Worst pedicure I’ve had in my life. They finished my entire pedicure including gel polish in half an hour… no good pedicure should take less than an hour. All my toenails are cut uneven. The massage I was given lasted a total of 1 minute and was literally her just rubbing lotion all over my wet legs no pressure at all. My mom also got a pedicure and her girl didn’t even apply scrub on her legs only her feet. My cousin also got a pedicure and hers was finished in less time than mine… clearly no care or effort behind the service provided. I also booked an appointment so being an in a rush should not be an excuse. Very unimpressed and will not be returning here.

I had a disappointing experience. A couple weeks ago I had a great experience with a pedicure and set of shellac.

This time Kevin was incredibly rude and impatient with me when I tried to describe what I was hoping to get done. I felt awful the whole appointment with his treatment and attitude. I won’t be going back anymore. Unfortunate because this was the only place I ever went to get my nails done.

I did a pedicure and manicure. Did shellac and it chipped off within 2 days. I called the next day to make a report. Went in and was told that they can only repaint the 3 affected finger nails. I asked for a color change as I was sure others will come of in no time and they declined. This is the worst nail salon I have been to! I will never recommend this nail studio

It was very bad service. My shelac nail got chip the day after of service. I could see my last nail polish on the corners of my nails as she didn't clean it well.
She was in rush and very bad attitude.

I went in for a gel removal and would never go back again. I had the worst experience of my life. The lady decided to not use any acetone to loosen the gel off my nail before prying. Instead she was prying the gel directly off my nails. My one nail is physically damaged, as the tool she was using cut through my nail into the skin underneath causing it to bleed underneath the nail. She then proceeded to use nail glue in the attempt to glue my nail back together, while it continued to bleed. I left with no apology nor discount.

The manicure service I received at this salon was very poor. The technician making my nails was so impatient and very rude. She did a different shape than what I asked for then proceeded to scream at me when i mentioned it. She also did not make any attempt to rectify. If I could give it zero star I would!

I received a really bad service the last time i went here, The MALE who did my nails was very AGGRESSIVE and DEMANDING and really hard to communicate about what I want, he got the shaped wrong and some are crooked, paint job is messy and got some gel on my actual skin.
The first time i went here a while back was amazing, I had a girl named helen did my nails and she was AMAZING! If you’re planning to get your nails done here definitely call first ask for her because she gives best quality nails and good service! Overall the nail salon needs a little bit more work on their service and nail quality.

I went with my sister and the lady making her nails was SUPER rude! The technician got the nail shape wrong and instead of apologizing had the nerve to start yelling at my sister and all the other technicians kept quiet and said nothing to try and rectify the situation. Never going back!

So clean! So gentle! No language Barrier! I am obsessed with picking if I feel an edge on my nails- when I get my nails done at double v I never pick as so smooth!

Always have a great experience. Variety of colours to choose from. And friendly staff. Nails looks amazing everytime. Would recommend to anyone and I do.

UPDATE.they asked me to call them so I did and their customer service was aggressive, unhelpful, rude, unethical, appalling and horrific. I honestly can't even fathom some of the things the "manager" said to me. I tried to explain that after ripping off my nails the lady then dropped a brush on the floor and continued to use it on my bleeding fingers. I'm just in disbelief of this whole experience and I will be going to the BBB because nobody should be treated in the way I have been by this place, nobody.

I would like to start by saying the last time I came here I had a man who's name I don't remember and he did an amazing job. But today was just kind of a disaster. The lady who did my nails shamed the nails I had on and then proceeded to take them off using a tip/extension. EXTREMELY painful, wreaking all my nail beds and on one my my nails it stripped so much of my natural nail off that I started to bleed. The lady did not apologize thinking I didn't notice.how could I not notice her ripping my nail? Being too shy to say anything I stayed, she then took a FaceTime call while doing my nails. She had AirPods in and put her phone on the table so she could see the person. I could understand if she had an important call and had to take a break from doing my nails but instead she continued to do my nails while looking at the persons face on the phone. She also dropped one of her tools on the ground and continued to use it on me after. I was disgusted. My nails didn't end up terrible.though they are not all the same shape nor size. I paid $68 for these nails and I am horribly disappointed with the whole experience and lack of professionalism I experienced here.

My shellac manicure only lasted 3 days before most nails have started peeling up.

Would not recommend this salon.

I took my mom for a pedicure and it was awful. The staff was rude, dismissive and the overall experience was horrible. We definitely won’t be back.

The worst experience at double v nails! Unfriendly staff, they are always talking behind your back in their language! So rude! I asked for a French manicure not shellac.they don’t know how to do it! I picked just a regular nail polish nothing fancy.and oh.what a disaster! I was told that I’m ready to go.and as soonest I got to my car.my fresh manicure wasn’t dry, I got all damaged. I went back and ask very polite to redo my manicure again. One girl got so frustrated.told me. ” we can’t make everyone happy “. What? Wait? I payed for my manicure. I wasn’t my fault that I was told to go! Anyway. I left without having an other manicure.so frustrating! I will tell all my friends form now on to avoid double v nails salon! What a waist of money and time! You guys are the worst ever! Not going back.even if they will do it for free!

Great little nail salon. Fast friendly service. It's clean and they still have the plexiglass up and wear masks. Highly recommend their services.

Looked like a grater that they used to take off the dead skin on my feet. I asked if they shaved the dead skin off your feet and never received an answer. I still have very hard skin on my feet. Was not pleased with the way they operated. Looked like hands were fine but for feet they could use a lot of improvement. They were more expensive than most. I will give them E for effort.

They used real oranges with scrub and hot stones for massage. Made us cute designs for our pedicures too! I'll be back

My friend and I had pedicures together for a Mothers Day weekend. I also had a manicure. The staff were very professional and consistent in their service to everyone while we were there. I loved how clean the stations are and the massage chair was amazing. My toes even received bonus little bird designs on the big toes. I highly recommend Double V if you want some great service and pampering.
