This is the best pet store in Calgary! All the staff are always so kind and helpful and are very knowledgeable. They helped me figure everything out with raw feeding my first puppy:) every time I go in they always answer my millions of questions ahah. From good quality food and treats to toys and accessories they’ve got you covered! They are very responsive with dm’s on instagram and are very active on social media as well. Delivery is next day which is AMAZING (and now same day)! Doodle dogs is the best and everyone who owns a fur baby should check them out!

We've been here a few times and the staff are always super helpful. Most recently came in to look at raw food options and again got some good advice that I had not received from other stores I'd been to. Also gave me the lowdown on a sweet BOGO deal on their website!

This business is just top notch. A friend of ours recommended we follow their Instagram account when we first got our pup a year ago and we've been loyal customers since. They do the research so you don't have to (as much, at least).

Between their monthly discounts, loyalty program, informative insta videos, and quick dm responses, it's clear they really care about their customers.

Very friendly staff and owner (s). They’re always willing to help by going above and beyond. My kids love bringing our Sphynx kittens to the store whenever we can. My family and I live close and we used to shop here often. Although it’s pricy we came for what we thought were high quality products. I recently adopted a dog from AARCS and purchased a leash (Hamilton Reflective) from Doodle Dogs. I used it normally for walks throughout the day. The leash lost its colour and reflective properties right away, and it came undone when my dog rolled. He escaped twice while on walks. When my mom returned to the store to advise the leash was defective, the clerk was rude, disrespectful and condescending. She accused my mom of lying and was completely unprofessional. I’ve worked in customer service for years and this is not how a customer should be spoken to.

When we told the owner, she defended the clerk’s behaviour and made my mom feel terrible. To top it all off, this happened on Mother’s Day weekend.

I will not be shopping at this store or recommending it to anyone ever again.

Go to Pet Valu - it’s cheaper, has better products and it provides better customer service!

I can’t get over how amazing this store is! It is unlike any pet product store you’ll ever go to. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Normally you go into a pet store to buy product and the staff know next to nothing about what they are selling or even go out of their way to help you. The quality of the product and variety is exceptional. Everything is beautifully laid out as well, so it feels like an experience. I can tell the owners and staff really care about what they do. We went into get a harness for our 4 month old pup, but are now interested in trying raw food for him. What an exceptIonal store!

Hands down one of the best dog necessity suppliers. They are incredibly knowledgeable on diet (especially raw) and they are focused on education. Their expertise is obvious in their blog and social media presence, and they will work with you to find what works best for you and your dog. 10/10 recommend!

How many ways can a girl tell you how much they love this place. I love Meghan and Corey the owners, they are super good and funny on social media. They love your dog and all pets and treat them like royalty. They have the best products, sometimes I call them to grill them with a million questions for their opinions on things. They have the prettiest collars in the land. My dog is huge and therefor I’m here a lot. But they saved me money showing me how to feed a 140lbs dog raw food for less than what I was spending on vet grade kibble. They have the best sales. I often text Meghan to make sure they are still making money off me because their platinum rewards are so freaking good! Shall I go on? !

The staff are so nice and were really good with our foster dog. We are loving the new enrichment toy we picked up. We'll certainly be making this place a regular spot for picking up supplies for future doggos.

Lovely new store, pretty "boutique" interior. I know this is a store primarily for dogs but I buy my raw cat food here (Big Country Raw). Friendly staff as well and great store layout! Lots of parking up front and a very convenient location.

Awesome store with really friendly staff. If I have questions or am not sure about sizing they are helpful in figuring out what would work best for my pooch! Plus the unbelievabulls are a 10/10 product and I highly recommend trying them.

Been a big fans of Doodle Dogs for a while now and they just opened this store right beside our house. The owners are amazing. The staff are amazing. The selection and rewards are amazing. Love love love this place and so does our schnoodle.

Doodle Dogs is hands down my favorite store in the city. Not because they carry top quality animal food, precious toys you could use for children (but probably shouldn't), adorable and functional clothing and anything you could possibly think of for your dog.it's my favorite because of the amazing people.
