Don's Speed Parts

Purchased a new To us alpha with purple accents! Nichole did up the bill of sale quick and we loaded her up to head to the hills. Our family has purchased numerous sleds from Don’s Speed Parts and couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks Nichole and all the staff for providing exceptional service.

Working with Chris made the whole experience a pleasant one. He reached out to factory to get me answers that he didn’t know off hand or anyone else at the shop.
This is my second sled in 25 years and I chose to come back to Don’s for my new one over dealing with the shops in Edmonton.

Naomi has been more than helpful with our parts and services. We are a rental shop in a remote community and we appreciate the wealth of knowledge Naomi has aswell as her attention to detail. Plead add 1 Naomi to all parts locations thanks happy Mechanics.

I live in Ontario, I own a 1992 Artic Cat Jag and needed parts for it.
The city I live in had no parts and referred me to Don's.
They were polite, helpful, and had all the parts I needed.
I had a pleasant conversation with parts manager Richard who's assistance was appreciated.
No waisted time, order was made and parts arrived across 3 provinces in 5 business days.
I opened the package, everything I
ordered was there, and they even tossed in some chocolate treats!

Well I bought a snowmobile at an auction sale online only seeing pictures and a video, it ran great but after I won the bid and saw it in person I realized it had been rolled and I started looking for hood and windshield parts. Called Arctic Cat dealers in Edmonton to learn that Cat doesnt make those parts anymore, and only a ten year old machine! Well the dealer told me to try Dons Speed Parts and after a few calls Richard found me a whole five piece hood for my Sno Pro and I dont want to get him in trouble but he met me on Saturday before a hockey game he coaches cuz it as my day off work and I ended up buying a belt and Backcountry pack for my sled. Had to write this glowing review, I will be back when he finds me a windshield, and will tell friends about Dons Speed Parts and the great prices and customer service, most salesmen enjoy their days off, but Richard enjoyed helping me find parts and also coaches hockey so thanks again Dons and Richard.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve bought a couple vehicles here. Recently I needed a small hard to find part for my Motorcycle. Nomi found the part for me. Then when I wasn’t able to get there to pick it up, shipped it to me. A lot of work for a $75 part. It was the same price or cheaper than online. You can’t beat the service here!
