Food portions where Fred Flintstone size and delicious
The staff were above and beyond friendly
Will be our knew comfort food place.

Absolutely the best food ever. The staff are amazing. I cannot believe the food portions! Its huge which is great always leftovers. Definitely our new go to restaurant Everyone come on out and try this place. You will absolutely love it.

Been going to Donna’s for a while now. It is a staple in our home. The portion sizes are amazing, the prices are great, and the service is phenomenal!

Around the holidays, they offer a turkey dinner for one, and I think that’s super special for people who are unable to join a turkey dinner, or who are unable to make a turkey dinner.

My boyfriend doesn’t like turkey and I do, so Donna’s is a good option for us to share a meal together, but not eat the same thing. Thank you, Donna!

If its not broke why fix it.who doesn't like when the owner gets mad because you asked for boneless rib with cheese and gravy

Darn good pizza, I had a slice of loaded and it was delicious! Not skimppy on sauce or toppings either. One peice was enough to fill me.and I iked that at lunch time its super busy but yet you can get your food pretty quick. Especially if you take advantage of their hot and ready to go section like I did.

The food here is AMAZING! Best beef barley soup in town. The portion sizes are perfect for sharing, and the staff are so great

The sandwich was delicious and will definitely be getting it again, the cheese sticks were delicious but I would personally prefer a lot more garlic as I couldn’t really taste any.
The staff was very nice, the prices for our food were great.

Honestly, this is the best place I've ever eaten at. The service was absolutely amazing, the staff was extremely kind and the food was even better. The portions are massive so please bring a huge appetite! 10/10 will come here again.

Had a Rueben Sandwich and said it was "Montreal Good". In my world I couldn't give a better review. Huge portions and wonderful service from the moment we walked in the door.

We dropped by for lunch after seeing great comments on Facebook and we’re not disappointed! The entire experience was awesome, from the staff, the food and speed of service. The portions were very generous and the food was tasty! The clubhouse sandwich lived up to all the great reviews. Marty and his Dad went out of their way to make us feel welcome on our first visit. The entire staff was friendly and kind. We will definitely be back soon!

I have now come here 2 times. First time was little bit bigger than the first time. Please view photo for breakfast. Today I brought my spouse for the first time. She has agreed for another visit with the kids. Staff are polite, professional, friendly.

Absolute must go! Heard about it through Tik Tok, super friendly service, very fast and super fresh! I got their famous clubhouse sandwich and it was divine! Had onions rings for the side and they were cooked perfectly! Highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem.
Busy at lunch time but there is an incredible work ethic and my food was in my hands faster than I would have guessed. The food is dynamite as well, burgers are thick, lean and tasty. I will be back

I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say about this place. Like everyone else has said, it's like an old truck stop diner. It's PERFECT! Very casual place, TONS of selection on their menu, and boy do they ever cook up your meals fast! Had the chicken fingers and fries and gravy and it did not disappoint! The chicken fingers are HUGE and great quality, they give you four of them, and also a huge pile of fries. They are very generous with their portions. Even the people standing in line to order were all talking about how good their food is. Will definitely come back lots!

We finally tried Donna’s today. Best sandwiches in town? I certainly think so! We ordered the Famous Clubhouse, Turkey Bacon Club, Fries and Pops. Very “at home” and welcoming atmosphere. I still can’t get over how large the sandwiches are. WE WILL BE BACK!

It was our first time in and I have yo say. The food was absolutely delicious. The serve impeccable. Even my kids loved the food! We will be back again!

Wow I’ve heard so much good reviews about Donna’s and just wow the Donair was so yummy. Very well made Donair and the garlic sauce was so tasty. I did not know that the Donair comes with cheese until I read the take out menu as when I was aware it comes with cheese. The lady was so kind and said “I’ll make you a new one” I felt bad I had to get another one made. Very nice service. I’ll definitely be back to try more off the menu. Reminds me of New York City

This place is a gem in the industrial area. The owner and staffs are very friendly. The owner cares about the customers. The food is delicious and the size is to make sure customers are fed! Highly recommeded!

Happened to see this place when we were looking for a meal. We arrived just before noon and the place was hopping but the staff is so organized and fast that we were fed and out by 12: 25. The sandwich was incredibly big and the breakfast was excellent. Really glad we found this place. Will definitely be back!

