Door Surgeon

Called them to get a price on repairing a revolving door. The tech arrived and said he didn't do revolving doors so he couldn’t give me a price but they sent me an invoice and charged me for coming out. What a business to charge people for literally doing nothing. They are thieves. Do not deal with them. They will charge you even when they send someone that can’t do the work. 0 stars would be more appropriate.

We had door surgeon come to our house in August 2023 to fix our sagging front door. They charged us $1075 and the door began to sag again a couple weeks later. 5 months later we are unable to close the door at all because it's sagging so badly. We contacted the company today and they are completely unwilling to stand behind their work. I strongly recommend using another company for any of your door/ lock needs

Brutal company, came to see what was wrong with my door, he juggled the door handle and said it needs to be replaced, then quoted almost 900$ to replace it 370$ for the door handle and charged the rest as labour the door handle costs 90$ most other places, charged the call out fee which is fine, but he didn’t do anything he came amd said yeah it’s broken with out looking at it, I sent him on his way and took it apart, fixed it wasn’t the door handle needed re-adjusting which I thought would be the technicians first move would be to see if it’s even broken which it wasn’t.

They are great at what they do and they are very helpful and super cool through the whole transaction. They even made sure that I was happy with the quality of work before I left the parking lot. Doors and locks are boring, but they take the time to make sure you leave with the right product with great quality. Never had to return any product but I will always go back.

Called this business today to enquire about replacing my old garage door.i was told there was a $129 charge to come to my house to give me an estimate. NO THANKS.

JJ came out and fixed my decrepit, low quality garage door. He explained the work he was doing, showed me what he did and then billed me in line with what he explained. Professional, courteous, and helpful the whole way. Even set me up with options to upgrade my door in the future for when the garage door opener finally and completely dies. I appreciated the work and service.

A spring on my door broke. I called in at 9am and they had J. J. Boisclair out by 10: 30! That was surprise #1. I figured it would be a day or two before they could schedule me in. Surprise #2 came when they were done in only a couple hours. Both springs replaced, cables replaced and upgraded, new rollers.

Would highly recommend!

JJ was very friendly, very knowledgeable, he explained what was wrong with my door and hardware, then installed my hardware and motor properly and the work looked great. I’m very happy with the job, and results!

JJ and Alex fixed my sons garage door. Amazing job! They replaced tracks on one side of door that are discontinued by the manufacturer. New and old side play well together. Door is perfect again. J. J.also fixed opener for the door. Very happy with the work and job started Friday, order parts, fixed Monday. These guys are GOOD!

JJ is awesome technician, very knowledgeble, and informed me the works that he is going to do in details. Door Surgeon is lucky to have him. I told him that he is my Angel today.

Would absolutely NOT recommend. Had weatherstripping done for front and back door in November, paid $1399 TOTAL. Weatherstripping on the back door has already completely ripped and the cold air is coming in (as of Feb). Called them today as I thought there was a warranty on the work and they said it's only a 30 day warranty and that I would need to pay the labour and the materials for them to come back out. NOT a chance am I going to make that mistake again. Clearly they have issues or the warranty would be more than 30 days.beware!

I had a break in they sent out technician Jason very professional went over the quote. He said I should go commercial instead of residential locks for my garage man door I agreed and good choice on my part. Better security.
A day a later the bottom latch stop latching I called him he said he couldn't come out till monday but showed up today because he had time. All fixed. So thank you Jason for taking the time to come back today to fix the problem and at no charge.
