. I did not receive it. I called the number on receipt they will call me back.

This is a great location! Idk what these other negative comments are about! Obviously they are idiots because i have had nothing but excellent service From these guys! Plus, there one of the LAST full service gas stations around!
