I’ve used Don’s tire over the last several years and always been happy. Service is always good, and priced are always fair. Went in to get a flat repair done and when it comes time to pay which should’ve been free because I bought the tires there they couldn’t find proof that I had purchased so they charged me $50. I wouldn’t have been as upset, but they admitted that when the sale went through, they lost a bunch of information in their computer system. So just because their records are faulty, doesn’t mean I should have to pay. Will have to consider if I’m going to continue going there.as there was no offer of any kind of compensation other than if you find the receipt bring it in and we’ll give you a credit.

Update: The office manager called and apologized for the service and misunderstandings. She offered to make it right. I was impressed that they reached out and now I’m feeling better about doing future business with them.

Got my winter tires put on by these guys. Absolutely phenomenal experience. They were all personable, smiling, accommodating and so quick and efficient. Will recommend them in a split second. Thanks guys!

Whatever the issue Don’s Trail Tire has always taken great care of my vehicle. The guys at the shop are always happy to help and they always get the job done. The guys always answer my questions and explain things so that I understand. Punctured a tire, they gave us a full size spare when we had none. Top notch customer service and highly recommend.

My truck sat at another shop all day just for them to tell me their tire machine couldn’t mount my tires. It was a Friday afternoon, during winter tire season, with no appointment, the staff at Don’s told me to come down and they would do their best to squeeze it in knowing I was in a pinch. Literally two hours later my truck was done. Keeping in mind they didn’t even sell me the tires and still got me in like that speaks volumes. Moving forward Don’s Tire has earned my business for tires and mechanical. Thanks guys!

Very Disappointed! I have been waiting for 2 weeks to be able to take my car into my appt. I dropped it off at 5am.so it was there first thing this morning. I just got a call from a very miserable man saying that he only has time to put my tires on. My driver side door handle is broken on the outside and that was why I made the initial appt. Then he has the nerve to say there was nothing written down about the handle. Why would he say he only had time for the tires? ! He knew very well and his statement was irresponsible. I know this due to the fact I had to cancel 2 previous appts for the door handle because of Covid hospitalization. I need the winter tires put on but once I pick it up I will never give them a thought again!

I'm very grateful they were able to get me in for a winter tire swap, and then booked me in on short notice for a battery fix. Very reasonable prices and prompt service. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing! My husband and I were pulling our trailer and blew a tire and they got us fixed up with all 4 new tires the same day. They are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place

Do not use this garage. After months of tire pressure warnings from car from Don's tire, they installed new tires and pressure sensors, sensors wouldn't work correctly and after a few tries they said it's my problem. I took it to a dealership and the sensors weren't installed correctly, they seen it right away and to top it all off Don's tire can't even balance tires properly. I went to a garage and the weight sizing and placement was way off. There a joke and don't trust them if you want the job done correctly.

Excellent repair shop! Quotes are always on par, work is finished quickly, and finally a shop where they are honest. Thought an issue with my car was the alternator, but was only a missing bolt. They could’ve changed out the alternator and made a couple hundred dollars from me but they were professional and only fixed what needed to be fixed. This is the only garage that I’ll take my vehicles to.