I've been to Donna's many a time. Its on Winterburn Road and has an unassuming presence. Well on this particular visit as I walked in there was a gentleman relishing a plate of fries and gravy. It looked very good. At the counter was a new person who had heard about Donna's and was going to try it out. Both the seated gentleman and I assured him that he had chosen a great place to visit. The portion sizes are more than adequate. The food tastes great. Staff is friendly and quick. Love this place. I suggest you try it and see for yourself.

Best sandwich ever! A lot of meat so if you don’t like that ask for less but so amazing other than that!

Ordered a hot hamburger and a Salisbury steak and was very disappointed with the over use of spices on them. They were horrible and couldn’t eat it. I may as well went to the cupboard and filled a spoon with spices and ate that. Try eating it before sending it out

I've probably driven past 1000 times over the years and didn't know it existed, stopped in this week because I was nearby for work at lunchtime, and was blown away. Went back again today to pick up lunch for my parents. Amazing sandwiches, and looking forward to trying the pizza!

Food here is so delicious! Amazing service. My co-workers have been getting pizza here for years and the past few months I have been enjoying their breakfast sandwiches and breakfast dishes. 100% worth trying!

Usually I don't go to breakfast places.
Decided to try out Donna's and it was a hit.
Unfortunately a friend of mine was fasting and I ordered only salad and was impressed with hospitality of the guy worked there.
Ordered large bowl and got more than anticipated.
Traveling to USA I have noticed their hospitality is greater than Canadian.
At Donna's this is not a case.

First time eating here and the food is delicious! I ordered for pickup for myself and my boyfriend.they were short staffed but the service was still great! I left the store to go deliver and have lunch with my bf at his work just down the road.when i opened my beef deep i found i was missing au jus unfortunately so on my way home i stopped back in to get the dip because well a beef dip just isn't a beef dip without au jus! I asked if they could possibly make me a fresh sandwich because at this point 30 minutes had passed and my sandy was now cold and soggy.the lady i spoke with (long dark hair in a braid) was very nice and said absolutely no problem we will make you a fresh one with the dip! I decided to sit down in the restaurant and eat my lunch fresh and i must say i am very impressed! My beef dip was so tasty and well seasoned as well as the fries are so crispy just the way i like them! My bf had the clubhouse and wow! Huge sandwich enough to feed 2 people really! 5 stars for customer service, huge portion sizes, as well as the quality of the food is impeccable.i will definitely be back here to try some more items on the humongous menu! Thanks for the great service at Donna's!

Edited to add that the man they have bussing tables is also very sweet and does an amazing job keeping the place clean.while i was seated i noticed he never stopped working.same goes for everyone else! This place is very busy and they all kept a great attitude and many smiles all around despite being short staffed!

Food here is excellent, this evening we tried the BBQ pizza and it was seriously amazing. Best pizza I've had in years. Thank you

Donna's is an institution, especially for folks working on the West end.

Good value for money and a simple menu with generous portions that taste great. I'd put them in the category of "comfort food, " since their stuff has a lot of fat and carbs.

First time coming here but my hubby has before but we ordered to go and I didn't know they had sliced pizza and the very nice girl gave my husband and I a slice to try on her. We chose the pepperoni and mushroom and their pizza is the best pizza I've put in my mouth, ever! So much cheese and the crust was yummy I give them 10 stars of I could.

My husband and I are home inspectors and are tired of fast food on the run. He remembered seeing this place, so we called our order in and picked it up 10 minutes later. Food was tasty, sandwiches are massive, and we now have leftovers for supper. Staff was courteous and friendly to deal with. Will definitely be back.

Delicious food! I cannot say that enough. It's a very good thing I don't live near here because I would gain so much weight.
The portions are insane!
The beef dip was so delicious a d perfectly seasoned and tender, the au jus sauce was super tasty.
I also purchased a couple of pizza's from here and can honestly say we won't be purchasing pizza's from anywhere else. The home made pizza sauce is to die for. Highly recommend

First time eating here was this evening. Myself and my wife stopped in for supper and it was one of the best experiences. Food was so tasty and the portions are far greater than you could ever expect.

I ordered pizza for the gentlemen at work this evening, brought it back to the shop, they said it was the best pizza! And it was ready when I came to pick it!

Discovered this place on a FB group. Food was fantastic. Had the chicken salad sandwich and the clubhouse. Sandwiches were so big I ended up eating half for dinner! Onion rings were fantastic. We also shared a slice of the meat pizza. It was delicious! Can't wait to come back and try more. We were told the deep fried pickles are great here.
